Chapter 3

I was still at the hospital for 9 days, I keep visiting to know if the baby is alright, I don't understand why I suddenly cared for her. But, I already have all the files for the baby.

I sat down and clenched my pants, scared that I might hurt or do something terrible to her. [I'm scared...] Soon, the doctor came back from the NICU, I stood up, he looked at me and said, "Mr. Akaashi, you're..." he hesitated "Your daughter will be discharged tomorrow" he smiled, and I sighed in relief, "thank you, doc..."

he bowed and walk away from the NICU. I looked out the window and watch as the child slept peacefully.

"When we arrive, I promise that I will take good care of you, my Akaashi Himari," I whispered.

I noticed that I haven't bought anything for Himari, like clothes, baby bottles, food, or furniture for babies. I sighed in disappointment. I walked away from the NICU and someone grabbed my arm. I looked behind me and saw the nurse from before, she was breathing hard.

"What's wrong, miss?" I asked in concern, "Sir... I believe that you are leaving" she said, "Ah yes, I was going to buy some things for Hima- I mean- for the child."

"I see" she let go of my hand and continued speaking, "Well, do you need any help?"

[I dont even know what furniture is for babies] I thought, "yes, please."

She smiled and we went out together.

"Oh right," I stopped and looked at her, "I didn't even catch your name, Miss." she smiled and said, "My name is Harada Yua, but you can call me Yua, Sir Sanzu!" I chuckled a bit after I heard the word 'Sir'

"Is there something funny, Sir Sanzu?" she asked, "so sorry, It's just that... if you keep calling me 'Sir Sanzu' it reminds me of being a knight from fairy tales" she chuckled, "It does, then may I call you Sanzu then?" I nodded and we continued our way to the mall.
