The irritating beeping sound of Yoongi's phone woke him up.

The mint haired demon scowled as he tried to find the device without having to open his eyes.

His hand seemed to find everything on the side-table but his phone. Yoongi groaned and opened his eyes to look for it, sitting up.

He snatched the phone and saw the name of the caller.

Namjoon

The display of the name was enough to turn Yoongi wide awake. He wasted no time, picking the call up.

'Boss?' Yoongi answered.

'Jungkook has managed to send us a message from EXO's base. We're going to deploy a team to get him back. You're heading it.'

'I'm on it.' Yoongi stated, which was followed by the sound of the call being disconnected.

The mint haired boy turned to look at the black-haired boy who was sound asleep next to him.

He placed a soft kiss on Jimin's forehead and then got up, pulling the covers to dark-haired boy's chest, in attempt to keep him warm.

Jimin snuggled further into the sheets, already missing the heat that was being provided by the older.

The demon smiled at the action, but it immediately disappeared when he realised what he was doing.

'You're just using him, Yoongi. Don't get too attached.'

The mint-haired repeated in his mind, for what seemed like the hundredth time this week.

He quickly changed into casual clothes and slung his backpack over his shoulder.

With one last look at Jimin, he closed the door behind him, and headed out of the University campus.

'I hope this gets over quick.' He thought to himself, not happy with losing precious hours of sleep.

Jungkook felt immensely satisfied with the message he was able to send to the Bangtan gang through a few modifications to his phone and the frequency and object code of the characters of the keyboard.

'They'll definitely be here in a few hours.' He calculated.

When he heard sounds of an alarm ringing he quickly jolted his head up, to see what was happening.

'There's no way they could've found out!' He thought, panicking.

Jungkook opened his bag and replaced the SIM card and battery from his phone, breaking the tweaked ones, hoping that it would be enough to throw them off track.

He waited for guards or one of the members to barge into the room he was in, but no one came.

'Why're they taking this long?'

Jungkook walked to the door and slowly opened it.

He saw that there was mass panic in the hallways with guards running, looking confused and frightened.

When Jungkook saw Sehun calmly walking in the opposite direction to the guards he jogged towards him.

"What's going on?" Jungkook asked the blond.

Sehun shrugged. "False alarm, I guess. You should probably use this opportunity to get Taehyung." He hinted.

Jungkook gave Sehun a two finger salute and headed in the direction Taehyung was being kept imprisoned.

The raven-haired boy ran down the hallways that were glowing with red lights because of the alarm system.

He took the turn that lead to the room and stopped in front of the familiar metal door.

Jungkook recited the code in his head that he had deciphered before, and then typed it into the lock keypad.

The door unlocked with a satisfying 'click' sound and the metal door screeched open.

The room was dark and stuffy, it was the complete opposite of the boy it was harbouring.

"Taehyung?" Jungkook called out, stepping inside.

He took some time adjusting to the dark, but then saw the silhouette of the boy huddled in the corner of the room.

Jungkook stepped towards the boy.

"I'm getting you out of here, help's on its way, we'll be back in the city in-"

"No!" Taehyung yelled suddenly, cutting Jungkook off.

Jungkook halted, his eyebrows furrowing in confusion. "No, what?"

"I'm going to stay here." Taehyung said in a small voice.

Jungkook gave him a sarcastic laugh. "You're joking right? Did they brain-wash you or something?"

The brunet took a step closer to the boy and was able to make out that Taehyung was shaking his head furiously.

"I'm dangerous, Jungkook. Stay away from me."

The raven-haired boy didn't understand what had caused this sudden outburst from the blond.

He seemed fine the previous night, when Jungkook had seen him.

"Taehyung, you're not dangerous. Don't be ridiculous." Jungkook said, and reached Taehyung, this time not acknowledging the blond's pleads to stay away.

Taehyung hid his face into his knees, sobbing as Jungkook tried to pull him up to stand.

Jungkook sighed in irritation when Taehyung used his body weight to sit down again.

"Taehyung, please stop being difficult. I swear if you ruin this opportunity of an escape, I'll imprison you, myself!"

The blond just curled up into a fetal position and slept on the floor, closing his eyes and mumbling incoherent things.

Jungkook pinched the bridge of his nose and let out a frustrated breath.

"This guy is such high maintenance." He muttered, annoyed.

He knelt down and scooped the blond in his arms, making Taehyung flail his hands around, trying to get Jungkook to put him back down again, hitting Jungkook in the face in the process.

Jungkook grunted at the impact, but managed to keep his hold on the blond and walk out of the room.

'It's a good thing he's good looking enough to compensate for the hell he's putting me through.'

As Jungkook carried Taehyung through the maze that was the exo gang's base, he tried to remain in stealth mode.

But it was turning into a Herculean feat with the blond heart set on going back into imprisonment.

More then once, Jungkook had gotten the urge to pick something up and hit the blond on the head to leave him unconscious, but he didn't want to deal with the possibility of giving the already, mentally unstable boy, a concussion.

When Jungkook took another turn down the hallway, a guard appeared in front of him, blocking his way.

Jungkook frowned. ' For the love of God!'

Just as Jungkook was about to head-butt the guard, the guard put up his hands in mock surrender and removed his mask.

"Yoongi?!" Jungkook laughed, looking at his friend who's mint-hair was comically disheveled from the mask he was wearing.

"Yeah. Now get out of here. The truck's parked in the back alleyway."

Yoongi ordered, putting the mask back on.
"I've got additional orders from Namjoon."

Jungkook nodded, understanding.

"By the way, what's his problem?" Yoongi asked, pointing at the squirming blond in Jungkook's arms.

"I think he cracked." Jungkook said, simply.

Yoongi shrugged, and walked away from the two, deeper into the heart of the base.

As Jungkook neared the exit, he put Taehyung down, but kept a firm grip on his wrist, in case he tried to run away.

"I think you can walk from here. My back is killing me." Jungkook told him.

Taehyung tried to get out of Jungkook's hold, but couldn't.

He looked at the brunet, helplessly.

"Jungkook, why can't you listen-"

Taehyung's words were lost as Jungkook silenced him with a kiss.

Jungkook pulled away from the short kiss and met the flustered blond's eyes.

"I'll listen once we're out of here, okay?"

Taehyung nodded blankly, feeling light headed as a warm, fluttering feeling runing through him.

Jungkook smirked at the effect of the kiss on the blond.

He laced his fingers through Taehyung's and pulled him towards the path leading to the exit.
