[A/N]

hehe, i apologize if this is what you were not expecting. i felt like i needed a cool filler chapter in this book 😎. btw, these extras aren't going to be flowing with the plot.

Hyunjae's POV

Jungkook:
yah, get ready, we're going to a beach house.

"WHAT?!??" I screamed once I read the text.

Hyunjae:
r u being serious or is this a joke

Jungkook:
why would i be joking? pack clothes for 2 days. hurry up, we're already in front of your house

Jungkook:
and make sure to wear a bathing suit when u get here cuz we're driving straight to the beach

I immediately got up to my feet and ran up to the window. I pulled back my curtain and right in front of my house was a black van. Jungkook saw me and waved at me from inside of the car since he was sitting up on the passenger's seat.

So he really is being serious.

I rushed over to my closet and yanked my closet doors wide open. I grabbed what I could and stuffed in into my bag. I then rushed over to the bathroom to grab my hygienic essentials and skincare. I quickly slipped on a simple white bikini and pulled an oversized cardigan over it to cover my body. It's pretty breathable so I should be fine. I grabbed my bag and ran out the exit.

"Took you long enough," Jungkook said as I got myself into the van. All seven of them were inside of the van. Namjoon insisted to give him my bag to put it in the back and so I did.

"Shut up," I mumbled as I tried to get through the mass amounts of legs.

"Come sit next to me!" Jimin tugged at my arm for me to sit on the vacant seat right next to him in the very back row.

"Sure," I said as I seated myself down.

I deeply sighed before scolding Jungkook, "JUNGKOOK-AHHH," I screamed which made everyone jump, "WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THIS BEFOREHAND." Everyone's heads turned to look towards Jungkook.

"You just told her today?" Yoongi asked the younger.

"Umm," Jungkook bit his lip.

"My god, you immature child!" Jin smacked Jungkook on the back of his head since Jin was driving.

"So, Hyunjae," Jimin turned to face me.

"What?" I raised a brow.

"When are you getting married with Kooky-boy?" he smirked. I looked at him in disgust.

"We're just young adults. I don't think it's even legal to get married this young," I told Jimin.

"Hey, I didn't say to get married now," Jimin protested, "I only said 'when'."

"We're getting married tomorrow!" Jungkook yelled all the way from the passenger's seat.

"WHAT?!" I exclaimed.

Taehyung turned around from his seat in front of us, "You know he's kidding, right?" he asked me.

"Goodness," I smacked my face, "I can never tell when this boy is being serious, or not."

"Exactly, he's so hard to read," Jimin groaned.

Soon enough, we arrived at the beach house that we were gonna stay at for the next 2 days.

"We're here!" Jungkook happily jumped out of the van and then ran towards the beach house.

"Yah!" Jin yelled, "Get back here! Help us unload!"

We all got our bags from the trunk and put them all into the beach house. Afterwards, we all headed to the beach. Strange, we're the only ones here. Must be a private beach.

Yoongi stuck a fairly large beach umbrella deep into the sand while Jin brought all of the beach chairs to sit on and Namjoon carried all of the snacks. I then realized that I was hanging out with seven grown men. I found it quite weird.

"Hey, Namjoon?" I called his name.

"Yeah?" He turned his head where I was sitting.

"Is any of your soulmates coming along, or is it just me?" I asked him.

" I forgot to tell you! I'm so sorry," he apologized, "but yeah, they're all coming. They're just riding in a separate vehicle. Jungkook just wanted you to ride with us."

"Oh, okay," I nodded my head.

Then, each and every one of them took their shirts off, revealing their bare chests. They all looked at me weirdly since I was overreacting. Of course I would... THEY'RE ALL SHIRTLESS AHHHH.

"Taehyung-ah!" I heard a distant call of girl. I looked where it was coming from and was indeed a girl waving her hand at Taehyung.

"Haneul!" Taehyung smiled widely and ran after her with wide arms. Must be his soulmate. Behind her were three other girls. Poor Jin.

How come there's only four of them? Who else hasn't found their soulmate?

"Hyunjae, this is Haneul. Haneul, this is Hyunjae," Taehyung came back with his arm over Haneul's shoulder.

"So you must be the girl that Jungkook has been talking about," she smiled.

"Ah, I guess that's me," I chuckled. Who else did Jungkook tell me about?

"Oh, you need to meet the rest of the girls," Haneul pulled me up from my hands from the chair I was sitting on.

All of the boys, except for Yoongi, were out playing in the water while me and the girls were sitting under the shade, with Yoongi, of the umbrella that he put up.

"That's Yejin, Namjoon's girl," Haneul pointed at the girl, "and that's Jieun, Hoseok's girl. And then, that's Yeona, Jimin's girl." she continued to introduce the rest of them.

"So Jin and Yoongi are still trying to find theirs?" I asked Haneul.

"Only Jin needs to find his. Yoongi's soulmate couldn't make it since she lives across the world in a different country," she answered.

"Yeah," Yoongi mumbled from where he was sitting.

"Oh, and guys, this is Hyunjae if you didn't know her name yet," Haneul introduced me to them.

"OMG, you're the girl that Jungkook kissed in that concert the other day. Nice to meet you!" Yeona smiled.

"Likewise," I replied.

"Hyunjae!" Jungkook called me. I looked over and saw him walking towards me, completely drenched in water. Droplets of water were dripping from his hair and were dragging against his skin. "Come in the water with me."

"Uh." I mean, I want to go but I also don't want to.

"Please~," he pouted.

"Sure, why not," I stood up from the chair I was sitting on and took off my cardigan and then put my hair into a ponytail. The whole time, Jungkook was staring at me.

"Woah," he gasped under his breath.

"C'mon, pervert, I thought you said you wanted me to go in the water with you," I flicked his forehead then walked towards the shoreline.

"Yeah, exactly, I am a pervert," he said as he walked closer towards me, "and your pervert only."

"Whatever," I rolled my eyes.

Then, all of a sudden, I get splashed with water.

"AH!" I screamed. I wiped my eyes and saw Jungkook bursting with laughter. I then pushed him into the waves and laughed as he fell over into the water.
"HAHAHAHAHAH," I laughed in his face. Almost immediately, Jungkook pulled my arm, making me fall in the water with him.

"HAHAHAAAAHA!" Jungkook laughed with me as we fell in the water together.

We stayed on the beach until it was sunset. We were now, at the porch of the beach house, having a barbeque. Jin was at the grill and Yoongi helped him, while the rest of us were drinking drinks at a large outdoor table nearby. Jungkook was sitting next to me with a towel draped over his head since he just took a shower. All of us did, it's just that Jungkook took a shower last that's why his hair is still soaking wet.

"Dinner is served!" Jin exclaimed as he came over the table while carrying plates full of meat with his hands.

"Looks delicious," Haneul said as she watched Jin place the plates onto the table.

After we ate, we lit fireworks that Taehyung brought. Jungkook held me close in his arms as we watched the strong bursts of color together with everyone else. Afterwards, we all went inside to watch a movie.

"I got the popcorn," Taehyung walked towards the couch with bowls of popcorn in his hands and sat next to Haneul. He then passed the bowls around to everyone.

"Someone turn off the lights," Yoongi demanded.

"I got it," Hoseok sprung up from where he was sitting and turned the lights off.

I was sitting on the floor with Jungkook, Jimin, Yeona, Hoseok, and Jiwoo while Namjoon, Yejin, Yoongi, Jin, Taehyung and Haneul were sitting on the couch. Since we brought a heck ton of pillows and blankets on the floor with us, it was quite cozy. And everyone else that were sitting on the couches also had blanket and pillows.

Around the end of the movie, Jungkook laid his head on my lap sound asleep and everyone else were sleeping except for me. I guess everyone is super exhausted from today. As for me, I wanted to finish the movie so I didn't fall asleep. Once it finished, I decided to go outside on the porch to get some fresh air. I slowly, but carefully, removed Jungkook's head from my lap and turned off the TV.

The cool, salty breeze hit me as I stepped onto the wood planks of the porch. I rested my arms on the railing as I watched the waves crash and get sucked back into the body of water. I took this time to relax from all of the chaos these boys are... especially Jungkook. Then something unexpected happened. Another person rested their arms on the railing right next to me.

"What are you doing out here?" the deep voice asked. I expected it to be Taehyung, but it was Jungkook. Since I was so used to hearing Jungkook's kiddish and playful sounding tone of voice, I wasn't used to the fact that he is undeniably a man that has a low-pitched voice. It's been a while since I've seen him be so serious.

I jumped from his presence, "Goodness, I thought you were sleeping."

"I was," he smiled softly, "but then I woke up and couldn't find you anywhere and then I saw that the porch door was unlocked so I figured that you were out here."

"Oh," I laughed.

"Why aren't you sleeping?" he turned his head towards where I was standing to ask me.

"I wanted to see what happened at the end of the movie so I stayed up until it was finished," I replied.

"Aren't you tired?" he then asked me.

"Yeah, kinda," I yawned.

"Well," Jungkook wrapped his arms around me, "we should go to sleep together upstairs, shouldn't we?"

My face immediately turned red.

"Your face is red, Hyunjae," Jungkook chuckled softly.

"Sh-Shut up," I pulled my head down and stared at the planks below me.

Jungkook suddenly pulled my chin up with his fingers, "You're so cute," he then leaned in closer to my face and placed a simple kiss upon my lips.
"Goodnight, Hyunjae," he whispered into my ear before going back inside while I'm still standing here frozen as a stick.

Today was so much fun, I wonder what tomorrow is going to be like.
