Part 10~Enji the Engine

Silence rang out in the room as Endeavor glared down at his 'son'.

"Hitoshi!" Todoroki ran toward the purple haired teen who was thrown from her side, a prominent hand shaped mark was clear against Shinso's pale skin. "Are you alright?"

Shinso pulled himself off the floor, rubbing the back of his head awkwardly. "I'm fine."

"You do realise I am both stronger and have a better pain tolerance than you, I would have been fine," Todoroki jokes, lifting up her fingers to flick Shinso lightly on the head.

"Don't ignore me Shoto," Endeavor shouted angrily only he didn't get the response he was wanting.

"You!"

Turning around, the hall feasted on the new piece of drama unfolding as Inko Midoriya stormed across the room.

"How dare you raise your hand against your own child! I can't believe you, you horrible bastard!" Midoriya pulled her shoe off her foot and wacked Endeavor around the face, surprising both her daughter and godchild.

"Did Auntie Inko just swear?" Bakugo looked terrified, backing away slightly.

"Masuki... is that?"

Masura gave his wife a fearful look while she nodded. "That's him."

"What are you talking about?! Why is Auntie Inko beating up a pro hero?!"

"Well, that's not really our story to tell but it is a good one," Masuki said biting into a sandwich she had picked up from the snack table.

"Mum, please calm down," Midoriya begged, grabbing onto her mum and trying to wrestle her off the pro hero. "Mum!"

"I am not done with him yet!" Mama Midoriya continued to struggle against her daughter's grip. "I can't believe this is the life you left me for!"

What?

Midoriya was in shock which gave her mother plenty of time to shake off her and continue attacking Endeavor when the lights switched off.

What's going on now?!

"Play me a beat girls!"

Dramatic violin music started up leading to the power chord that Oshken played.

"Endeavoooooooooor! You caused my death! Tonight, I enact my revenge!" Oshken swiftly turned into full shadow mode as he rushed forward. He reached out his claws to attack Endeavor.

The shock Mama Midoriya was under let little Midoriya pull her mother off the pro hero and out the way just as Oshken went to impale Endeavor on his shadow claws. Just as Oshken was about to strike, his smoke dispersed and gravity became a thing once again. Oshken fell face first into the floor making him groan. "That hurt."

"Calm yourself, Oshken," Aizawa ordered, walking out with a frown on his face. He blinked as Oshken returned to smoke.

"But he killed me, Sho-sho!"

Of course he did. Anything else someone wants to excuse him of? Bribery? Corruption? Maybe blackmail?

"There are better ways of dealing with this than killing him."

"Mainly with wasabi!" Nezu popped out of Aizawa's scarf with the small packets in his paws.

Oshken smiled up at the mouse bear thing of his own heart, grabbing and packet and turning to look at Endeavor.

"Is anyone following this," Yao-momo asked as she watched the two stalk closer to Endeavor.

Charlie narrowed their eyes before responding. "It appears that the pro hero Endeavor has managed to piss off three people in one. He is transphobic and therefore got angry at Todoroki. Leading him to slap Shinso who jumped in the way. Then it appears that Ms. Midoriya knew Endeavor and was likely dating him before he dumped her which explains why she started to beat him up with a shoe. And to finish it off, Endeavor must have been the one that made Oshken lose control of his Quirk leading to his supposed death."

"Yeah, while that is interesting I feel more bad for Midoriya, Natsou and Fuyumi who have all got themselves stuck in the middle of this," Yao-momo said glancing at the three teens.

"Yeah but who wouldn't want to stick wasabi up their father's nose," Jiro asked before realising his own parents were in ear shot. "Not me of course."

Natsou glanced back at his father who was pinned to the ground and at the mercy of Nezu and Oshken. "Might I ask who that is?"

Todoroki stood up looking back at Oshken but it was Kaminari who responded. "He's the class ghost! He tried to kill us and remove us from the grounds but he is nice once you get to know him."

Endeavour's scream of agony did not help Kaminari's point.

"Should we go help him?" Fuyumi looked at her brother and sister in hopes one of them would go to save him.

"Hell yeah! I want to stick wasabi up his nose!"

Natsou ran away before Fuyumi could stop him. "That's not what I meant! Why do I bother? Is he alright?"

Todoroki smiled shyly at Shinso before nodding. "He'll be fine."

"Good."

Another scream of pain coming from Endeavor made the groups turn back to the main show. Natsou had helped insert the second batch while smirking.

Midnight had finally decided to put a stop to this and ripped open a small part of her clothes, letting her Quirk knock out everyone in the room.

Huh, guess that means she Quirk works on both gender now. I wonder if it's confused.

Later, much later, when the Quirk wore off the students and their respective parents had been deposited in their rooms, confusing the class 1A student who had only spent about 3 hours in total inside those rooms.

The vast majority of the dorm was woken up to their alarms blaring at them to get changed. Something they did more out of instinct rather than awareness.

But then again, how aware does one need to be when the alarm is a recording of Iida shouting "get out of your binders or you'll hurt yourself" on loop.

Yao-momo, who had woken up naturally, was downstairs with Charlie and Jiro, cooking the class and cow's dinner.

By the point everyone was awake, it came clear that the only person missing was Endeavor, but after what just happened, that was to be expected.

The class ate in relative silence, casting worried or suspicious glances to Todoroki, Shinso, Midoriya and Oshken.

It was Kaminari who broke the silence, "soooo... Ms. Midoriya, what was up with up and Endeavor?"

"Kaminari!" Midoriya sent a glare to her class mate but when her mother held out her hand, she backed down.

"I believe that is something I should discuss with my child and the Todorokis first. And please, call me Inko."

Placing down her bowl, Inko pushed her chair back before going to the sink and dumping her utensils inside.

Midoriya, Todoroki, Natsou and Fuyumi quickly finished up before excusing themselves to follow Inko. They walked to Todoroki's room and sat in various places.

"Mum, are you going to tell us what is going on?"

Ms. Midoriya nodded before sighing slightly. "As you could properly guess, I knew Endeavor before he became a pro hero. We were in love, or at least I thought we were, until he dumped me out of the blue."

"Why did he do that?" Todoroki tilted her head in confusion, unsure whether she wanted to listen to the rest of this story.

"My Quirk wasn't strong enough for him. He told me that he wanted to be with someone with a strong Quirk so he could produce someone who could surpass All Might."

The three Todoroki children looked down in sadness, they knew they were just weapons but it still hurt to be told that.

"Of course what he didn't realise was that when he dumped me I was four ish weeks pregnant."

"What?" Can you repeat that again Inko, I'm pretty sure I missed typed that.

"Yeah... that's why I was so angry to see the way he was treating you, Shoto. That could have been Izuku."

"Wait, wait wait! If Izuku and Shouto are the same age that means you two were going out after our father had married mum," Natsou pointed out, shaking his head dramatically.

"Yes, that would be true. I just didn't know that. He never told me he was married or that he had children and never wore his wedding ring. Endeavor never announced that he got married publically either, not until Toya's death that is. But by that point we both had moved on."

Midoriya looked unsurely at the Todoroki family. She was their half sister but she wasn't sure how they would react to that.

"Of course the irony of all this is that after he abandoned you for someone with a stronger power, you ended up All Might's prodigy and probably will surpass that hero like Endeavor wanted." Inko had a sweet smile on her face as she looked at her own child. "You'll do amazing Izuku. And if any of you need a home, ours is always open for you. After all, you are family."

Midoriya jumped up, dragging Todoroki over to a group hug. Inko pulled both Natsuo and Fuyumi in as well as they sat there laughing.

Little did they know that Endeavor was silently thinking over the memories as well, though his wasn't in a loving way.

No, he was in a pissed off way as he glared at the writing permanently tattooed into his head. That stupid nickname Oshken gave him... Enji the Engine.
