Overall Christmas was great. It was a couple of days later and I was very happy with all the gifts I had received. I was still trying to figure out who sent the charm bracelet with the Stag, dog, wolf and rat charm. It was slightly odd, I must admit. I was still to find out who had sent me the gift but i'll get there eventually. I am currently sitting on my bed fiddling with it and the letter. The only werewolf I know is Remus and I am already friends with him. But I highly doubt his friends would send me something like this. The amount of bullying they do they would never be able to send such a sentimental gift.

"Hey Ali, what are you doing" Lily asked curiously from her bed in the corner.

"Just trying to figure out who sent this gift" I said looking at her with my face scrunched up in confusion. She came over and sat on my bed.

"What does the letter say" She asked first.

"To Alice, you don't know who we are but we hope you appreciate the gift anyway. It reminded us of you when we saw it. We hope that you find it in your heart to give us a chance to befriend you in the future. Wishing you a very happy christmas" I answered back. She stared at me in concentration.

"Well, who would want to be your friend but has no chance, has anyone been pestering you lately" Lily asked curiously. I thought for a moment. Well, Black and Potter have been trying to figure me out lately. Would they count as pestering. I might as well tell Lily.

"Well, Black and Potter have been trying to talk to me lately" I said, "But I don't know if you would count that as Pestering, I mean, Black and Potter, would they really be able to give a gift this sentimental" I said in a matter of fact tone. Lily looked slightly annoyed.

"I don't reckon they would be able to buy something this good for someone that hardly opens up to strangers" Lily said nodding. I looked back. Well, we're not any closer to finding out who gave me this.

"Well, we'll talk about it tomorrow" Lily said standing up and walking to her bed, "Night Ali"

"Night Lil's" I answered back as I tucked the letter in my draw and re clipped the bracelet back onto my wrist.

Time skip

I woke up as I fell onto the floor. Lily, and Marlene were all standing around me with worried expressions on there faces. Alice was standing slightly back with a pale face. Oh God. I had a dream about my transformation, if I yelled then they might know. I felt my breath leave me and my vision began to go blurry. At that moment Dad came running into my room.

"Ali, listen here, it will be alright" Dad said shaking me slightly. He kept talking to me and my breathing began to slow down and I calmed down enough to look at him. "I'm gonna leave you to talk to the girls, if they don't approve, then call me and I will obliviate them" Dad whispered before walking out of the room. I slowly lifted my gaze to the girls.

"So, that's why you miss classes every month then" Lily whispered. I felt tears come to my eyes.

"If you don't agree then i'll just get Dad to come up here and Obliviate any memory of me from your mind, trust me, about twenty people have had there minds obliviated on the subject" I said as I felt the tears come down my eyes. All the girls moved forwards.

"I'm sure it's not that bad having a friend who's a werewolf" Lily said with a shrug.

"Listen Ali, I know you can't help it, it just scared me, thats all" Alice said beginning to apologise. I just shook my head.

"So Ali, you happy to still be friends" Marlene said offering her hand. I looked up at them in astonishment.

"Are you seriously gonna still be my friends, not abandon me in a week, not tell anyone that isn't in this room and pretend to not know where i've been every full moon" I said shock still evident in my facial features. They all nodded and helped me up, at that moment Dad came into the room.

"It's all good Dad" I said with a sad smile.

"That's great Ali, what did I say, you'd find friends who would accept you eventually" Dad said with a smile before waving at the girls and walking out of the room.

"Well, it's only four in the morning, who's willing to go back to sleep" Alice said with a yawn. I looked down.

"Oh, um, sorry bout that" I said. They all just smiled and shrugged.

"Doesn't matter, anyway night, Ali, Alice and Lil's" Marlene said.

"Night, Marls, Alice and Ali" Lily said.

"Night Ali, Marls and Lils" Alice said.

"Night Alice, Marls and Lils" I said, finishing our small sequence we go through every night. I fell into a peaceful sleep until the morning came around.

"WAKE UP" Lily's voice screeched through the room as she hit me with a pillow.

"Lily" I groaned. "What's the time" I asked with a small yawn as I looked around the room, bright light hit my eyes as they drifted to the window which was shining with a very bright morning light.

"It's only eight" Lily said with a shrug. I huffed and stood from the bed going straight to the bathroom to get ready before Marlene or Alice went into the bathroom. They always took hours to get ready. I suddenly stopped as I remembered last night. I smiled at the thought that maybe I had made actual friends that didn't care about my condition or not. I shouldn't get my hopes up though. Last time my friends said they were fine a week later they abandoned and ignored me. Dad had to modify their memories as I overheard them talking about telling some other people in the school. Well now I had Remus and a possible three other people who still accepted me. I was getting places. I finished up in the bathroom and left the room.

"I'm going to go down to breakfast Lil's, I need to talk to dad for a moment" I said before running down the staircase. Straight into something at the bottom. The person offered their hand and I gratefully took it. Well, that was a mistake.

"Thanks" I muttered angrily to non other then Sirius Black.

"Listen Alice, follow me for a moment, trust me, you won't regret, and Remus will be there" he added with a grin and wink. I rolled my eyes but couldn't help blushing slightly. He grabbed my arm and dragged me over to the table. I reluctantly took a seat and he shot a spell over us all that made everyone disappear. I stared in astonishment.

"Be carful, you'll catch flies" Black said with a smirk, I just rolled my eyes.

"Didn't know you were so smart Black" I retaliated with an equally as amazing smirk.

"Ok, ok, can we just talk about what we actually need Alice to help with" Remus said with a sigh. Potter and Black just smirked like they always do. "Now, we needed to ask you for some help with a prank we want to do" Remus said with a small smile.

"and why would I help you" I said calmly to Black and Potter. I noticed Peter Pettigrew sitting reluctantly in a corner. I just turned back to Black and Potter.

"because your a smart person and we thought that you would love to get back at anyone you want with a simple prank" Potter said with a sigh. Well that was convincing. I couldn't help but notice the small piece of paper he slipped into his pocket. I channeled my thoughts and heard a voice.

"Well actually, it's because I want to get with Lily and Alice is her friend so she might see how great I really am. I also want Remus to be happy" The voice of James said in my mind. Yes, I am a legilimens. How evil I am.

"So why you actually want me is because James wants to get with Lily and i'm her friend so she might see how great you boys are, and you want Remus to be happy" I said with a smirk, tapping my head and looking at a bewildered James. I couldn't help but notice how remus blushed slightly. "Well I'm in" I said with a small smile.
