Now let the story begin.

[S/N] : Come on Lilo, we need to fortify the room to keep the zombie vampires out!

Lilo : Oh no, not the zombie vampires! They'll eat your brains and suck your blood!

In her room, Lilo Pelekai is playing make believe with her best friend [S/N] [L/N], a girl from the same hula class as her.

Their fun is interrupted by Lilo's older sister Nani, who enters the room with an amused smile on her face.

Nani : Sorry to put an end to this little zombie vampire apocalypse guys, but your brother just called [S/N], he says he'll be here soon to pick you up.

[S/N] : Aww, why can't I stay longer? Big bro never lets me do what I want! He's such a big meanie!

Nani : That's not true [S/N], your brother is the nicest guy I know, and he only wants what's best for you.

[S/N] : Why are you taking his side Nani, I thought you were cool!

Lilo : It's because she has a massive crush on him.

Nani : Lilo!

Lilo : What? It's true. I always hear you on the phone with your friends saying how hot you think he is and how you really want to confess to him, but you're too much of a chicken to do it.

Nani's face reddens in embarrassment, as everything her sister said is true.

[S/N] : Really?! You're in love with my brother Nani?!

Before Nani could respond, a car horn is heard from outside, signaling that [S/N]'s brother [Y/N] has arrived.

Lilo and [S/N] look at each other with devious smiles before running out of the room.

Nani : Where are you two running off to?

Lilo : We're going to tell [Y/N] about your feelings for him Nani!

[S/N] : Yeah, that way when you guys start dating, Lilo and I can play together all the time!

Nani blushes at the thought of her and [Y/N] dating before running after the girls to stop their plan.

Outside, [Y/N] exits his jeep and walks up to the front door, quickly greeted by his sister and her friend.

Lilo : Hey [Y/N], my sister is in lo-

Nani quickly silences Lilo by putting her hand over her mouth.

[S/N] : Big bro, Nani has fe-

Nani does the same to her as well and gives [Y/N] an awkward smile.

[Y/N] : Umm...what's going on here exactly?

Nani : N-nothing [Y/N], nothing at all.

Lilo bites her sister's hand, causing her to move it away from her mouth.

Nani : Ow! Lilo!

Lilo : My sister is in love with you [Y/N]!

She quickly blurts out, making his eyes widen in surprise.

[Y/N] : H-huh? Is this true Nani?

He asks her with a blush growing on his face.

Nani sighs and nods before letting [S/N] go.

Nani : Yes [Y/N], it's true. I've had a crush on you ever since our sisters became friends, and recently that crush grew into something more. I think...that I'm in love with you [Y/N].

[Y/N] : ....[S/N], can you and Lilo go up to her room so Nani and I can talk please?

[S/N] : Sure big bro, let's go Lilo.

The two leave their older siblings and resume their zombie vampire adventure.

Nani : Look [Y/N], I'll understand if you don't feel the sa-

She's cut off by [Y/N] wrapping his arms around her waist and pulling her into a kiss.

After her initial surprise, Nani sinks into the kiss and runs her fingers through [Y/N]'s hair.

Pulling away for air, the two stare into each other's eyes and smile.

[Y/N] : In case that kiss wasn't clear enough for you, I love you too Nani, and I have for the last couple weeks now.

Nani : Really now? What made you realize your feelings for me?

She asks him inquisitively.

[Y/N] : Well, I've always found you extremely attractive if I must be honest, but I really fell for you when we all went surfing together a few weeks ago.

Nani : Oh is that right? Was it my bathing suit that did it for you, or was it something else?

She questions him with a hint of teasing in her voice.

[Y/N] : I'm not gonna lie and say you didn't look absolutely gorgeous in that bathing suit, but what really made me realize my feelings for you was how you were with [S/N] and Lilo. Mom and dad aren't around a lot, so I'm often left to take care of my sister all by myself, so seeing how well you care for both your sister and mine made me realize just how amazing you are. You're an absolutely beautiful and outstanding person Nani, and I can't help but fall for you more and more every day.

Nani's face turns a bright red from her crush's kind words.

Nani : That's the sweetest thing anyone's ever said to me. I love you so much [Y/N], I really want you to be my boyfriend.

He smiles and embraces her.

[Y/N] : I love you too Nani, and I'd want nothing more than to be your boyfriend.

The two share another kiss, this one filled with much more passion than the last one.

Unbeknownst to the new couple, Lilo and [S/N] are secretly spying on them.

Lilo : Our plan worked!

[S/N] : Yep! Like a charm! Can we go back to playing now? Let's wage war on the zombie vampires!

Lilo : Right behind you [S/N]!

The two run back to Lilo's room as Nani and [Y/N] continue having their romantic moment.
