Carvie: Where we started out

Carlos and Evie were in Evie's dorm in the middle of a very heated fight. Some of the fights they normally have are just typical fight but this one was one of the worst ones they have ever had. "I DON'T GET WHY YOU ARE SO MAD!!!" Carlos yelled. "YOU SERIOUSLY DON'T GET WHY I AM MAD THAT YOU ARE HANGING OUT WITH JANE?!?? SHES YOUR EX!!!" Evie asked, yelling.
"ITS NO BIG DEAL!!! IT WAS THREE TIMES!!!" Carlos yelled. "Carlos. Do you still like Jane?" Evie asked. "What if I do?" Carlos asked and Evie narrowed her eyes at him. "Well maybe I still like Doug!!!" Evie said. "What's that supposed to mean?" Carlos asked. "It means maybe this relationship was a mistake!" Evie said and Carlos eyes went wide. He gave Evie one last look and walked out. Evie just stood there trying to process what just happened.

Carlos was in his dorm on his bed sobbing into his pillow. He never ever meant to hurt like he did. Now he probably hated him. He deserved it though.  Evie was walking outside trying to get her mind off of Carlos. She made it to the enchanted lake and a single tear ran down her cheek. She leaned up against a pillar and started singing.

  Evie
Our empty hearts and neon lights
They're playing with my mind
Gotta get out of it tonight
I wanna run off and float
And I'll tell myself it's fine to be alone
Just to find somewhere that finally feels like home, oh, oh, oh
I hate all this overthinking, oh, oh, oh, oh
The more I swim, the more I'm sinking
Take me to a world of silver
No more heartbreaks, tears, painkillers
Take me somewhere unfamiliar
Bring me back to where we started out
Get me out of now
To where we started out
Get me out of now
To where we started out
La-la-la-la-la-oh-oh
Get me out of...

Evie
Broken hearts and starting fights
Turning truth to lies
Gotta get out, stop wasting time
Yeah, I wanna run off and float
And I'll tell myself it's fine to be alone
Just to find somewhere that finally feels like home, oh, oh, oh
I hate all this overthinking, oh, oh, oh, oh
The more I swim, the more I'm sinking
Take me to a world of silver
No more heartbreaks, tears, painkillers
Take me somewhere unfamiliar
Bring me back to where we started out
Get me out of now
To where we started out
Get me out of now
To where we started out
I'm out, oh
I'm out, oh
I'm out, oh
I'm out, oh......
