Their aesthetics are at the bottom, I suggest you see them before the chapter:)

Abel Volkov POV

"Papa! Alek is taking my favorite knife!" Alexia screamed as she climbed to the front of the car, sitting on my armrest.

For a 5 year old she was fucking dangerous.

And dangerous.

"Lex, wait twenty more minutes. We don't want Rick dead, now do we?" I said, mentioning my other child who was inside the hotel, killing the second in command of the Monaco's Mafia as we waited for him.

I was going to go but he knew what I looked like and had Guards near him. Lex wanted to go but couldn't really go into the Men's restroom.

I was watching the security cameras as I saw the two guards hurriedly ran inside the bathroom, a few seconds later out came Rick, a small smile on his face, making him look like a normal five year old walking through the hotel.

He kept his pace steady, walking out of the building and climbing into the back seat of the car. Like he didn't just kill three fully grown and armed men.

I quickly wiped at data of our presence at this hotel, turning around to the highway. "Good job Alaric. We need to leave the country. We've taken out all the people that know us personally. Did you leave anything?"

"No. But the only time the main man touched me was when he patted my hair. I don't think he got any of my hair though. The others, I shot quickly." Rick muttered, looking at me as I sent him a small smile.

"Ricky, good job. Can I have your knife?" Alexia asked as she pouted at her younger brother, her huge grey eyes widening to make her look even cuter.

"No." Rick dismissed as he closed his eyes, not wanting to give into her tricks.

Alexia looked nothing like me. She had dark golden hair, grey eyes, angelic features but nothing like mine. Her skin was a mixture of my tan skin and some light skin. Something she must have got from her mother. The only thing I know that she got from me, other than my melanin is my dimples.

Aleksandr and Alaric had the same colored skin as Lex, a light tan. They both had the same stormy grey eyes but and had the same dirty blond hair. Their features were similar to Alexia but they had dimples like me, they had my smile and nose.

"Alek, give your sister her knife back and grab the black bag from the back." I ordered to my youngest child as he rolled his eyes.

Being a twenty nine year old with three kids was hard work.

"Either that or I don't make you a knife next time." I threatened as he threw the knife to Lex's head as she caught it midair.

"Baby brother, don't try that again. You don't want to know the consequences." She threw him a deadly glare that made everyone she came across, glower in fear.

"Sorry," He shrugged, not giving one shit as Lex smirked and threw the sharp black knife into his shoulder, pulling it out and grabbing the first aid kit as he hollered in pain.

"If you apologize, do it correctly. I was going to help you clean up but you need to learn a lesson. Clean it yourself." She spat as she passed me the black bag.

"That's not fair!" Alek whined as Rick rolled his eyes, opening the first aid kit.

"What's not fair is when you eat my food and steal my knife and don't give it back when asked. And, we all learned the hard way that life isn't all rainbows and sunshine." She scoffed as Rick shut his eyes, trying to forget the horrible memories of our past.

"Lex, don't talk about that." I sent her a look as she looked at me with the same look.

"Papa, you do realize that it took up 4/5 of our lives, right?"

True.

"I know but your brother doesn't like to talk about it, Lex." I said softly as she nodded.

"Papa, I fixed his wound. We need our clothes so we can go to the plane. Where are we going?" Rick questioned as I gave him a pair of black joggers and a white jacket, giving the other two the same thing.

"Spasiba, Papa." The three said in unison. [Thank you,]

"You're welcome. We are going to the USA."

"Papa? Isn't the Russian mafia in the USA? We can't go there. What if he finds out about you?" Lex worries as she frowns, her younger siblings nodding with her.

"What about the American and Italian Mafia?" Rick added, furrowing his dirty blond brows.

"They aren't as dangerous as the Russian mafia. Plus the Russian mafia thinks they killed Papa. He can't be seen or they are going to kill our only parent then, we'll be orphans." Alek panicked as Lex rolled her eyes and handed him his pills and some water.

He chugged both, his ADHD medicine helping him calm down.

"We don't go to NYC. We can't get caught but we have to go to California to meet up with someone who can help me get a new face." I answered, mentioning my childhood friend who is now a plastic surgeon.

"Papa! We like your face though." Rick whined as he crossed his arms as I got out of the car, the kids following as they moonlight hit their faces.

"I know but we can't get caught by the biggest Mafia in the whole world. I can't leave you guys alone in this cruel world. I won't. Not after last time." I softly told them as I kneeled in front of them.

"Let's go. If anyone asks, I'm Luke. Alek you're Alex, Lex is Alice and Rick is Aaron. Surname is Cooper." I gave them the fake names as they nodded, getting up and heading into the gas station.

"Hey! How can I help you?" A chirpy voice came as we turned our heads to see a red head.

"Hi Miss. I'm Alice and I need to change my clothes. Can you please direct me and my family to the bathroom?" Lex said as the red head just stared down at her in confusion.

"Where's your mommy?" She asked, a smile on her lips.

"We don't have one." Alek answered as he frowned at the reality of life.

"Okay..." The red head got up, shaking her head. "The restrooms are in the back. If you need any help, call for me." She mailed as she pointed to back.

"Thank you," the kids said in unison as they walked in front of me, Lex turning to the right so she could go to the women's room.

When we came out, the kids had black joggers with a variety of shirts and then coats on top. I was wearing some sweatpants with a green hoodie, Alek and Rick holding my hands as Lex walked in front of us.

"Thank you, Miss. Have a nice day." Lex said as she dropped a twenty dollar bill on the counter. The red heads face dropped as she smiled brightly at us.

"No problem. Come again next time." She waved as we hopped into our car.

We quickly drove to the airport, getting onto our plane as I put my hood up, no one being able to know how my full face looked.

The Russian mafia was everywhere and no where.

-

When we landed in California, the kids wanted to go to a diner but we couldn't just yet. We still needed to change my beautiful face.

I didn't look the best but compared to others, I was beautiful. I had tan skin, black hair, dark brown eyes and a very sculpted face. My body was also in great condition considering I was a guard and had been training since I was younger. I was also taller than average, standing at 6'4.

Since it was early in the morning, we walked to a black car in the driveway and hot wired it.

"Papa, couldn't we get a bigger car? Alexia keeps pushing my wound!" Alek whined as I told Rick to change seats and to go in the middle.

"Alexia stop pushing your brother," I look at her through the mirror, my heart practically melting at the look she gave me.

"I'm sorry, Papa." She mumbled, playing with her hands, her eyes watering up.

"It's okay, baby. Don't cry," I smiled as she wiped her tears. When she cry's, you want to shoot yourself in the head from the look she gives you.

"Liar." Alek whispered as Rick rolled his eyes again, telling his brother to be quiet.

"Kids, get out of the car. We're here." I said as I unbuckled the seat belt and locked the car after we all got out, staring up at the Clear building with big letters across the top. Only one other car in the driveway.

"Hello, how can I hel- Abel?" A high voice announced as I turned to see Vicky.

Vicky Turner, my high school girlfriend that turned out to be lesbian so she broke up with me and dated my sister.

It's messed up. I know.

"Vicky," I smiled as I hugged her 5'2 height. We ended on good terms and I ended up with her sister until she was killed because my father was a piece of shit.

"Hey! You didn't tell me you were going to be early! I would've closed the shop for a while!" She hit my arm as I rolled my eyes, the kids still behind me. "Oh My God! You have kids! I could've never imagined you with kids. They're so beautiful. They must've gotten the mothers genes!" She joked as I scoffed, the kids probably frowning.

"The mother isn't in the picture. She's dead."

I think.

She frowned, putting her brown hair with Carmel highlights behind her ears, a sudden smile appearing on her tan face, "Well, they still have their auntie Vicky! Can I see my nieces and nephews!"

She was always too happy for her own good.

Alek, Rick and Lex all peaked out even more than before, Vicky's smile getting bigger somehow.

"Triplets?" She questioned as she kneeled in front of them. I nodded as she asked, "What's your names?"

They looked up at me, silently asking if they should give their real names or fake ones. I smiled, meaning real names.

"I'm Alexia. These are my brothers, Alaric and-"

"Aleksandr!" He interrupted Lex's unemotional tone, giving her a hand to shake, practically jumping up and down in his spot.

He forgot to take his medicine, again.

"Hi kids, I'm your Aunt Vicky. You wanna watch TV or play games?" She questioned as Alek nodded his head so hard that it might've fallen off. Rick and Lex picked up the books, Alek sitting and watching 'Teen Titan's Go'.

"You named your daughter after your dead sister's middle name? You know what, never mind, let's change your face." Vicky chuckled, locking the door of the place and putting the blinds back down and making sure everyone knew it was currently closed.

-

"Papa! You look so different!" Alek exclaimed as Lex and Rick smiled at him, rolling their eyes.

"The only thing that is different is that his face is practically covered in bandages." Rick commented.

"I just need to look like a cousin just not the same person. Thank you again, Vicky. I'll visit you someday, here's the payment even though you didn't ask for it." I handed her a few hundred bills, as she tried to hand it back but we moved to the door.

"Bye, Vick." I nodded in acknowledgment.

"Bye, Abel." She smirked, sending all of us a wave.
-
We drove to a hotel after the surgery, renting out a room for a week.

"No! Lex! I want that bed!" Rick whined as he took the pillow and threw it at his sister.

Why does everyone have a problem with Alexia?

"No! I wanna sleep on this bed. Do you want what happened to you in the dungeon to happen again?" She innocently looked at him as he looked like he was going to cry.

"Shut up! Papa said not to talk about that!" Rick screamed in her face as Aleksandr stood next to me, silently giggling as I watched them.

"Papa also said to be nice to his only daughter which is me and you aren't being very nice to me right now." She harshly glowered over him, her hand snaking around his throat as he closed his eyes.

What the fuck is wrong with my kids?

"Lex! Stop trying to kill your brother. We need to go back to training. Rick is already forgetting how to escape from Lex."

They start looking at one another and burst out in laughter, falling on to the bed and rolling around in it.

"Ho-holy s-sh-shit! Y-your face is h-ilarious!" Lex says through her hysterical laughter.

"Alexia, what did I say about bad words?" I glare at her as they sober up, Alek and Rick letting their tears fall slowly.

"Not to say them?" She pouted as she rolled her eyes.

What the hell am I supposed to do with these kids?
