POV: You

Part 1.

It's morning right now, around 6 o'clock. I was with Hestia outside the church. Hestia was sending me off to the dungeon, I wore a cloak made of salamander wool. Today was kinda special since today would be the first day I would be going to the middle floors.

"I'll be heading off now Hestia" I say.

Hestia stood in front of me with her hands on her hips, wearing her usual white outfit. She nods then leans forward a bit.

"You know (Y/n), that salamander wool is a lot more conspicuous than I thought it would be" Hestia says

"Well, I'm going to have to be extra prepared for the middle floors, Eina wouldn't have it any other way" I replied.

"Well, if your adviser suggested it to you then I guess you should probably listen, and don't go pushing yourself too hard just because your level 2 now, okay" Hestia tells me.

"Got it" I say.

I hugged Hestia and she hugs me back "Please be careful (Y/n"

"I will my goddess" I say.

Hestia looks at me then leans in and plants a kiss on my lips. Her eyes were closed but mine were wide open in shock.

"I'm kissing a goddess!, I hope I don't get simited for kissing one of the three greek virgin goddesses!"

Hestia pulls away and we both let go from the hug at the same time. She and I were both blushing a bit.

"That was a good luck kiss" She tells me "I know what your thinking.....but your not going to get hurt or anything for kissing me, not now not ever.You are my boyfriend after all.."

I smiled before kissing her on the cheek "I'll see you later Hestia"

I then started to walk away towards the Hostess of Fertility. I needed to get the lunch from Syr but also she said that she wanted to give me something else as well. After a good walk I reached the tavern. I walk into the tavern and I see Arnya and Chloe perk their ears up then looked at me with interest.

"Is Syr here?" I ask.

"Syr is in the kitchen with Ryuu nya" Chloe says while her tail waved back and forth.

"Okay, thanks" I say.

"Your welcome nya" Chloe replies and her cheeks were a faint pink.

I go into the kitchen and I see Syr and Ryuu prepping some food "What are you guys making?" I ask.

"(Y/n)!" Syr says after seeing me and hugs me, when she let's go she replies "Me and Ryuu are making your lunch"

"Your helping her Ryuu?" I asked as I looked past Syr.

I see Ryuu's cheeks become a bit pink "I wanted to make sure that you had a more filling lunch since you would start going to the middle floors starting today"

"That's very thoughtful Ryuu, thank you. It will be a pleasure to eat your cooking as well" I say then smiled.

Ryuu's cheeks become a darker shade of pink. Syr notices the blush on Ryuu's face and starts to giggle a little.

"Your blushing Ryuu" Syr says.

Ryuu avoids eye contact with me and Syr and turns her head away "No I'm not"

"You totally are" Syr says, making fun of Ryuu a bit then gets close to Ryuu "It's because (Y/n) said he's happy to be able to eat your cooking isn't it?" Ryuu doesn't reply "I'm just messing with you Ryuu" Syr goes back to the food and starts to pack it up into 2 containers.

"Is she always like this?" I ask Ryuu as we watched Syr pack the food with a smile on her face.

"Pretty much" Ryuu replies, back to normal now "Her playful personality interferes with her work sometimes, leading to somethings not getting done"

"I see"

Syr skips over from the other side of the kitchen with the containers in hand, the containers were stacked on one another and had a large cloth wrapped around them.

"Here you go Honey" Syr says in a cutesy manner as she hands me the containers "Make sure to eat it all because me in Ryuu put all our love into making it. Isn't that right Ryuu?"

Me and Syr were looking at Ryuu as the blush from earlier appears back on her face. Ryuu doesn't reply to what Syr says.

"I gotta go, I'll see you girls later" I say.

"Okay" Syr says all cutsy before giving me a kiss "Have a good day"

"You too" I say then started walking away "see you later"

"Bye!" Syr says.

"Bye, See you later nya!" Arnya says as I walked out the tavern.

"Time to go meet up with Lili and Welf" I say to myself.

Part 2.

Me, Lili, and Welf just reached the 13th floor, The real start of the middle floors as Ryuu puts it. I was the first one to get to the bottom of the stairs, right when my foot touch the ground the three of us heard the sound of a roar that was more like a wolf.

"Gezz, first step onto the floor and theirs already shit ready to kill us" I state as I took out Ushiwakamaru and Hestia knife.

"What did you expect?, the dungeon is out to kill everyone who enters it" Lili says.

We hear the roar again, close than it was before. I looked to my right and saw a hell hound running towards us. The hell hound leaps towards me, it bit onto my right gauntlet with a tight grip and no sign of letting go. Welf jumps in the air while gripping his sword. He swings down and slices the hell hound in half. Another hell hound appears from deeper within the dungeon along with 2 others on its tail. Lili shoots the one in front with her cross bow in the eye, making it yelp. Welf then went in for the kill. I stab one in the chest as it leaped at me, stopping it dead in its tracks, then I threw Hestia knife at the head of the last hell hound. The fight was finished and the three of us were safe. Welf put his sword on his back and went to pick up the magic stone of the hell hound he killed.

"Well, we survived our first middle floor fight, not bad huh!" He says.

"Yeah, the fight wasn't that hard" I say.

"We need to find a open area" Lili says as she picks up the magic stones "This isn't a good place to be surrounded by monsters"

We then hear the sound of something small. We turn to look in the direction of the sound and see 3 rabbits white hair and red eyes standing on their back legs with arms behind their backs. They then pull out stone axes from behind their backs before jumping at us.

"(Y/n), can you calm down Rai's crazy cousins?" Lili says.

"Those are almiraj and Rai would be ashamed if these were his cousins" I say as I held Hestia knife and Ushiwakamaru.

I run at the three almiraj as they were in the air. I stabbed one of them in the head. Another tried to throw its axe at me but I blocked it with one of my gauntlets. I then sliced the other two in half with Hestia knife. The magic stones of the three almiraj drop to the ground. I pick up the stones and we then hear more almiraj. Another group of almiraj arrive, now with 15 of them instead of 3.

"Fucking hell..."

"Run!" Lili shouts. We did as Lili said and started to run "We need to find a open area as fast as we can!"

"I hope we don't have to deal with these things all day" Welf says.

"We probably will" I replied.

We continued to run away  from the group of almiraj but they chased us down the large cave hallways. We reach a large room, kinda looking like a arena, and hallways going in every which direction. Out of the other caves, more almiraj appeared. We were now surrounded by at least 30 or 40 of them.

"Fucking hell" I growl.

"There's so many of them" Welf says.

"I guess I need to use something with more length then" I state.

I put Hestia knife in its sheath on my lower back and put Ushiwakamaru in its sheath on my left gauntlet. I grab the handle of Raikou out of its sheath from off my back. I swing it once at 4 almiraj and cut all 4 in half. I continued to swing the sword every time one of them jumped at me. Lili and Welf were fighting their fair share of them as well. After a few minutes we were able to clear most of them out. We then see a party of adventures run past us, on one of their backs was a girl with a almiraj axe in her back. They then ran into another cave.

"They past paraded us!" Lili shouts.

"Don't mind them, they had an injured member, we continue to fight" I tell them as I killed the last almiraj.

"Got it" Welf says.

"What! We're going to die if more of those things come, we could of used their help!" Lili yells.

"They would of been useless with a injured person to take care of" I tell Lili.

We then hear growls come from one of the tunnels then a pack of hell hounds exit the tunnel and ran straight for us.

"Guys, there are more of those rabbits coming for us!" Welf shouts as almiraj come from another tunnel.

"Fuck you dungeon!!" I shout as I stabbed a hell hound in the head from below.

I pull Raikou out of the hell hounds head and used it to cut off the head of another. Then grabbed Hestia knife and stabbed a almiraj that was flying towards me.

"They just keep coming!" Welf shouts.

"We should of just ran!" Lili shouts.

"If we did run earlier we would of ran straight into a pack of monsters" I tell her as I killed another hell hound.

The ground and the ceiling started to rumble and crack. Rock fell from the ceiling and dust cloaded up the room. Before I know it, I hit cold hard ground, knocking the wind out of me. I coughed as I tried to regain my breath. I lifted myself off the ground then felt a sharp pain in my left arm. I look at my left arm and see a large cut on my upper arm, through my now torn sleeve. I look and see a large rock on Welf's ankle and I see Lili sat up against a few rocks.

"What in the hell....."
