Chapter 5

Jay's POV

"What if I don't want to be your hyung?"

Yep. No more long introduction. I'm Jay Park. The most handsome and richest guy in the university.

I'm not that dumb but why the heck did I ask that question to this cute chocoball in front of me.

Jungwon froze like a statue after hearing what i said. He just stared at the me which made me nervous. I never felt anything like this before. Not even with girls. "Did I say something wrong?" I thought to myself.

"Then what should I call you? Jay only? Or like Mr. Park? Or..." he innocently blabbered.

"Call me yours" I teased.

"Mine?"

"Yes, I'm yours."

"Y-you're just k-kidding, right? hyung?" Jungwon replied.

"Oh yeah. I am. Don't uhm... don't mind it. I mean, nevermind. Yeah."

We ate in silence after that awkward scene. I secretly stare at the him when I find a chance.

"So... when will you start tutoring me?" I broke the silence between us to lighten up the atmosphere.

"Classes haven't started yet this week. Hmmm, I thought you hate studying based on what your Dad said but you seem to have interest."

Yes, I do have interest.

I'm interested in you, Yang Jungwon.

But what if you don't feel the same? Well, I'm Jay Park and I get what I want. You're no exception to that.

"Of course I do. I want to pass and graduate." I joked and I'm happy to see that he giggled.

"Ouchhhh! Yah!!!" he whined in pain.

I couldn't help it. I had to pinch his cheeks. They felt so soft and he is freaking damn cute. This boy right here is making me crazy.

"Sorry. I just had to."

"Why?! You should've atleast told me! I'm chewing my food, hyung!"

"You're cute. What can I do?" I said and he blushed.

If you tell my friends, Sunghoon and Jake, that I did this, they won't believe. I never do such things to anyone. Not even to my past girlfriends and even to Arin. I'm not even sure if I like that girl. She just likes bothering me and since she's pretty, might as well give her a chance.

Jungwon feels different. I never treated any girl like this before and the thing is, Jungwon isn't even a girl. Well, does it even matter when he's cuter than all women out there?

"Do you have plans after we eat here?" I asked.

"Hmmm. Nothing. Maybe I'll go back to my friends and go home with them."

Are intelligent people really slow at picking up? I'm literally asking him out. I guess he's never been in a relationship before.

"Tell your friends you're going home alone. Let them go first."

"What?! I don't want to go home alone!" He whined. If only he's not cute while pouting right now, I don't know what I could've done.

"Dummy. Of course I'll drive you home."

"Why? Where are we going?" Oh this kid.

"Mall. Help me buy something."

"For your girlfriend?"

"No. Stop asking and finish your food. I need your cheeks fluffy so eat more."

I don't know what's in him that makes feel like this but I'll take the shot, Yang.

We finished eating and I can see how full he is when he had a hard time walking.

"Hyung, can't you just drive your car? I'll wait you here pweaseeeee?" Jungwon begged with all of his cuteness.

I just teased him by saying "No. You have your feet."

"Pwetty pweaseeee?"

Sigh. Yep. I give up.

β€” at the mall β€”

We walked to the jewelry store that sells the best accessories when our hands suddenly touched each other. I really want to try holding his hand but that's too fast I guess?

"Hyung, where are we really going?"

"Here." I stopped in front of the place.

"A jewelry store? Oh I get it. You'll buy your girlfriend? What's her name again?"

"Yes I'll buy something but not for Arin."

We entered the store and we were immediately greeted by the staffs.

"Welcome, Mr. Park. What are you looking for?" the staff said. Yes, they know me here. I mean who doesn't know me?

I told Jungwon to sit for a while as I look for the perfect necklace.

"Give me that one." Finally I saw the perfect necklace.

I bought the necklace which really caught my attention the moment I saw it. Then I grabbed this ball of cuteness and led him outside.

"Let me see what you bought!" Jungwon said while peeking at the paperbag.

I took the necklace out of its box and showed it to him.

"Ohhhhh. J is for Jay. You are into accessories? This doesn't suit your dark badboy look though but yeah it's your ownβ€”"

"It's for you. Wear it." I bluntly said to stop him from talking and talking.

"W-what?"

I turned him around by myself and put the necklace on him. It suits him well.

"Yah! Why did you put this on me?"

"Jay is for Jungwon." I replied.

"I know my name starts with J but this is yours."

Oh this kid. Can't blame him though. Why am I named Jay?!

"It's my gift for you."

"Yaaah! I can't accept this. You spent 120,000 just for a necklace?"

"Think of it as my payment for tutoring me then?"

"We did not even start yet. Besides, your dad already pays for my school fees."

"Just accept it, Wonnie." I pouted and tried making cute faces for him.

"Pfft!" the only thing I heard from him as he laughed over my trying-to-look-cute face. He's lucky he get to see this side of me. "You didn't need to go that far, hyung." he added.

"So, you accept it now okay?"

"Do I have a choice?" He replied and started becoming sassy with me again. Look, I'm being nice to him. Only to him. I never been this kind and soft to anyone.

"If you don't accept it then..."

"then what?" he tilted his head. Please, he's really the cutest.

"Should I buy you a ring instead?"
