I have been in the neighborhood for a long time now and i love it here! I mean i have so many friends like Wally, Barbary, Frank, Eddie, Poppy, Howdy, and last bit not least.. Julie!! I had heard while I was getting props for my next play, by Howdy, that Julie's siblings were coming to visit tomorrow for like 2-3 weeks and they were coming in the morning. I had only seen Julie's siblings in pictures that she had took with them but other than that i had never seen them and I don't even know their names!I just had to put on a good impression to by best friends siblings! I also thought that maybe I could be friends with them and we could talk while they're here!

~Time skip to the morning~

The next morning I got up at around 7:35 AM and ate some breakfast just mostly being eggs and bacon then after that i went to go buy some extra props that i might need for my upcoming play for a bit of scenery. I had realized that it was already 10:20 and Julies siblings were coming at 11:00!! I was still in my pajamas that was just a random shirt, shorts, and slippers.

So I had gotten into the best outfit that I could find. It was just a light yellow long- sleeve button up shirt with white cuffs and the sleeves just a bit loose, a orange and other colors platted with it just being cut off the shoulders, jeans like long skirt that I made with the stitching being a bit visible but I didn't really care, and to finish it off I added a belt and added a few more little accessories like necklaces and bracelets.

Then I skedaddled out the door and decided that I had since I had just a few minutes left that I could talk to Poppy for a bit then meet up with Julie and finally meet her siblings!

I walked over to Poppy's house/barn that wasn't too far away from mine and knocked on her door

I waited for a minute then heard a bit of thrashing around when i saw the door open and meet Poppy's eyes and I noticed she had a small pair of glasses on and that she had her feathers messed up but she also had a very fancy outfit on in my opinion but she was very much looked like she was out of breath. Seems like whatever she was doing before I knocked made her rush to the door.

"Oh hello sweetie!" She said in a sweet tone but she was panting and she waved with her wing very lightly but I noticed it. She spoke again in a worried tone, "What brings you here? Did you need something? Did something happened to you? Oh I hope not.." she waited for a response looking at me as I said "oh well I just wanted to chat with you a bit.." I pause for a second hanging on my words then spoke again "..I'm sorry, but what happened? I love your outfit by the way" she looked down and looked like she had forgotten about what she was wearing with was just a simple cardigan that was cut off a bit so it looked like a small vest, the cardigan had colorful flowers on it with ruffled edges and a tiny tie putting the whole outfit together.

"Oh thank you love but don't worry I just had to get ready to meet Julie's siblings of course! I assume you are too by your new look." She states while she takes a look at the outfit that put together. "Oh- yeah I am too! I'm sorry for kind of interrupting you while you were getting ready.." "oh don't worry! oh and actually I have to get one more thing your welcome to come in if you'd like." She said as she walked away to her kitchen.

I walked in and looked around but it didn't look like that much changed since I was here just a few days ago. I sat on her sofa that had a bit of hay on but I didn't mind. I sat there as I thought to my self very quietly...' WHAT AM I GOING TO SAY TO THEM!?!?' Should I just go with a 'hello I'm Julie's best friend, Sally Starlet!' Or should I just tell them everything about me in that very second!!! I was stressing out a bit and I was moving my hands at a fast pace just going everywhere and not in any particular direction as I was thinking of ways of how it might go if I did say that! Oh gosh what will I- "I'm back sally!"  Poppy had disrupted my panicking and I snapped back into reality. She looked like she hadn't realized what what was happening before she called out me me which was good for me.

"Oh uh- hi Poppy! What do you have there?" She was holding two little pink clear baggies tied with a ribbon and cookies in it. Some of the cookies were star shaped some heart shaped and some were even flower shaped. That were all in different colors too like red, green, yellow, blue, and pink. "Oh these? Their just welcome gifts for Julie's siblings!" "Aww.. shot I forgot about welcome gifts!!" "Oh it's alright I packed two just in case you forgot." She whispered something under her beak that I couldn't quite make out.

She drops one of the two baggies in her hand and I stick out my hands out so I can get it if I falls. I look at the cookies a bit closer and i see the tiny details on her cookies. That were all different and it was very noticeable which made it even more special. "Aw thanks Poppy I'll repay you I swear! Maybe I can try and bake you some croissants!.. sounds hard though.." I look a bit down and try to think a bit of how to repay Poppy. "Oh don't worry about that Hon! I don't want you burning down your kitchen!" She smiles warmly and she chuckles a bit at her joke as I just look at her shocked and offended.

"Wow.. I know I might but fine I won't repay you." I look at the sun in the sky out of Poppy's window and can tell the time just but looking at it. "OH ITS ALMOST TIME!!" I shout excitedly "oh then I guess we better get going then if we don't want to be the last ones there!" She still has that warm smile that she had and giggles a bit to her comment.

She was always kind of like a mom to me and she was super nice to me to but she definitely doesn't look like she would be my mom I mean I'm literally a star and she's a bird! Although still I like feeling of being taken care of like.. a mom .. by her.. it made me feel warm and loved inside my heart I always knew she would always be like a mother figure to me..

It was nice...

I stood up and both left from her house/barn to go over to Julie's home to meet up with her. As we are walking I also see the other neighbors out and about. Approaching Julie's home all in nice outfits but they were too far away for me to see specifically what they were wearing but I just looked forward to Julie's house. Me and Poppy were nearly there and then in a few seconds we were right in front of the door and on the doormat.

I knocked on the door and saw Julie.
