A few years have passed and Melissa is now 13 and joined the Kids Next Door. She even joined Sector V with her sister Kuki also known by her code name Numbuh 3. She even developed a crush on Nigel Uno but keeps it a secret.

Two kids are waiting for the Ice Cream truck. They see the Ice Cream Truck as they brought out their money but it drove past them. The two children sighed sadly that they aren't getting Ice Cream. But then the ground starts to shake as rocks appeared and shadowy figures jumped on the truck.

Numbuh 4: Woah!

A Pikachu with a yellow Scarf is holding this is his adopted brother Thunderblast the Pikachu Numbuh 8.

Thunderblast: Seriously Wally keep this truck straight!

Numbuh 4: I'm trying!

Jolly( Numbuh 9): Can we not start fighting!

Computer voice: Access denied.

Numbuh 3: Please give me Vanilla Chocolate swirl!

Melissa: Come on you piece of junk!

She kicked the machine.

On top of the roof Nigel, Abby and a Snivy adopted daughter of the Lincoln Family named Vine the Snivy Codename Numbuh 7

Numbuh 1: Alright Ice Cream Man Spill it!

Ice Cream Man: Please I don't know anything! I swear!

Vine: Yeah Right!

Abby grabs him.

Abby: We've had it with you guys avoiding kids wanting Ice Cream!

Vine: You're going to tell us what we need to know!

Nigel: You know what we want.

Thunderblast looked outside and see more Ice Cream Trucks heading toward them.

Thunderblast: Guys! We got company!

Jolly: Just when I thought this couldn't get any worse!

Numbuh 4 hits the Ice Cream Truck.

Kuki and Melissa tried to get the Ice Cream the truck soon starts shake.

Ice Cream Man 2: How's about a little hot fudge sonnies?

The back of the truck opens releasing chocolate.

Thunderblast and Wally: Oh crud!

Wally drove out of the way while one of the trucks behind them exploded and the man rubbed his head. The second Ice Cream Man activated the missile of the Ice Cream Truck's roof aiming at the Kids Next Door.

Ice Cream 3:(evil chuckle) Bon Appetite!

Thunderblast: Uh oh.

Wally: Hang on gang!

Numbuh 4 sped up and drove up the wall of the tunnel as they were upside down for a moment as the Cone torpedo went passed them as headed toward the man.

The fourth Ice cream man screamed as the missile exploded thus the truck crashed on top.

Ice Cream man 3: Yay Strawberry.

The man licked the Ice Cream.

Numbuh 1: That was close.

Thunderblast and Wally both fist bumped with smiles on their faces.

Thunderblast:(smiles) Nice job brother!

Jolly: I think I'm gonna be sick.

Melissa: Don't you dare throw up in here!

Numbuh 1: Now then where were we?

They looked at the Ice Cream Man holding on to the cone tightly that it started to crack.

He squealed.

Vine uses her vine whip as she holds him.

Numbuh 1: Ok talk! We know you're hoarding all the soft-serve in your ice cream factory. We also know there's a defense system to keep us kids out. What's the password?

Ice cream man:(sweat in fear) I-I don't I-it's Frosty! The password's Frosty!

Vine: Seriously?

Numbuh 5: I figured as much sis.

Both Numbuh 4 and Thunderblast walked up Numbuh 1.

Numbuh 4: Hey Numbuh 1 you might want to check this out.

They both pointed ahead of them to see a barricade.

Numbuh 1: A road Block! Quick Thunderblast tell Numbuh 4 to turn the truck around!

Thunderblast: We're both right here.

Numbuh 1: Then who's driving?!

Vine: You both left without a driver!

Melissa seeing the road block grabs the wheel and drives to the cliff.

Melissa: Everyone hold on!

The truck burst through the railing fell off the cliff. The person who gave them the password fell off the truck and on the road. The ice cream men went to the cliff as they were shocked that they lost the truck but then backed away as a mountain appeared created by Melissa and the KND M.O.S.Q.U.I.T.T.O.H. flies holding the Ice Cream Truck.

Numbuh 1: So long suckers!

The KND members mockingly shouted goodbye as they fly away. The Ice Cream Man that gave them the password is taken to the ice cream limo. The back doors opened revealing the Delightful Children from down the lane.

DCFDTL: So did you give them the password?

Ice Cream Man: Oh, I gave it to them alright.

They laughed evilly.

Meanwhile in the M.O.S.Q.U.I.T.T.O.H...

Numbuh 5: Man that was too easy.

Melissa: You're right. I got a feeling it's a trap.

Vine: Still we need to get the Ice Cream.

Numbuh 1: Blast them. First they refuse to stop ice cream trucks for any kids, then they lock all the soft serve in cold storage so they can achieve their ultimate goal. A super huge ice cream party with no kids!

Melissa: Unforgivable

Numbuh 5: Get out.

Thunderblast: This won't stand!

Jolly: Oh hell no!

Numbuh 4: Blast.

Vine: Oh no I won't allow that to happen!

Numbuh 2: No.

Numbuh 3: Party! She repeats the word while circling around Numbuh 1.

Melissa: Sis it's bad.

Numbuh 1: She's right. You can't go to their insidious party. There won't be any kids allowed.

Numbuh 3 blows the party blower in Numbuh 1's face.

Melissa simply shook her head since she knew how much her sister loves party.

Thunderblast: Numbuh 1 we're in range.

Numbuh 1: Let's get us some ice cream.

The ship continues to fly as it's approaching the ice cream factory.

Numbuh 1: This is it. Numbuh 3, transmit the password.

Numbuh 3 types in the password.

KND Computer: Access denied.

Numbuh 1:(annoyed) Transmit again.

She typed in the password again but it said access denied again. The ice cream cones around the factory opens to reveal ice cream catapults that begins to fire at the KND M.O.S.Q.U.I.T.T.O.H. it dodges some of the ice cream scoops thrown at it but some still hit.

Vine: It can't take much more!

Thunderblast: There's at least 41 flavors.

Melissa: Numbuh 3, what are you typing?

She goes to see that her sister has been typing in I love parties.

Numbuh 1: That's the wrong password.

Melissa: Allow me.

Melissa typed in frosty as the ice cream catapults deactivated.

Numbuh 1: Take it down Numbuh 2.

Numbuh 2: Roger.

Numbuh 2 lands the M.O.S.Q.U.I.T.T.O.H. on the roof of the ice cream factory.

Numbuh 5: That was still too easy.

Melissa: We'll need to keep our guard up. We don't know what will happen.

Vine: Got it.

They enter the factory.

Numbuh 3: Brr. It's cold in here.

Jolly: We'll get this mission done.

Melissa: I did say to wear something warm.

Melissa gave her a sweater to keep her warm.

Numbuh 1: I'm getting a reading in this direction.

Kuki wanders off to find the thermostat.

Numbuh 1: Bullseye! Snow Bird to Mother's Nest, We've found white gold.

Thunderblast: Roger that. Numbuh 2 commence mosquito bite.

The machine digs its needle inside the tank as it began to suck up the ice cream inside.

Melissa: Seems clean clatee tube. How's your end guys?

Numbuh 2: We should have a full tank in thirty seconds.

Melissa: Understood.

Nigel: All right team, let's roll.

Then they hear voices.

DCFDTL: Poor, poor deluded Kids Next Door. Falling once again into our trap.

Vine:(anger) The Delightful Children.

Numbuh 5: I told you it was too easy.

Melissa: Not the time Numbuh 5.

Numbuh 1: It figures that you creeps are behind this with the adults. What were you planning to share with them? Peach? Raisin? Rum?

Melissa: I hate Raisins.

Vine: You're not the only one.

DCFDTL: Us eat ice cream? Oh dear no I'm afraid the ice cream will be eating you.

They hear banging coming from the KND M.O.S.Q.U.I.T.T.O.H. 

Numbuh 1: Numbuh 2 Numbuh 8 what's going on?

Thunderblast: We're not sure captain.

Hoagie(Numbuh 2) Something's going haywire.

Both Hoagie and Thunderblast looked behind them.

Thunderblast uses Thunderbolt as a giant ice cream hand got through. The ship falls through the roof of the ice cream factory.

Melissa: Guys?

Both Thunderblast and Hoagie got out.

Thunderblast: We're ok.

The huge ice cream monster stomps them as it roared.

Melissa: Run!

The KND operatives scattered. Vine used her energy ball the ice cream monster but it blocks the attack and fires at her.

Vine: Ew! It got in my mouth!

It then fire cones at Numbuh 1 as he was pinned against the wall. The ice cream monster throws up ice cream at Numbuh 5 with a cherry on top.

Meanwhile with Numbuh 3...

Numbuh 3: Hello? So cold... blanket...

She found the heater controls and turns the temperature.

Numbuh 4: Hey Frosty! Come get a licking.

The Ice Cream Monster picks him up and dips him in a tank of chocolate fudge and put him back down.

Numbuh 4: You think chocolate'll... stop... me...

Jolly tried to melt the ice cream monster she soon got covered in ice cream.

Melissa: Stone punch!

Her fist is covered in stone as she punched the monster but dodged it. The Ice Cream Monster grabs her and traps her in ice cream.

DCFDTL: So Numbuh 1 and Melissa, looks like both your party's over.

Numbuh 1 struggled to get free and Melissa struggled too as yellow electricity started to surround her.

Numbuh 1: Mommy.

Melissa:(battle cry) Ah!

Melissa unleashes a surge of power as rocks hit the ice cream monster as the Ice Cream Monster hit the wall. Then the air vents started to heat up as the ice cream monster starts to melt.

Melissa and the others got out of the ice cream. The Grounddragon ran up to Nigel with concern.

Melissa:(concern) Are you alright?

Nigel: Don't worry I'm fine.

Melissa hugs him as Nigel blushed a little. Melissa also blushed as backed away.

Melissa:(blushing) S-Sorry.

Nigel:(blushing) It's fine.

Numbuh 3: That's so cute! 

A wave of Ice Cream sweeps them up.

DCFDTL: A heater? Who puts a heater in an Ice Cream factory?

The two Ice Cream men shrugged as they also got caught in it. The two children were still waiting for the ice cream as they sighed sadly until they swept away by ice cream.

Vine: Now what?

Kuki: Party! Ice Cream Party!

Everyone: Party! Ice Cream Party!

Numbuh 5: I love it when things are easy!

Vine:(smiles) You said it sis!

Melissa and Nigel both looked at each other and started to blush again.

Meanwhile in space...

A foot soldier detected a strong energy spike from the monitors. Then a Hydreigon named Ronin appeared.

Ronin: Report soldier.

Soldier 1: Ma'am we detected an energy signature coming from a planet called Earth.

Ronin: It must be that brat. Set course for this planet I will inform our leader.

The soldier nodded as he instructs the troops to set for Earth.

She goes to the command center and sees Lusamine sitting on her throne.

Lusamine: What have you come to report Ronin?

Ronin: We have found the location of the brat Melissa on a planet called Earth.

Lusamine smiled evilly.

Lusamine:(evil smile) Excellent. Soon the brat will die and the universe will be mine!

Lusamine laughs evilly as the ship enters hyper speed to the planet Earth.
