Ryuuen Kakaru: Though the school didn't announce it, Ryuuen reasoned through the aspect of class divergence, and separation between private points and class points that a form of collective punishment would be applied to misbehavior; not that this wasn't common in many schools, so it wouldn't be far-fetched to assume a prestigious school such as this one that aims to create students capable of leading Japan in the future would follow such system.

As early as the first few days after enrollment, Ryuuen had decided to take over his class, Class 1-C, by force. He managed this through means of sheer violence and intimidation, he overpowered the likes of Ishizaki and Komiya, and though his actions were ignored at first by his classmates, they soon became unbearable, and the students of Class 1-C had no choice but to submit to Ryuuen if they wanted him to halt, as they could not simply report him to the school, as that would simply harm the class itself, and Ryuuen knew this.

His unstopping will eventually bend even the likes of Albert, who was many times stronger than him, to finally submit to him and respect him as the leader of the class.

Ryuuen's actions forced his class to silently accept his leadership, and he was the first class leader in his year to get complete control over his own class.

Nagumo: Well that's a lot
