Kayz's POV

I wake up to Charlie barking downstairs I yawn standing up and walking down stairs letting him outside I make me some breakfast setting food down for Charlie I shut the back door sitting down and eating my food. I take a shower washing my hair I walk into my wardrobe I grab a short black singlet,black mini shorts,black leather gloves,black lace up ankle boots and my red leather jacket. I put on pale red lipstick, liquid eyeliner and I put my hair in a high ponytail grab sun glasses and put them on and my keys and walk downstairs walking outside and locking the door I walk over to my bike and get on driving to school and parking out the front I walk in and see everyone crowding around I look at the surfers they shrug I walk over to the crowd "move it people" I say walking to the center I see a girl on a bike I cock my head to the side "who are you?" I ask crossing my arms over my chest I hear a engine rumbling everyone turns around but me she smiles "Butchy!" she says standing up and walking over "hey Jess longs time no see" he says hugging her I turn around to stare at him I raise my eyebrow walking over "ah Jess is it?" I ask "yes and you are?" she asks me "Kayz nice bike by the way a 1960 BSA A10 Gold Flash" I state holding out my hand she shakes it "you know about bikes?" she asks "yup my bikes a 1960 red Harley with a shovel head engine or in a simpler version a red versions of Butchy's" I state "well I have to go to the office to get my schedule" she says "i'll come with you i'm starting to like you" I state walking next to her to the office.

We walk inside the office to see Miss Honey she smiles at me "hey Miss Honey" I state "Kayz I see you've met Jess" she states I nod "well i'm gonna go so bye nice meeting you Jess" I say "Kayz can you swing by after school I have some good news for you" she states I nod walking to the door and walking out. I walk over to Butchy giving him a kiss "hey" I say "hellos I see yous and mys cousin get along" he states "cousin? why didn't you tell me she was coming?" I ask smacking the back of his head he rubs it "sorry" he said Lela walks up to me "can we invite her to the sleepover tonight?" she asks "sure go ahead" I state I give Butchy a kiss "I gotta go" I state grabbing my bag off my bike and walking to the music classroom. I walk inside waving at Mr G "hey Mr G" I say sitting at the keyboard I start playing Stay With Me not singing just playing the song "no singing today?" Mr G asks coming up behind me "nah just focusing on the music for this one" I state "as if you could" he says I shake my head chuckling "you flatter me Mr G" I state finishing the song "well you always amaze me" he states walking over to the door "thank you" I say he smiles walking out and shutting the door.

I start playing A Thousand Years I start to sing getting lost in the song I finish the song I hear clapping behind me I turn around to see Jess "oh I didn't hear the door open" I state "who knew anyone could sing or play like that" she states walking over "thanks everyone says that though" I say scratching my neck "I just came to say thanks for inviting me to your sleepover Lela said you were walking in this direction so I came and heard the music my curiosity got the better of me so here I am" she states sitting next to me I look up at the clock "I have a few minutes to spare before I have to head to class" I state "could you play another?" she asks I nod turning around I start playing A Great Big World I start to sing to the song I finish the song a tear streaming down my cheek "whats wrong" she asks I wipe it away "oh nothing I sing this song a lot because it reminds me of my late parents" I state I stand up grabbing my bag "come on we better get to class" I state turning around to see Mr G "oh hey Mr G this is Jess she's new here" I say "nice to meet you Jess" he says shaking her hand "that was even more beautiful than prom night Kayz" he states "thank you Mr G" I state I look at the clock "i'm gonna be late sorry I gotta go" I say walking out and to my first class I stop walking back to the music room to see Mr G smirking I hold a sheepish smile "this is my first class" I state they laugh at me I sit down Jess waves "see ya it was nice to meet you Mr G" Jess states walking out.

TIME SKIP LUNCH

I walk into the cafeteria with Jess into the cafeteria line we grab our food "do you sit with the rodents?" she asks "yeah" I say we walk in their direction "wheres Butchy?" she asks sitting down "he comes a little later then us" I state sitting down "so Butchy found a girlfriend yet to keep him out of trouble?" Jess asks looking up everyone looks at me I was taking a drink of water I choke on it I start coughing "he didn't tell you?" I ask she shakes her head "oh well Butchy and I are going out I keep him out of trouble but I can't keep myself out of trouble" I state taking a bite of burger she nods her head. I turn my head to see Butchy walking over with Freya following him he looks annoyed I groan everyone looks at me I point in Butchy's direction they groan "who's that girl walking behind him?" Jess asks "that would be Freya the stuck up snob and my rival" I state "but why not?" I hear Freya whine "because I already have a girlfriend and your nothing compared to her" he states I smile I turn my head to face him he smiles at me "how can she be better than me? I mean look at her she..." she started "shes perfect" Butchy states cutting her off she huff walking off I stand up he sits down I rub his shoulders "thank you" I state kissing his cheek then sitting on his lap.

"Wow Butchy you turned soft" Jess says laughing he glares at her "only when it comes to me and Lela" I state she nods he takes a bite of my burger I look at him "that's my burger" I state "not anymore" he states taking another bite I smack his head "hey!" he says "that's what you get for taking my burger" I state he wraps his arms around my waist and pulls me into him I look at the clock "p.e's starting soon" I say to him "you have p.e I do to" Jess states I smile I try to stand up but Butchy pulls me back down "Butchy" I say chuckling I try again he pulls me back down "Butchy" I say in a serious tone he groans letting go "don't be a baby i'll see you soon" I state standing up I give him a kiss I walk off to the gym with Jess.

TIME SKIP GYM

We walk out of the locker room I walk over to coach "were the firsts one here" Jess states I nod "hey coach this is Jess" I say she smiles "well I hope your good at ropes and gymnastics" she states shaking her hand "I hope i'm good enough" Jess states "well if not you can learn from class shes at the top of the class" she states "oh really now" Jess says looking at me I nod smiling. By the time we were finished talking everyone was here "alright everyone same as yesterday" she states a few people groan I walk over to the ropes stretching Butchy and Jess stretch then Jess tries to climb the rope but looses grip and falls I help her up "here let me show you" I state walking over to a rope I climb up ringing the bell everyone looks at me "wow how do you get down though?" she asks "I do it my way I let go" I state she gasps I let go doing a double back flip I land in front of her she stands there shocked "oh you don't have to let go that's just how I do it" I state chuckling she nods I walk over to the gym mats I do some cart wheels,round offs and flips I stop looking at everyone there staring at me they start clapping I smile "alright back to work" coach snaps I nod doing a backwards round off into some cartwheels the bell rings "alright hit the showers" coach yells we walk into the locker rooms.

TIME SKIP AFTER SCHOOL

I walk outside onto the lawn walking over to Butchy giving him a kiss "i'll meet you there" I state he nods I walk towards the office I walk inside and over to Miss Honey's office. I knock on the door "come in" she says I walk in to see a guy sitting in a chair opposite Miss Honey she motions to the chair next to the guy I sit down. "Kayz this is Mr Harris he's the principal at the harmony music academy" she states the guy holds out his hand I shake it smiling "Kayz i'm here to offer you a scholarship to the academy in Ohio" he states "sorry but no I can't leave" I state shaking my head "this is a once in a lifetime opportunity Kayz what about a trial run for 6 months?" he asks "i'm sorry but I really can't leave this is my home" I state "Kayz at least think about this" Miss Honey asks "alright i'll let you know by next week" I state standing up "it was nice meeting you Mr Harris" I state walking out shutting the door I walk outside and get on my bike I drive to big mamas I park outside I look at the door I sigh walking along the beach I sit on a rock I look out onto the ocean watching the waves crash onto the sand. "Are you alright?" I hear someone ask behind me I turn my head to see a guy about my age "yeah just thinking" I say getting up "but I really should get back my friends would start worrying" I state "oh okay" he states sighing "do you want to come its not far" I say he nods smiling I walk in the direction to big mamas. We walk up to big mamas we walk in I look over at Butchy I walk over the guy grabs my hand "what are you doing that's Butchy he'll kill you if he finds another biker on his turf" he states letting go of my hand I chuckle shaking my head and turning around "he wouldn't even try" I state walking towards Butchy I motion with my fingers to be quiet I tap Butchy's shoulder and hide behind Lugnut he turns and shrugs I get back behind him without him noticing I tap his other shoulder and hide behind the girls "who keeps doing that?" he states turning fully around looking at everyone I jump on his back ruffling his hair.

"Hey not the hair" he states whining fixing his hair I chuckle kissing him he looks at me and smirks "well hellos beautiful" he said kissing me on the lips. I chuckle I look at the guy who said his name was Hade I motion for him to come over he hesitantly walks over "Butchy this is Hade I met him on the beach" I state he looks at Hade and holds out his hand Hade shakes it "i'm gonna get a drink want one?" I ask "cola please" Butchy says I nod walking over to the counter and grabbing two colas and paying for them I walk back over to Butchy handing him his cola he twists it open I bite the lid and spit it in the bin the boys look at me "what so I can open one with my teeth big deal" I state taking a sip of my drink when the doors burst open everyone looks up and see the guy that held the gun up to me last month "Butchy get all the bikers and surfers in front of me now" I state through gritted teeth he snaps his fingers and the bikers come over he motions to Seacat to come over he motions to me then to the front of the bikers he nods the surfers walk in front of the bikers big mama walks out and looks at the guy "what did I tell you last time i'm not selling big mamas" she states walking up to him with her spatula "let me take this place off your hands" he states setting down his briefcase on a table and sitting down "NO!" everyone yells at him "why won't you sell it to me?" he asks "because I was gifted the money and I tend to make others happy with it"she states "and who was the idiot that gave you the money?" he asks I freeze big mama looks at me "MOVE!" I yell everyone scatters he looks at me shocked "how dare you speak of my father that way!" I yell at him he gulps "you your the girl from the beach? aren't you?" he asks I nod everyone switching their heads between us "how dare you try buy big mamas when shes made so much effort into this place" I spat.

I walk up to him "now leave and don't come back"I state he gets up running out with his briefcase I turn around looking at everyone I walk over to my drink and taking it outside I lean on the railing "Kayz?" I hear Butchy ask " Butchy I need to tell you something" I say turning to face him he looks at me weirdly "go on" he says walking over "iv'e been offered a scholarship to a music academy in Ohio I said no but there giving me a decision if I want to stay for 6 months" I say looking at him "that's great Kayz why'd you say no" he asks "there's my house my friends and you I just can't leave" I say looking away he grabs my chin "Lela would be happy to look after Charlie we could house sit for you and me it's only 6 months i'll be fine" he says kissing me I smile up at him "i'll miss you" I state.

TIME SKIP NEXT WEEK

I walk outside my house with my suitcase and put it in my car and look over at everyone I walk over to Lela "look after Charlie and keep and eye on my bike" I say hugging her "i'll miss you" she states I smile looking down at Charlie "don't worry boy i'll be back soon" I state scratching his back I look up at all the bikers and surfers "try not get into so many arguments" I state they all laugh I look over at Butchy "we'll leave you alone" Jess states everyone drives off besides Butchy I walk over "Butchy i'm gonna miss you" I state giving him a big kiss that lasted a few minutes "not as much as I will" he states I hug him "look after Lela" I state he nods I get in my car and drive off to the airport.
