Ahaha *bites lip* a lot of Pokémon characters will be mentioned in this, so sorry if you weren't looking for that

Warning: crappy beginning and info dumping(it'll get very happy(I'm abt to pass out) once the battle starts tho)

Fishl and Bennett carefully rub the Alolan Raichu's cheeks, causing a sweet smell to waft though the air. As careful as they were they got a tiny shock when they were done.

"Would you like me to tell you it's entry?" You say excitedly. They nod their heads while taking in the sweet smell. 

"Raichu- wait, how about my Rotodex tell it to ya!" You grab the Rotodex out of your bag while you ruffle Fishl and Bennett hair, one at a time. Rotodex boots up quickly. Rotom looks at you with its normal smile. It's probably happy that it could finally be back in it's Dex thing. 

"Woah! Why are it's eyes glowing up!?" Bennett was up close to the Rotomdex. Rotom scoots back a bit and speaks. "That means its Roto-Loto time! Bzzt!" Both Bennett and Fishl freak out when it speaks. You quickly do it and go to Raichu's entry and let Rotom do the rest.

 "Raichu, the mouse Pokémon. It focuses psychic energy into its tail and rides it like it's surfing. Another name for this Pokémon is "Hodad."

Fishl and Bennett's faces were priceless. Raichu cries out in a tired manner. You put him back in the pokéball, so he can rest. You walk behind the two and let Ribombee out of her ball. She floats around the two trying to get their attention. It didn't work but that didn't bother her or you. Ribombee lands on your head to chill while you ruffle the two's hair for no reason.

Fishl fixes her hair while Bennett keeps asking Rotom questions. You check the time and see you have to cut it short. You put Ribombee back.

"Yo...I'm sorry but it's time to go to the thing that you have tickets for. I'll explain when we get there but for now?" You think for a second. "What Pokémon trainer do you look up to the most or like the most?" 

It's an easy subject to talk about while walking. You pack up everything and switch your team. Thanks to the new system, you can change teams on the go but not the Pokémon in the team. 

"I have to say Red, it's a simple answer yet the reason why-" Fishl does her thing while Bennett still thinks.

"Hmmm, probably Red. He's cool!" Bennett gives a really simple answer. The two then ask you about yours.

You stop walking to think. It was hard for you, there are so many you look up to and like. 

"I would have to say Hau! He's my rival from Alola and I had fun battling with him." You go on to three more trainers and stop at one. "Steven Stone. I have trouble trying to figure out why I like him...I mean he was nice and his liking towards rocks was weirdly cute." Thankfully you mumble the last part. 

The two new trainers talk about some of the trainers you said, they were having a good time talking with each other and that was really nice to you. You were glad they reached out to you, it was fun getting to know them. 

"Mx. (Y/N)? Can you tell us who Hau is?" Fishl ask you to basically talk about Hau, which you would gladly do.

"Hau is really nice. Like really, really nice. Uh, he's basically the one who made Malasadas my favorite food." You forgot. Not Hau, just what you were going to say. "He is uh, the grandson of one of the Kahunas, maybe he is one now or I just never payed attention..." 

You go on and on about your friend in great detail until you stop at the place you were heading. A building/stadium like place was going to hold the event that you were participating in. It's very pretty and it makes you sad that once the event is over they are wrecking the thing. You were happy that it was in Liyue but it took to long to walk to.

"I was supposed to hang out with Lillie and Hau today. It's disappointing that I have to cancel on them-" you open the door to revel a beautifully decorated place, even though it looks smaller in the inside, "-I feel bad, I don't like to be rude like that to them. They're the best..." You sigh and head to a another door that leads to a stage where the battles will take place.

'Hm! Seems like they took inspiration after Galar when building this, that's kinda cool.' You thought to yourself while looking around. 'Maybe I could send a picture of here to them, so they know I'm doing something.'

You spot the 'Archons' with the people they brought standing around the place.

The Anemo Archon with his bar friends, the Geo Archon with the 'Adepti', Baal with Sara and a shrine maiden(unfortunately Yae couldn't be there), the Pyro, Hydro, and Dendro Archons didn't bring anyone, but the Cryo Archon brought La Signora and Ajax/Childe/Tartaglia. (Which you're pretty sure are acting like they are getting along in front of the archon.)  

You and the new trainers stand at the entrance not knowing what to do. "Oh my Arceus, I forgot to say why I canceled on them so suddenly! What should I do!?" You (sorta) yell. You yelled in a indoor voice with the same smile on your face. It must have scared the two trainers more than the sudden yelling did. 

"Maybe you should tell them why you canceled!?" Fishl and Bennett talk over each but say the same thing. If it's not obvious, this doesn't happen a lot. You breathe in and out to calm yourself. You then apologize to the new trainers for randomly freaking out.

"Uh, so should I call them ooor..?" 

"You should probably call them, I guess??" You take Bennett's advice. He then goes off with Fishl(who was looking around) when you take our your phone. 

While you're talking Bennett and Fishl see cameras and a tiny group of camera crew. Nobody but them think that it's kinda weird. They continue to walk around with each other while taking in the place. The shook over the fact the strong trainers are there make Fishl talk normally.

"It's kind of overwhelming to have so many strong trainers in one place-" Fishl looks right to see the Geo Archon, who earned the title of the strongest Archon over the past four years. "Is that, Bennett look over there, is that who I think it is!?" Bennett looks over to where she was pointing. He sees Zhongli, the Geo Archon, the Strongest Archon. Him and Fishl break into a big whisper that includes many praises of the Geo Archon. 

"Do you think if we ask for a picture he'll take one with us?" Fishl whispers to Bennett. He takes a lot of time into this thought. He seems to fancy for things like pictures.

"I'm not sure, it would be awkward to walk up to him randomly and ask for a picture?" Bennett said his sentence like a question for some reason. 

"Fear not! We'll ask Miss (Y/N), they will help us!" Fishl sorta yells, but once again not enough for other people to hear it. They both walk(run) over to you, just when you ended the call. They ask you if you can ask Zhongli for a picture or to sign something, even they are aware that it's a bit awkward.

"I'm sorry but we aren't close enough for me to do that.I hope you can understand, I just don't want him to feel uncomfortable and in the spotlight." They get sad for a second and then move onto the next thing they wanted to talk about. They were asking about how you met so many people. You explain to them while you watch the time. 

The convo goes on for about 20 more minutes until you have to begin the event. You say goodbye to the trainers and go onto the stage. The archons are there with one their Pokémon by their side. You let out Pop to be by your side before you begin to speak. The cameras start going and you do too.

"Are you ready for this? I'm pretty sure you got told this but today's the day you'll be showing how strong you and your Pokémon are. As well as showing me and Teyvat you deserve the title of an archon." You walk up to the archons who are standing in a line and pull a vision and a key stone out of your bag. "You'll all be getting one of these today(if you don't already have one) if you show me that you deserve these two things." 

The archons who don't already have a vision are more ready then they already were. For them it was humiliating that they didn't already have the two. Venti, Zhongli, and Ei had already got theirs but still were itching to begin. "Now before we begin, we're all aware that we are also doing this to settle an argument. An argument that started because I thought that Teyvat should be open to people who want to travel to Teyvat. Im from Teyvat but I was actually born in another region. Each problem that arised in another region caused us to not let anyone out...AND! In Inazuma a foreigner was, you can probably guess." 

You remember lines you practiced for hours. "If you aren't aware, a lot of people used to be hostile to foreigners or people with a parent who isn't from Teyvat. They were all old people so they have probably seen the last light, Rest In Peace to them. Back to the whole foreigner thing, people used to believe that they wanted to steal visions and "infest" the land with Pokémon. Now the most recent accident was in Inazuma. It was recently revealed to the public that ronin were the criminals. Naturally, people blamed the Archon due to the signs of history starting to repeat but." You turn to look Baal. You both make eye contact with each other. 

The whole thing was on live television to people in Teyvat, you all agreed that only Teyvat news could hear bad things that should stay in Teyvat if it wasn't for the safety of foreigners. "Baal, you had nothing to do with it, so don't worry. Now on to the main, main point. The new archons' parents wanted me to tell you something. All of you, including people watching now. I have done my part but unfortunately, you are all slacking. There have been many unfortunate accidents that included Pokémon. I'm dissatisfied and disappointed. We have to apply stricter rules." You place your hand on your chest. 

"Hurting Pokémon, not including self-defense or wrestling for training and fun, is illegal. Mating with Pokémon is illegal. This is going to sound so rude but, what's wrong with you. Just because they love you does NOT mean that is consent(plus that technically bestiality). Yuck. Using Pokémon for money, stealing them or their young. Many more, I can't believe that this was happening and it wasn't illegal for the longest time. I honestly can't believe I had to say that, anyways-" 

You turn towards the camera with a smile on your face to make it into a nicer smile so if kids are watching they can hopefully be less scared when the champion smiles at them. "The program after this will explain more, but now the battles can begin aka our first ever global-ish battle! Also, our first tournament of sorts! All the other regions can watch if they want so we have to show that we play fair! Isn't that right Venti?"

Venti gets startled by you suddenly calling him out. "Uhm, yeah! Totally fair..." 

"I'll explain to the people wondering how this is different to the PWT. The Archons before the future one that stand here today decided this. Battling all trainers do with their beloved Pokémon." You pet Pop by your side but have half-eye-contact with the camera. "All out battle with little to no restrictions. Megas, Z-moves, name it and you can use it. Expect Dynamaxing. You can even set your own rules."

"I can go on but it'll be better if you come here once it opens to the public. But! We still have to see who wins. So, the battles will officially begin!" By now a long-ish commercial break should be going, so you can have time to decided who's fighting and how. You and the archons discuss the order of which your going in. 

You vs all the archons, starting with the loser of the other rounds to the winner.

No one questioned it, nobody wanted to question why the first champion of Teyvat would be treated as stronger as the Archons. Everyone who wasn't battling goes off the stage and with the people they brought. You stroll over to Bennett and Fishl.

"We can't wait to see you battle!" Fishl and Bennett shout in unison. You agree with them both and ruffle their hair. Their starters come out of their balls and turn to their trainers. Chimchar climbs up Bennett and sits on his head while Rowlet flys on Fishl's shoulder. Due to Bennett's unluckiness, you and Fishl witness his hair being caught on fire. 

"Pop! Use Water Pledge, very gen-"

"Floatzel! Aqua tail!" Ajax cuts you off to save the day. While making Chimchar faint. You both freeze while Floatzel and Fishl help Bennett off the ground. You have the urge to give him a stern knock on the head, yes he stop the fire but not only did his Floatzel knock the heck out of Bennett, Chimchar might as well be dead. 

You give Chimchar a revive and use a potion on the chimp Pokémon. The Chimchar gets up dizzily and walks towards Bennett. 

"You're so lucky I had revives on me." 

"So you were going to let him burn because he had a Pokémon on his head?" Childe sounds oddly cocky. 

"...But I wasn't going to use a move...wait never mind but I use going to have Pop do it gently." You look over to Pop who feels bad. You kneel down to hug her so she doesn't have to stand on her flippers. "I know honey, I feel bad too but at least we didn't hit Bennett."

"I'll apologize, don't worry." Ajax helps Bennett up and apologizes like he said. You let out a sigh but you still can't help but be mad. Ajax walks over to your side, holding Bennett up. 

"You still seem mad, is it about the shiny?" Yesterday, he decided to shiny hunt with you, only for him too end up fainting it. You nod in defeat and look away from him. You hear him take something out of his pocket. He hands a quick ball to you and you take it hesitantly.

"I know you wanted to catch a shiny Skrelp ever since we were kids so-" You take the ball eagerly and hug him while thanking him. Ajax hugs you back with his free hand. You let go of each other and find a chair for Bennett. Luckily, you both found four chairs, including one for Pop.

Childe decides to talk to you while you help Bennett feel better. You watch Zhongli vs Venti. He doesn't even pay attention once. You don't really care since anyone could predict who would win. You would have said something but you knew Ajax doesn't care if you just listen. You do ask him some questions which he responds happily to you. It puts you in a good mood to see Ajax happy. 

 The battle begins, Zhongli vs Baal. You pay attention to the match carefully and make sure to look at both of the teams. You can't help but stare at Baal, you just think she's so cool(luckly you and Ei are close, so you witness NEET coolness).Aside from that the battle is longer than the last saying how they aren't super effective against each other. Well, most of them.

The next battle goes on and Childe decided to move away from you and annoy someone. You would look for Bennett and Fishl if you had seen them last battle, but you didn't so now you just watch the battle go on. You just stand there until it's your turn. You feel nervous and feel like you want to hurl when the last battle is almost done. You breathe in and out, calming yourself down.

You check you team, Pop, Lycanrocc, Magcargo, Flygon, Gogoat, and Gardevoir. After you check your team who all happened to be Lv. 90-100 you get called up to the stage. You step onto the stage to see Venti, you can easily one shot his team for some reason so you got this in the bag.

Venti sends out Altaria and you send out Lycanroc. 

"Altaria, use dragon pause!" With a quick shout Lycanroc doges and uses Stone Edge, it gets Altaria's health low. Altaria uses Dragon Claw and gets a crit. Lycanroc then finish's it off with rock tomb.

Venti then throws out Noctowl. You heal up Rocky and throw her a treat for defeating a opponent that you would usually defeat with Pop or Gardevoir. Venti shouts out for Noctowl to use toxic. Rocky gets poisoned badly. Rocky gets a crit. using Stone Egde. It only has 3 pp left until it's done. Noctowl faints and Venti praises it for getting a move in. 

"I have a trick up my sleeve, you se-" Venti takes out his last two Pokéballs out of his bag in a flashy way.

"All my Pokémon are still standing...I have six in my team. But I'll know you'll surprise me with something!" 

"Oh."

Venti throws out Dragonite only for you to switch to Pop and one shot it. Then Venti officially uses his last trick up his sleeve. Venti throws out Pideot. You switch to Rocky again.

"Well, time to end this battle and beat you!" 

You eye twitches as you think of how much he's acting out of character. You still keep standing there. Venti presses on a rainbow stone nestled in where a flowers' parts are supposed to go. Pigeot reacts to this by mega evolving. 

The beautiful feathers on the Pideot always amazes you. To bad you already won at this point. It takes two stone edges and your Lycanroc is on life support when you finish.

Next up is Zhongli. It was unexpected for him to lose but that means you can battle him earlier. Zhongli chooses a double battle and you agree to it. Zhongli sends out Stonjourner and Rhyperior. You send out Pop and Gogoat.

Pop uses Sparkling Aria while Gogoat uses energy ball on Stonjourner. To your luck they both faint.  Zhongli sends out Gigalith and Tyrantrum. Pop uses Moonblast on Tyrantrum. An illusion of a moon shows up, the power of the moon, it fades away as she blasts it at her opponent. Tyrantrum faints. 

Gogoat uses Leaf Blade on Gigalith. Gogoat forms a sword using the leaves on it back, the leaf blade lays in Gogoat's mouth as it charges at Gigalith and lands a hard blow. Only for you to remember about sturdy. Gigalith uses Giga Impact and crits, Gogurt the loving Gogoat faints. You look at it's Pokeball. "You did a great job. Just rest until we can heal you up." 

You send out Gardevoir and Zhongli sends out Tyranitar. The sand gets in your eyes causing you to rub it out. You can't see that much with sand in your eye. Pop uses Dazzling Gleam, she emits a powerful flash and finishes off the Gigalith. Before you could tell what was happening Zhongli mega evolves Tyranitar..

"Tyranitar use dark pluse." You can barely hear him over Tyranitar roaring, loudly.

Gardevoir's health goes down half way.

"Pop! Use Water Pledge! Scarlet use Moonblast!" You yell as your Pokémon tag team the bigger one. You are so thankful that battles in Teyvat are messy.

Your two Pokémon high five each other.

-time skip after the battles bc I'm never doing that format again-

Baal and you went all out and you only had one Pokémon by the end of the battle, the others were really easy. Right now you were giving your Pokémon Poképuffs for being good and doing good as well. You pet them while they eat and they love it. 

"(Y/N)."

You look behind you to see Yanfei, she's here to discuss on making the whole Teyvat open thing official. You ask her what's wrong. 

"Before we can talk remember to give the visions and the mega stones out, but other than that I'm here to make sure it's official that Teyvat will soon be foreigner friendly." You nod and give the Archons their things and go back to Yanfei. She makes you bring Bennett and Fishl as well. 

"So, you're going to basically get what I want down and see how the Archons would react to it or something like that?" Yanfei nods at your statement. This is all happening to fast for you. You go to a place to discuss the stuff.

"You're aware that might contradict this blah blah blah. Law law law." This goes on for two hours. Thank Archons that today was faster than you thought it would be. 

"So, just sign here and you're saying yes." You sign where she's pointing on the contact. She takes the contact and does what she does and goes away to do the same thing with the Archons. You sigh and rub your eyes. "So, you two could stay at my house or I can give you a ride." 

The two shout ride. You smile bigger and use a what-ya-call-it to get out a Charizard. You cheer excitedly as they both get on. You tell them where to hold and stuff like that. "Alright, you two are set, make sure that these two have a safe ride." After that your Charizard is off to Mond. 

You enter your house, take off your shoes, and turn on the lights. You let out your Pokémon and lead Rocky to the guest bathroom. She whines but still follows you. You turn on the bath and get the things ready. You ask Rocky to put her paw in to see if she likes it and she does. You lift her up and put her in the tub. You take the shower head and rinse down the Lycanroc, making sure not to get it in her ears. You tell her to stay still while you put the soap, shampoo, whatever it's called on her. To your dismay she shake and gets soap in your eyes. You quickly scream in agony before washing her off and drying her. You brush her fur for a bit and you let her out. 

Magcargo is enjoying its time in a vent thingy that can support its heat, Flygon don't get washed usually since they are surprisingly clean and use sand to clean. You wash Gogoat off with a hose outside since it can't fit in the tub.

Gardevoir can use your shower to wash off anything, like Flygon they are usually clean but Scarlet prefers to wash up whenever she can. 

Now it just leaves Pop. You have to use special soap for water types since they are more prone to get it in their eyes and mouth. You get a new towel for Pop and get the clean Scarlet to help you. You place Pop into a warm tub. She cries happily. You gently pull out the pearls in her hair and put in special shampoo that show contents use, which helps keep the hair healthy and strong. You rub in the shampoo while Scarlet goes to the kitchen to make dinner. You wash out the shampoo and put in the conditioner which should get knots out. You leave it in while you get the soap, you put the soap on evenly on her soft yet short fur. You wash off the soap but before washing out the conditioner you show Pop something.

It's a tropical scented lotion that goes on the fishy part of Pop's tail. It helps relieve any pain and burning that the tail might have. She take the bottle in one of her flippers and looks at the bottle. A shiny Primarina with short hair is posed on the front of the bottle. She gives it back to you so you can finish up.

 You pat her down and dry her hair. Before putting the pearls back in you brush her hair and get out any knots. You turn around to get the lotion and you turn back around to see Pop putting the last of her pearls in her hair. 

 You put the lotion on and head to the kitchen. Freshly baked bagel bites because bagel bites are good. You sit in a chair the Scarlet pulled out for you and she sits down in the free one. The Pokémon eat what Scarlet cooked for them while you eat what Scarlet cooked for you. You finish and clean up after the Pokémon that finished. You pick up the bowls and wash them, you leave them out to dry. Before you clean the floor, you check up on the Pokémon that are either resting on the couch or on the floor, barely awake. After all it's already 1 AM, somehow. You quickly clean the floor.

You set up some Pokéballs to see who wants to sleep in them. You head to your room while Scarlet, Pop, and Rocky follow you. You slip into your bed. Pop sneaks under the blanket to cuddle like a kid with their mother while Rocky curls up beside your legs. Gardevoir sits on a Snorlax beanbag and falls right to sleep. Your other Pokémon decide to stay in their pokeballs.

You all pass out.
