„I think it's the other way around. Do you like me?" He whispered into my ear. I was a bit startled by his sudden question and I don't know if i do, do I?

I pushed him away and looked away.

„Why can't you answer my question?" He smirked "that means you actually do like me, because otherwise, you'd answer it without hesitation"

„I don't need to answer you"

"You basically answered with your reaction" he laughed and I looked at him annoyed.

„It's late. You should leave, like you already said before" I said awkwardly.

I pushed him out of the house because he didn't want to go.

Then I leaned against the door.

Why couldn't I just say no? Because it wouldn't be the truth and I really genuinely like him?

Ugh whatever.

I went upstairs to finish watching the K-drama.

the next day

I went to my locker and put my books in it. When someone hugged me from behind.

„Can I please put my books into my locker first? and what's up with everyone hugging me from behind, it's getting annoying." I rolled my eyes after seeing who it was.

„No"

„Kim Taehyung, please go hug someone else!"

„I don't want to" I let him stay in this position until I finished putting the books inside my locker.

As soon as I was finished I pushed him away.
„Quick question. Do you maybe want to go to the cinema with me after school" he asked, sounding a bit embarrassed.

I laughed awkwardly. „So you want to go on a date with me?" I noticed his ears turning red after my question.

„You can call it whatever you want. So do you?"

„Yes, I guess why not?" I smiled and then he smiled back at me. „But no horror movie."

why did he act so shy all of a sudden?

„You already agreed to come, so you have to accept anything I want to watch." he grinned and then he excused himself to go to the restroom.

Jimin appeared right after the other guy left and greeted me.
„What's up with Tae being so shy today?" I asked him and he just started laughing.
„Did I miss something?" I asked confused.

„Are we talking about Kim Taehyung or another one? Because this guy is never shy, like literally never."

„Uhm yes?"

We then spotted Tae who was already coming back from the restroom.

„Yo Tae! I have to tell you something funny" he said still laughing. Tae responded with a „what's funny?"

„Mina just told me, that you were acting shy before" he said and I glared at Jimin. „I mean- it looked like you were"

„Was I?" He raised one of his eyebrows and I got embarrassed. „Whatever, talk to you guys later" I walked away towards our classroom and unfortunately bumped into someone.

„Ugh watch where you're going" the familiar voice said and I said sorry out of reflex, although I wasn't sorry at all.

„Sorry? Is this all I get for your stupidness?" Kenzie said and crossed her arms.

„What exactly do you expect me to do? you want me to kiss your disgusting feet?"

„Who are you to talk to me like that?"

„Someone better than y-„ She slapped me and immediately a red spot appeared on my cheek.

„What the fuck Kenzie? Is slapping people all you can do? Aren't you embarrassed?"

„do you want another one?" She tried to slap me again, but someone held her wrist to stop it.

„Tae" she whined „she was the one starting it" she said innocently.

He then looked at me and I shook my head.
„Why do you believe her and not me?"

„Uhm isn't it obvious? She's my friend"

„and what am I?"

„a bother to this earth"

„How could you say something so terrible to me?" she started to fake cry and walked away.

„Thank you Tae"

„No problem" he smiled and put his arm around my shoulder and like this we walked together to class.

in the classroom

Sehun greeted me "Do you want to hang out with me after school? We haven't been hanging out since a long time." He smiled

„I can't today. I already made plans. I'm so sorry. But another time for sure."

„What plans did you make?"

„I'll go to the cinema"

Sehun:"With whom?"
Me:"Tae"
Sehun:"Is it a date?"
Me:"I don't think so, i mean we're just friends and he doesn't even like me or something"
Sehun:"Then can i join you two?"
Me:"I'll ask Tae"
Sehun:"Great!"

After School I waited with Sehun in front of the School entrance for Tae.

He walked towards us and i waved at him.

Tae:"What is he doing here?" He pointed at Sehun.
Me:"He asked me if he could join us"
Tae:"No" he said with an annoyed tone.

Sehun tried to do puppy eyes.
Tae:"Stop it Sehun, you can't"
Sehun:"So you're basically saying this is a date?" he smirked.
Tae:"Yes"
Sehun laughed. „Well then I'll go now, have fun and Mina, we have to hang out another time" i nodded and then he walked away.

Then it was just Tae and me.
Tae:"Want to go now?"
I nodded and remembered what he just said, so this is really a date huh?

While walking there he grabbed my hand and held it.

My heart started beating faster than usual.

We walked like this until we arrived at the cinema.

Tae bought the tickets and we waited until the movie started. I wanted to buy myself the ticket but he was desperate to buy it for me too.

Tae:"Want to grab some popcorn?" He asked me and i nodded. He walked to the cinema store and came back with one large popcorn.

Me:"Where's mine?"
Tae:"We're going to share the popcorn" he smiled.
Me:"Wouldn't it be easier if-"
Tae:"No it wouldn't"
Me:"But-"
Tae:"Mina"

After a few minutes the movie started. I don't even know which movie we were watching but it looked like a romantic movie. Everything was so cheese in this movie and i don't even want to know why Tae wanted to watch this movie.
He was so focused on the screen.

I looked at him while the movie was playing and it was cute how Tae felt with the persons in it. He smiled when the people were happy and when they were sad, he looked sad too.

He noticed that i was staring at him and looked at me.
Tae:"Is something wrong?"
I shook my head while continuing to stare at him.
Tae:"Yah the movie is not playing on me"
Me:"I'm sorry" i said and looked at the screen. But then i felt Tae's eyes on me.

Me:"It is also not playing on me" i said and then he continued watching the movie too.

After the movie we went to a restaurant, because Tae was hungry.

At the restaurant

Tae:"I'm going to pay for the bill"
Me:"Okay, but i'll pay my part back"
Tae:"You don't have to"
Me:"I'm not poor"
Tae:"I want to, so let me do it"
Me:"Alright"

Why is he so incredibly nice to me all of a sudden?

It's kinda freaking me out. But I also like it.
