The A.I system of the stark tower announced that there is going to be a meeting in the conference room in fifteen minutes. I was just finishing showering up after my workout when Natasha came up to me in my gym room.

"You ready bucky, shall we go?" she asked packing up her stuff from the gym, "Yeah, just a second". I replied back.

"I heard its about a new team member, Fury has asked someone to join us" Natasha informed me while we were heading towards the conference room.

New member means new interactions which I still try to run away from but I cant run away from people forever my life, shaking all the weird thoughts I opened the big glass door letting me and Natasha inside the room.

I saw Steve waving at me across the table telling me to join him and I went ahead and sat with him.

"Okay everyone, so I am going to keep it short" Fury said in a authorative tone, "She is going to be joining us as a team member starting from now, she is going to help you all improve your tech stuff according to you and your needs every specification you need" He ended his speech with a sigh.

"Not to mention that she is my cousin/best friend!!" Tony said with a proud smile on his face.

When I thought the meeting was over the glass door opened and someone walked in the room.

It was none other than her, the author I met at the grocery store it took me sometime to recall her name but I did-Y/N Davidson. The girl I thought I would never meet was here in front of me.

"HEYYY, y/n sweetheart!!" Tony said welcoming her with a warm hug.

While looking around her eyes met mine and she threw a beautiful grin towards me and all I was able to reply was with staring in the other direction.

"Good morning everyone, I am Y/N Davidson as Mr. Fury already introduced me I would just like to add one thing more that I am an author too and lets hope we all get together well and I would be successful in helping you." She said ending her introduction with a bright smile.

Everyone was introducing themselves and getting to know her which for me was the best time to seek out of the room before my anxiety kicks in. As I was making my way to the door handle she called out my name in her sweet voice.

"Bucky?" she asked when I turned around. "Hey y/n, you're good at keeping your promises I guess.." I replied with a smile.

She threw me a confused look. " Remember while boarding the bus you said you will see me again, at first I thought it was just a courtesy but here you're." I said reminding her of the the first time we met.

"OHHH, I completely forgot about that yes!!, Its great to see you Bucky. I hope to work with you soon." she replied smiling ear to ear with a spark in her eyes.

Before I could reply to her she was dragged away from me by Tony to show her around the tower

Unknowingly giving myself a huge smile I walked back to my room.
