Chapter 25

It's mine.

Those cursed words ring in my mouth. My mouth drops open and I look between the two of them, disgusted. I then look at Brett. Poor, naive Brett. All he has done to Angel is be good to her and this is how she repays him? I cannot believe two people could do something like this, especially to a person. More importantly, I can't believe they are- well were my friends.

I take several steps back and Angels eyes widen, "Em, you can't tell Brett!" She exclaims.

I shake my head at her, beyond disappointed and wanting to go home. "I don't want to be the one to break his heart. But if you don't tell him, I will," I threaten.

"Emberly, I love him. It was a mistake. It was one drunken night with Elliot alone. That means it didn't mean anything," she insists. Elliot looks at her and shakes his head and laughs.

"Didn't mean something?" He scoffs. "That's why the next morning you were begging me to do it one last time."

"How was I ever friends with the both of you? You both repulse me. I can't believe the both of you. Clearly you don't love him if you cheated on him and have been lying for months while Brett has been taking care of you!" She tries to shush me and come closer.

"Em-"

"Just get away from me!" I tell.

"Woah, what's wrong Emberly?" Titus comes up from behind me.

My eyes don't waver and I glare at the two of them. "Can we go?" I bluntly respond.

"Sure," he says in a panic.

I spin around after giving them one final look and storm away, Titus following me behind. He unlocks the car and I get in straight away, slamming the door and crossing my arms over my chest. He gets in and looks at me, concerned.

"What's wrong?" He asks.

"Oh so now you care?" I snap at him. "What are we Titus?" I ask.

His eyes are wide and I know he knows I'm snapping because of the newly found news I found out.

"I don't think it's the right time to talk about this Em," he says with sorry eyes. "But I know you want to talk about whatever happened that has gotten you so upset."

I don't say anything, I don't mention how easy it is for him to change the subject. He never wants to talk about feelings when it comes to himself. He begins driving home and I don't respond to him, we sit the 20 minute drive in silence.

We arrive at Valentino's home and I notice Willow running across the yard, it appears Titus does too as he sighs. He stops the car and gets out, running over to her. I also get out of the car and lean against it, watching everything unfold.

"Get away from me!" She yells at him.

Valentino runs out of the house and I sigh, not wanting to watch this happen but also wanting to be here if anything happens.

"Willow, please come inside," Val begs.

She scoffs, "you kidnapped me! I want to go home right now. Please, hat just let me go."

Willow begs and begs but Val doesnt budge. I begin walking over to them, maybe to help Willow. But I know my help means nothing.

"Val, you need to let her go. Please, look at her. She doesn't want to be here, she's scared," I say in her defence. Willow smiles at me and I smile back softly.

"Emberly, you need to leave," Val says. "Titus," he looks at him and Titus nods.

"All right, let's go and talk about what happened," he puts his hand on my waist and tries to turn me around but I give him a look and shake my head.

"I'm not fond to leave Willow," I respond snd Titus sighs.

"I didn't want to do this," he shrugs and lifts me up, slinging me over his shoulder.

"Put me down! Titus I swear to god," he doesn't listen to me and carries me inside. He drops me on the couch and I cross my arms over my chest.

"Tell me what happened," he demands.

I look at him in shock and disgust. Is he serious? Does he think it's okay to keep someone hostage? Was he okay with helping? He changes the subject so easily, pretending like everything that's happening is completely normal when it's not.

"Are you serious?" I ask dumbfounded.

He looks at me confused, "what?"

I roll my eyes and get off the couch so I can walk upstairs. I don't even want to bother having a conversation with him anymore.

"Emberly," he exclaims and follows me up the stairs.

I enter the room I stay in when I'm at Vals and evidently, Titus has been sleeping in the same room as me. He has hardly touched me intimately in ages, not one kiss or even a thigh touch. He's really against admitting he likes me more then friends.

"You don't realise everything wrong you've done. Helping Val kidnap Willow, not letting her go. You said you would treat me better but I haven't seen it," I shrug.

"You don't know why we did what we did so can you stop questioning it? Can you just tell me what happened please?" He almost begs and sits next to me on the couch.

Sighing, I think to myself. I'm embarrassed I didn't see it sooner. Although I didn't expect it, I should have known. Poor Brett, he has been way too good for her and this is how she repays him. She couldn't even tell him the truth. It's been hidden for 5 months. That's a long time to hide something this big.

"Brett isnt the dad to Angels baby. Turns out she had a affair, with Elliot. And I found out when you were gone then I just couldn't stand to be near either of them. Brett has been so good to her and she couldn't even be faithful."

Titus stares at the wall and sighs. "Woah, what a hoe."

My eyebrows raise and I shake my head at him. I don't think he is very sure as to how to respond. I laugh and nod my head because he isn't wrong at all.

I lay down on the bed and groan, "I'm certainly cutting them from my life."

He lays down next to me and I turn my head to look at him. Although Titus isn't an affectionate person, he does little stuff in his own way to show affection.

"Good idea," he whispers.

"Are you ever going to kiss me again?" I blurt out.

He raises his eyebrows at me and smirks annoyingly, "maybe."

His teasing grows old and I'm incredibly impatient so I grab his face and kiss him. His lips gently move against mine and his left hand gliding down the side of my waist. He breaks apart from me and moves up to sit properly on the bed, leaning against the headboard. Straight away Titus pulls me ontop of him so I straddling him and he continues kissing me, his tongue moving inside my mouth gently.

The door is wide open and I don't care. I don't care about anything but him. These moments don't occur often but when they do I have to appreciate them.

"How many times do I have to catch you guys for you both to finally admit you're together?" Chris appears out of no where.

We pull away from each other and I quickly get off of him feeling slightly embarrassed. Maybe we should have closed the door.

"Oooo, love is in the air," Landon pops his head in through the door.

"Shut up," Titus groans and both of the boys chuckle.

"Is there a reason why you're here?" I question them.

"Oh, yeah... Val wanted help Titus," Landon shrugs.

Titus sighs and stretches, his arms lifting above his head in a deep what looks like relaxing stretch. He gets up from the bed and gives me one final look before walking out of the room.

Landon and Chris come in and sit on the bed. "So," Landon gulps after saying this and I raise my eyebrows.

"So what?" I question.

"What happened?" Chris blurts out.

"I just got news that Elliot is the father of Angels baby and Brett isnt. So basically she's been lying to him for so long, she cheated on him and I found out today. I had to leave, I couldn't stand being neither either one of them," I cringe.

They both wince and silence echoes in the room. Silence can be so loud at times. I feel my anger spiking as I remember they ruined both mine and Titus' moment. We never have moments. Titus isnt the emotional type and everyone knows that. Yet they so happily ruined that.

"That is hard. What are you going to do?" Chris asks.

"I can't be their friend anymore. I'm cutting them both from my lives, I can live without them," I laugh unamused.

Both Angel and Eli have been my friends forever and nothing like this has ever happened. Angel met Brett and they were inseparable. Loved each other instantly, so I never saw this coming.

"It's okay, you have me," Landon pouts.

"And me," Chris interrupts.

"I love you guys," I smile gently.

So both Titus and Emberly are progressing!
#Timberly

After this the story is going to be progressing more and Willow will be in the book more. A reminder: not everything will be the same as "The Gang Leaders Angel" it could be quite different or not very. It would just be quite annoying doing everything word by word snd scene by scene so thanks for understanding angels.
