The episode starts with Tina waking up and going down to prepare something for herself and Sameer in breakfast. When she goes down, she is shocked to see the breakfast perfectly set on the table and Sameer removing his apron. Tina could not believe that Sameer had prepared the entire breakfast all by himself. It was a proper heavy breakfast, with kellogs, poha, idlis, juice, and milk. Seeing all this, T- Yeh sab kyaa hai? S- Chilla kyu rahi ho! T- Itna sab!? S- Accha nai hai? T- Boht aacha hai par aapne banaya? Woh bhi itne subah!? S- Haa, darasal kal kaam karne ke baad tumhei meri wajah se late ho gaya nah, toh meine socha ki mei kuchh(and cutely scratches his head) T- Must say Sameer, aap boht acche hai. S- Tumse kam. T- Mujhse toh boht hi zyaada. S- Woh hum badmei kabhi decide karlenge. Tum ready ho ke aa jao, Pehle breakfast aur fir kahi ghumne jaaye if u Dont mind. T- Umm.. sure. S- Great. They both head to their respective rooms for getting ready. In tina's room, T- yaar, yeh sameer kitne acche hai, kitna khyal rakhte hai. Aur kitne cute aur hot... (Sensing the reality)- Kyaa Tina tu bhi!? Boss hai woh tera aur jiju ke bhai . Aur koi rishta nai hai Humara. Yeh sab sochna bandh kar aur jaldi ready hoja. Sameer ke sath (Again back to dreamland)- Sameer ke saath ghumne jaana hai, sirf mei aur woh.. wow.. (Back to reality) - Shhh Tina. Shut up. Kuchh bhi sochna bandh kar. In sameer's room, S- Tina ko kaise batau that i like her, nay! Actually i love her. Jis tarah se woh hasti hai, baat karti hai.. pyar hi aa jaye. Aur kitni understanding aur Caring bhi. Deewana bana diya nah apna! I love her, i just love her and starts dancing. After sometime, both were ready, come down and have breakfast together. Meanwhile, in the hospital, K- Naira, all the best! N- Kartik, boht darr lag raha hai. K- Kucch nai hoga tumhei Naira, trust me. N- Kar.. Nurse- Ma'am aaiye, aapko operation ke liye ready karna hoga. Naira holds Kartik's hand very tightly out of fear. Kartik puts his other hand over hers and makes her feel that he is with her. K- Naira, tum toh sherni ho. Itne saalo se iss difficulty ke sath jeeti rahi, par ab nahi. Mei hu nah tumhare saath. Naira hugs Kartik to take all the positivity and strength that Kartik would give her. Kartik responds equally and caresses her hair. K- Toh meri sherni taiyar hai? N- Haa. Kartik gives Naira's hand in nurse's hamd and K- Aap le jaiye inhei. Ready kara dijiye. Nurse- Jii sir. K(to N)- Naira, tum ready ho jao. Mei OT mei rahunga. Meine permission le li hai. Tumhei ek pal ke liye bhi darne ki zarurat nai hai. Mei hu tumhare saath. N- Thank you Kartik. Itna sab karne ke liye. K- Bilkul chup, yeh thanks ki koi zarurat nai. Tum jao, ready ho jao. N- Hm Nurse takes Naira to get ready for the operation. At the house, Tina and Sameer had had their breakfast while talking to each other and stealing glances too, such that the other one does not make it's notice. They had gone to their rooms and thinking of what to wear. They both were having that strange attitude of how they'll face each other. In office, they had a professional relationship and at home, at least some indirect relation, but now when they were going out, both of them didn't know how to act. From what to wear to what to say, everything was a confusion. A havoc in brain that what will they do when they go out.. and Sameer was more worried. He had decided to tell Tina that he fell for her the first time he saw her, and the love just increases, every time he sees her. He was too nervous about the proposal.While Tina and Sameer were getting ready, meanwhile in the hospital, Naira gets ready for the operation, and is brought in OT on a wheelchair by Kartik. He helps her get up, and Naira once again hugs Kartik. N-(very nervously) Kitna time lagega Kartik? K-(cupping her face)- Aadha ghanta shayad. Aur fir tumhei thode time takk yaha rest karna hoga. Sab kuchh monitor karne ke baad, hum vapis ghar jaayenge. Par uske baad at least two weeks, no stressing yourself. Kuchh bhi kaam hoga yaa koi pareshani hogi, mujhe yaa Tina ko yaa Sameer ko bata dena. Hum help kardenge. Par bilkul exert nai karna, aur stress nai lena. N- Aap ho nah mere saath? K- Humesha. (And kisses her forehead) N-(excitedly) I love.. (nervously) You.. Kartik. K- I love you too Naira. The doctor enters and Kartik makes her lie comfortably on the bed. The operation lights are turned on. Kartik crosses his finger and prays for Naira's wellbeing. While Naira thinks of all the beautiful moments of her with Kartik. This gave her strength and positivity. Both could hear their heartbeat. Nervousness would be an understatement. Throughout the Operation, Kartik keeps on praying and hoping that Naira will be fine. After the longest half an hour of their life, the operation comes to an end. The doctor along with Kartik comes out of the Operation theatre, while Naira would be taken to a private ward. K- Dr, meri Naira theek hai nah? Dr.- Jii, aap chinta mat kariye. Operation bilkul theek raha . Par iske baad bhi precautions lene honge. (And explains him about post operation precautions.) K- Jii. Mei sab dhyaan rakhunga. Dr.- Great. Hum shaam takk ma'am ko discharge kar denge. Tab takk unki condition hum monitor kar sakte hai. K- Thike sir. Thanks. Kyaa mei usse milne jaa sakta hu? Actually i had promised ki woh aakhei kholengi, toh mei uske saath rahunga. Uski Khushi ko sath mei celebrate karna ka promise diya hai. Can i plse?

Dr- Sure, humare staff ne unhei private ward mei shift kar diya hai.. aap unse mil sakte hai. K- Thanks (and starts moving when) Dr.- Mr. Kartik! Kartik turns and, K- Yess. Dr.- Must say aap boht hi supportive hai. Naira ma'am boht lucky hai. Kartik just smiles at the compliment and asks if he could leave. He felt shy after hearing the compliment. The doctor sighs back allowing him to go. And he rushes to Naira's cabin. (I didn't know much abt the operation, so these may not be the correct facts. Sorry about that)
