Story of Tonight (4/46)

(Name), Barbara, Stephanie and Cassandra sat outside in a field of grass, beer bottles in hand and semi tipsy. They would make stupid jokes and laugh as they slurred their words as they talked.

Soon (Name) thought of a song while they drank, showing they can drink at whatever time they want too.

"I may not live to see our glory." (Name) started getting the attention of the three girls in front of her.

"I may not live to see our glory." The three replied back, slowly relaxing and stopped drinking.

"But I will gladly join the fight." She smirked and sat down, leaning forward, laying her elbows on the table.

"But I will gladly join the fight." The three harmonized yet again, holding their drinks up and set them down on the table.

"And when our children tell our story," (Name) started, looking up at the starry sky, imagining how her kids and husband would look like.

"And when our children tell our story," They declared and looked up at the starry sky as well, smiling softly, looking forward to making awesome memories with each other.

"They'll tell the story of tonight." (Name) finished and looked at her beer bottle.

"Let's have another round tonight." Cassandra declared, finishing her beer.

"Let's have another round tonight." Stephanie cheered, smiling brightly, outshining the full moon.

"Let's have another round tonight." (Name) stated and put her empty beer bottle near her feet.

"Raise a glass to freedom, something they can never take away. No matter what they tell you... Raise a glass to the four of us -" Barbara sang and stood up from her chair and smiling at her friends.

"Tomorrow there'll be more of us!" (Name), Cassandra, and Stephanie cheered and erupted into laughter.

"Telling the story of tonight." The three girls sang as (Name) sang apart.

"Raise a glass to freedom - - Something they can never take away." The four sang again and got out of their chairs wrapping their arms around one another's shoulders.

"No matter what they tell you - (Let's have another round tonight)." They sang separately again and laughed off.

"Raise a glass to the four of us.. Tomorrow there'll be more of us." They walked each other to their houses, laughing here and there to stupid things they caught.

"Telling the story of tonight. (Let's have another round tonight). They'll tell the story of tonight." The laughed more and almost fell to the floor, holding onto each other.

"Raise a glass to freedom." People sang in the night, watching the four drunk girls laugh into the night, smiling to one another making stupid memories with each other.

"They'll tell the story of tonight. Raise a glass to freedom." The four girls and company sang in the background. The four girls didn't want to separate but ended up at a hotel, booking a room for the four of them.

"They'll tell the story of tonight. (They'll tell the story of tonight.)" The night continued in quiet silence as the people in Gotham slept.
