" (Y/N).. "

" (Y/N)... "

" Sunshine... " I groaned and opened my eyes slowly to see Gene looking down at me, his deep blue eyes staring down into my (E/C) eyes. " Hey sleeping beauty.. " I smirk, " Calling me beautiful eh? " Gene blushes, " I um.. bought you to my house, you fell asleep just after twilight, so I carried you back... " I smiled and nodded, " Thanks Gene. But I better get home, Dads mad enough so I'm sure he'll be furious right now. " I frowned and Gene stroked my hair, " Ill walk you, if that's alright. " I nod standing up. 

" My cousin stayed over a few days ago, I think there should be some spare clothes if you wanna change " 

" Ok, um.. where? " Gene chuckles and points me upstairs, I smile and see a pile of outfits. Great, all pink. Ughhh.

I walk back downstairs, and saw Gene getting ready, " I'm ready. " I groaned, and Gene turned around," Wow, pink.. " I rolled my eyes, " The sooner I get home, the sooner I cant change. I hate pink. " 

" I think it looks kinda cute on you (Y/N)..." I instantly blush from Genes comment, " Tha-" My phone starts ringing and I groan.

" Hello? "

" (Y/N) WHERE IN IRENES NAME ARE YOU?! "

" Well good morning to you too dad. " I say rolling my eyes.

" Don't sass your father like that! " Someone squeaks in the background.

" Oh and good morning to you as well Lilithian. "

" (Y/N) Where are you. "

" I'm coming home soon dad chill will ya. "

" No (Y/N) I will not chill, you were out all night and you aren't here now. Where are you!? "

" I'm at a friends dad. I'm fine. " 

" Who? (Y/N) I'm tired of being in the dark. Please te-"

" Dad! The more I talk to you the less I'm home! Now I'm coming home goodbye! " 

I hung up and rolled my eyes, " Should I ask? " I shook my head, " Lets go.. " Gene said with a small smile.

" (Y/N) ! " My name was yelled, I groan, " Come in Gene. " I say and close the door behind us both, " (Y/N) (M/N) (L/N) WHERE IN IREN-" Dad walks in yelling but cut himself off upon seeing Gene, " Um, whos this? " He says gritting his teeth, I can tell he wants to yell but choses not to. 
" Dad this is my friend Gene. " I say, " Its nice to meet you sir. " Gene says smiling holding his hand out to shake dads, I see him hesitate but then he takes Genes hand and shakes it. 

" I'm gonna get changed into something better. " I say walking upstairs. 

~ Genes POV ~  ( Didn't see that coming now did ya? Hehehehe ) 

" So.. Gene? " (Y/N)s dad says, " Yes sir? " He motions for me to sit down and I do, "How long have you known my daughter? " He asks and I smile, " Nearly my whole life, we were close childhood friends, along with my younger brother Dante, and two of (Y/N)s current friends, who I'm not so close with anymore, we were all close until (Y/N) moved away, we only re connected quite recently. " I say smiling.

" Uh huh I see... did (Y/N) tell you why she was wearing bandages? " I shake my head. 
" No sir, unless its something serious I feel that she should tell me in her own time. " He takes a deep breath and sighs, " Did she stay with you last night?.. " His tone was serious yet worried. 
" Yes sir. But please, believe me when I say that nothing happened. I took (Y/N) out last night, when she fell asleep I took her to mine seeing as it was the closest to where we were. " He nods his head.

Her dad continues to ask me questions when (Y/N) walks back downstairs wearing an outfit that looks amazing, I feel heat rush to my cheeks as I stand up watching her walk towards us. 

" What'd I miss? " She asks, " Nothing really, just talking. " Her dad replies, " Oh Irene, Gene ill take you to a mental health institution when we leave " She snickers and I chuckle, " You sure you don't need it hun?~ " I see her cheeks turn red as she coughs trying to hide it, " I have to replace my bandages, Gene help me wont you? " She asks and I nod, I watch as she walks into the kitchen, as I go to follow her a hand was placed on my shoulder. 

" Gene, " I turn, " Yes sir? " Her dad looks at me sternly, " You might as well call me Zach to begin with, also, she had a bad rep in her old school as I'm aware of, please.. just keep an eye on her. " I nod, " She acts as if I'm not her father, I admit I always prioritise her half sister way more than I should with (Y/N) herself, but she is still my daughter. Shes more rebellious, please keep this in mind and keep her temper under control. That's all I ask. " 
" Don't worry si- I mean Zach, if I know (Y/N), its how to keep her in check. " Zach takes his hand off of my shoulder and I walk into the kitchen, no (Y/N)... wait, outside the window I see her and another lady looking as if they were arguing. 

(Y/N)s bandages are removed... those are... those are cuts.. The lady with her looks mad, she keeps trying to grab (Y/N)s wrist but each time (Y/N) bats her hand away. As I'm about to go out there (Y/N) storms off to her back fence, both me and the lady watch as she throws something at the lady then runs right to the fence and jumps over it. If I remember rightly that fence leads right to the path to Pria Park. 
I take off running out the front door and begin searching for her, and that's when I see her, surrounded amongst other people, mostly guys but a few girls. I decide to sneak closer and watch them.

~(Y/N)'s POV~ 

" Ok ok shut it! Jeez you guys, can you just not eavesdrop for one day? I haven't even left for a full year and you guys are falling apart! " I yell as the others hang their heads, " Jack, whats up dude? " I say as softly as I can.
" I don't know! Its just without you we've all fallen apart. I'm trying.. " I chuckle and ruffle his hair and kiss his cheek, " Your alright Jack, look its not my fault my idiotic father made me move back here. "

" (Y/N), the gangs a mess. " Jessy yells from the back of the group. " Then hang with me every weekend or so, I'm trying to get in another gang in my new school, but I cant promise anything. " I hear Milton laugh, " Something amusing you Milton? Oh wait I know, its your face. " Everyone laughs as Miltons temper rises, " No, its just I heard that the guy who leads that 'gang' What was his name? Gene? Anyway I heard you two were childhood friends." 

" Yea what of it? " He smirks, " Well, mess with him. You know, come on (Y/N), you was always great at flirting, getting guys to swoon, hell you practically had the entire school wrapped round your finger... well the male population at least. " I growl lightly, " Your point is? "

" Well if you two were childhood friends, then just ask nicely, or flirt, get him to fall for you. Just do the only thing your good at.. " Milton says circling me, " Remind me Milton. What is that I'm good at exactly? " I clench my fists, Milton was always good at pushing my buttons, he knows his limits but not this time, I'm slightly not surprised seeing as he doesn't know anything. But he still knows how to annoy me, but he was also one of my biggest comforts when I needed him. 

" Flirting, lying and hiding. " He whispered in my ear, that was it. I raised my fist and punched him in the face sending him flying down onto the floor, " Woa (Y/N)! " The group yells. " Milton stand down. " I growl and he coughs nodding. " Um.. (Y/N).." I turn, " Yea Jack? " He grabs my hand and leads me away.

Jack leads us down a small alley and looks at me, for some reason I feel someone else watching us, ( Cough cough* Genes watching * Cough cough*   " Huh who said that?" Shhh stop breaking the fourth wall, " But yo-" SHUSHUM! ) " (Y/N)..." I smile, " Whats up Jack. " He sighs, " I.. I think.. I still like you.. " When he finishes I instantly freeze. 
Back when I was in O'Khasis me and Jack were close, he took over the gang when I couldn't, he would always back me up, basically my number two. He always liked me but I always turned him down, and that's because of one reason that only, myself, Milton and the doctor that diagnosed me with knows. 

" Ja-Jack.. " I mumble, he holds my arms tightly causing me to wince from the cuts, I struggle lightly, " Please (Y/N) .. " I see him lean in to try and kiss me, that makes me struggle more, he tightens his grip causing me to wince more, the tears tug at my eyes. 
Just as Jack gets in range to kiss me someone punches him sending him flying across the floor away from me, I look up and see Gene. " Gene! " I yell hugging him, " You ok (Y/N)?  " Gene asks stroking my hair, " Yea I am now, thanks. " He pulls me closer to his chest when I hear Jack getting back up. " Really? " He yells, I feel Gene move me slightly behind him but I move in front, " (Y/N) .. " I shake my head " Gene, I got this, hes in my gang. I know him better. " Gene growls but nods, " Jack, what the hell dude. Look I love you! But as a friend, I don't think that will ever change but if it does trust me youll be the first person to know. But at the moment you just made a BAD move. Be lucky you still have formed bones! Gang suspension three days!" I almost yell. 
" Fine, but one day you will be mine. " And with that Jack walks off and I turn back to Gene, I roll my eyes with a smile and grab his hand running off.

Wow! That was painful to write. And now I think would be a good time to explain parts of the timeline now.

So you can probably already guess I changed some of the ages for the characters. So in the actual Aphmau Universe, when Aphmaus in sophomore year, both Aaron and Gene are gone, but here I made it so that only Gene is still here. Meaning, when Aph was in freshman year both Aaron was a Senior and Gene was a Junior meaning the prom scene for Aph has been and gone but Gene will be having his own prom which will be happening in this book if not the next. 

Aaron and Aphmau already know that each other are FC and Shu, Aphmau is still the Alpha Female. Now as for Ein, I might slightly flip it so that Ein messes with both Aph and (Y/N), but seeing as I kinda don't want to steal characters too much I'm gonna try and leave him be, buuuut, instead of Aaron fighting Ein in the last episode, I'm gonna change it slightly, BUT DONT WORRY, our lil nugget Daniel will still, " MOVE THEM BUNS! " ( sorry love that episode XDD ) and Aaron will still fight Ein but I am changing it to help with the story.

I know this is kinda weird but just stick with it. Also some chapters will just be fillers, and at the begging of each chapter I will write a small note saying whether or not it will be a filler or whether its gonna contribute to the actual story.
Now having said that I may forget this rule soooo, but most chapters link to the story in some way.
