JULIANNA

"There you are!" My sister, Carolina - I liked to call her Carrie, yelled once I walked in to the house. "Hi." I said, walking in, a little nervous for how she was going to respond. Carrie and my mother were seated on the kitchen island stools, both with a cup of decaf coffee in their hands.

"You've got to tell us everything, Jules." My mother said, she almost sounded like a fangirl. I chuckled, grabbing a cup of the decaf coffee as well and sitting down next to them.

"Where's dad?" I asked them first. "He went to bed, he's got to get up early in the morning." My mother said, she stared at me filled with suspense. "Now, tell your old mother what happened before I'm going to faint." She laughed, I joined her. My sister just kept staring at me.

"Alright." I said, taking a sip of my coffee.

I bit my lip, thinking about everything that happened. The moment Calum laid his eyes on me and I almost pushed my phone in to his face, luckily he didn't feel like I had forced it that much.

"Well, they said they wanted a fan to sing a song on stage with them, so I held my phone out for Calum to see that I had a YouTube channel so that he would realise that I'm a good singer." I started telling. They didn't seem confused yet, which was good.

"So I got up the stage and they just loved my voice, I guess." I said, feeling my cheeks heat up. "Obviously." Carrie said, smirking. "Who doesn't love your voice." She laughed, I smiled and flushed my cheeks.

I had always been complimented on my singing, since I started doing it regularly.

"Then they gave me a backstage pass to stay behind the scenes during the rest of the concert. And after the concert, I just sat with them in their dressing room for what felt like hours, just talking about stuff." I said, smiling at the thought. The conversation was so amazing and didn't feel forced at all.

Carrie stared at me, slightly widened eyes. She wasn't really a fan of 5 Seconds Of Summer, but everybody would be like her when something like this would've happened. "And they got me another backstage pass for their show tomorrow." I said, widening my eyes once I realised that. I grabbed it out of my pursue, together with the one from tonight.

My mother dropped her jaw, staring at me and back at the passes. "Jules, these must me expensive!" She said, holding on to one. "They were a gift." I said, grabbing them from her and putting them back in to my pursue.

"I still can't believe all of this happened." I said, taking a deep breath and holding my head in my hands for a second.

Carrie nodded, getting up. "I really wanted to stay awake to hear this story, but now I really have to go to bed." She said, checking the clock, which said it was 10 to midnight. I nodded, getting up as well. "I have to be at work at eight thirty tomorrow." She rolled her eyes and strolled up the stairs.

"I'm going to bed as well." My mother said, giving me a kiss on top of my head and leaving me in the big kitchen.

I let out a deep breath once I was alone and looked around the kitchen. I got the coffee cups and put them in the dishwasher. After that, I leaned on the kitchen island and grabbed my phone. Immediately a smile appeared on my lips.

From Calum Hood: Hey Julia, well, you already know who you're talking to so I don't really have to introduce myself.

I laughed softly, this felt so much like a Calum Hood comment.

From Calum Hood: The boys were begging me for your number, you know, just in case. So sorry if they're spamming you now.

I giggled, staring at the few other messages from unknown numbers I had gotten. I replied with simple hello's, then clicking back to Calum.

To Calum Hood: Thank you again for tonight, I'm going to try and see if I can get some sleep, but my brain is still trying to process this. We'll see.

I smiled, walking up the stairs and up to my room. I laid down on my bed and had already gotten a reply back. Luke had also replied, asking me if I felt different, which I definitely did.

I talked to both of them for a little longer, until I actually decided that I had to put a little bit of effort in to going to bed. Maybe if I tried really hard, I would actually get sleepier.

My bathroom was dark and cold, somebody had forgotten to close my window. I quickly closed it and then started getting ready for bed.

One I was done and I had slipped in to bed, I decided to check my YouTube channel. I widened my eyes, almost yelling. I had gotten so many more subscribers than before the concert. I already had about ten thousand subscribers, but now it had grown to a good thirty thousand. I couldn't understand how so many people suddenly were interested in me.

Even my Instagram and Twitter had gotten a lot of new followers. I decided to tweet something, thanking 5 Seconds Of Summer, but also the people that started following me.

@JuliaPlaysGuitar: Thank you @5SOS for the amazing experience I have gotten tonight. Also thank you to all of my new followers on YouTube and other platforms, you all rocked my world in these last few hours. SO GRATEFUL.

I posted the message, turning my phone to silent and then closing my eyes. Opposite from what I had expected, I fell in to my slumber not too long after. Dreaming about things that now were reality and not just in my dreams anymore.
