Prompt #3: "I need you."

Stupid in Love

Y/N and Tony were close and the best of friends and their closeness made Steve jealous. He learned to live with it even though he knew she would never love him.

When Bucky showed up she spent all the time with him as well. It was like she was with the two flintiest men on the Avengers.

Steve was so upset that he was losing her to those two. He never told her how he felt and she was with those two all the time. So he decided too yell at her when she said she was going out with Tony and Bucky later that night.

"I dont want to go! Leave me alone. Go be with your boyfriends!" Steve yells.

"My.. What?" Y/N asks.

"Go away!" Steve yells.

Y/N backed away from the mad Captain and left. She didnt know why he was so mad. The whole team was going out all she said was that Tony and Bucky wanted to go out tonight. Then he yelled at her and so Y/N was quiet when they arrived at the bar.

"Sweet girl whats wrong?" Bucky asks.

"Steve hates me. He yelled at me and you know lately he just avoids me. Why does he hate me?" Y/N asks with tears in her eyes.

"He doesnt hate you Darlin. Your okay." Tony says and holds her close.

Bucky hugged her too and the two guys just held her close to comfort her. Fans of the Avengers saw this and sent  photos all over the place. Steve saw this on the TV and he felt terrible.

Steve was in the gym the next morning punching the punching bags as hard as he could.

"Hey Punk. Go apologize to Y/N." Bucky says.

"I dont have to do what you say." Steve says.

"Yes you do. You made her cry. Poor girl." Tony says.

"Why dont you two just go kiss your girlfriend." Steve says.

"Pepper is out of town." Tony says.

"And if I kiss Nat this early she'll kill me." Bucky says.

"What?" Steve questions.

They told Steve that Y/N was only their friend and that she loved another. Another being his dumbass. Steve felt bad about it so he had to plan something.

Later that day he went into Y/N's room and she had her back to him. She was dancing around listening to Taylor Swift and Steve watched for awhile. Then he let out a small laugh and Y/N quickly turned around.

"Steve? How long.. What are... Can I help you?" Y/N asks nervously.

"Yes I need you." Steve says.

"For what?" Y/N asks.

"Just follow me." Steve says.

He walked out and she followed after him and she walked into the living room. Steve was playing 40s music and took Y/N's hand and made her dance with him.

"Steve? Whats going on?" Y/N asks.

"Im in love with you. I get jealous with you and Tony, Also with you and Bucky. I thought I was losing you so I pushed you away before you could say you loved them." Steve says holding her close.

"Steve they both have girlfriends and they tease me about you. Cause Steve I love you too." Y/N says.

Steve looked at her and placed his lips to hers. He was never going to let these feelings of her be quiet ever again. He loves her. He always have and he always will and she was never gonna let anyone else have this Captain. She was Steve's and Steve was Y/N's and thats how it will be from now until forever.
