For the next couple of weeks, Loki and (Y/n) were under constant watch despite being special guests to Richard Roper. Corky showed you both the places you would stay, but gave warnings about the security of the villa.

You were doing some yoga while Jed, Roper's woman, came up to you. "Wow aren't you flexible?"

Moving out of your position, you smiled at her. "Yeah I guess I am. Jed, right?"

"Yeah that's me. I want to say thank you for saving Danny."

"I didn't do much," You shrugged as you spotted Loki in his swim trunks and about to go into the pool. "It was mainly Jonathan."

"And he said it was all you 'Liza," Jed replied with a sad smile. "You two seem so happy together."

While being at the villa, you were finally able to live out your fantasies with Loki as your boyfriend, but had to pretend to be different people.

You looked wistfully at your fake boyfriend. "He's a good man." You replied simply.

"How did you two meet anyway?"

"Do you want the long story or the abridged version?" You chuckled.

"Either is fine with me."

"Well we first met in college with him being a junior and I a mere freshman. We had a few classes together and got along but never really talked until five years later. We ran into each other while we were on vacation and boom the rest is history." You finished your rehearsed story.

You asked her, "How did you meet Richy Rich over there?" You nodded your head towards the house.

"We met in New York some time ago," The blonde woman looked wistfully somewhere as she trailed off.

As Loki got out of the pool, he went over to you and kissed your forehead. "Hello Jed. Hey love, are you done for the day?"

"I think so. Why?" You raised your eyebrow.

"I thought you would like to join me and Danny for a bit. He's been asking about you and wanted you to do some trick for him?"

Realization came upon you. "Oh yeah," You explained to Jed. "I was showing Danny for card tricks and he wanted to learn more. You can come with us if you'll like."

"No it's fine. I'm gonna take a swim. See you both at dinner."

As the two of you walked away, Loki wrapped his arm around your waist as he whispered into your ear. "Keep the boy busy while I get the phone."

You shook your head with a smile. "You're impossible you know that?"

"Yet you put up with me." He pointed out with his own smile

"That's because I love you, you insatiable man."

"Love you too, 'Liza." There was something in Loki's eyes every time he said that though you told your heart not to look too much into it.

The next couple of days the two of you became Danny's newest friends. The boy was such a sweet lad. It was a shame that he did not have any kids his own age.

Danny was so worried about his dad's reaction when he could not find his phone. You calmed him down and told him that you'll help him look.

You even took the boy out on the town, explore the sights and grab some ice cream. While it was enjoyable, Loki and yourself spotted Wanda in her swimsuit and was able to have give some information to her in the midst of your chill conversation.

Richard seemed to like the both of you, but Corky was still a problem.

You crossed your fingers that Wanda would work her magic on Apostol especially in his weak state after the sudden death of his daughter.

One night, Loki had decided to test out the information Danny gave them and snuck into Roper's secret office. You both quickly and quietly found as much information as you can, taking pictures with Danny's phone.

You spotted a blond streak of hair which you pocketed for later.

If someone asked where the two of you were, you both had been enjoying the beach and each other way too much.

The worst part of being Loki's fake girlfriend  was not the acting, but the intimacy you both did. His kisses were intoxicating and his touches made your weak in the knees.

Loki would heartily agree with that. Being so close to you made his heart fall harder and harder for you, but he had always remind himself that this was all for show. Your looks and smiles were not truly for him.

After a couple of months being there, Richard called the both of you into his open office where he and Langbourne were waiting for them.

He pushed two passports to us which you raised your eyebrow at. You looked at it as Loki read, "Andrew Birch."

"Since you liked the tree theme."

You smiled at Richard and turned to your 'boyfriend'. "Rebecca Birch. Look at that Jon. Richard married us. I did not know you were an ordained minister."

Roper chuckled. "New lives and clean slates."

Both of you asked. "What's the catch?"

"Need you both to do me a favor. If you agree and follow the plan, then they're yours for the keeping."

Both of you had a silent conversation with your eyes before you spoke up for the both of you. "What's the plan exactly?"

You both were finally going into the middle of it and take Roper out from the inside out.
