Out of our friend group, my Halloween costume had to be the worst. I didn't have time to put in a lot of effort due to only being invited the day before but if anyone asked, i was dressed as a 'devil'. I wore a red bodysuit that was paired with black skinny jeans and plastic devil horns i had borrowed from Noora.

I was the last one of my friends to arrive, walking into the loud and crowded house to find Noora dancing with a log, Chris dressed as a tampon and Sana wearing a blonde wig while imitating Vilde. I was so happy to be friends with them. Across the room Vilde was dancing with a few Pepsi Max girls and Penetrators.

"Is Eva here?" i tried to shout over the music to Noora, "She was, she's wearing a black swan costume but i'm not sure where she went". I was surprised to hear that she wasn't with the girls and if i was being honest it worried me a bit. I didn't want anything happening to her, especially if she was drunk and alone.

While on my way to find Eva, i was about to check a room when i was met by Chris who was coming out of the room. "Sorry, hi, nice party" i said to him while looking around at the groups of familiar teenagers. "I was hoping to find you, you're friends with Eva right?" he asked, i felt a feeling of relief knowing she was still here. "Do you know where she is?" i asked and before i could say anything, he grabbed my wrist gently and took me to the room where she was.

When he opened the door, i saw Eva slouching on a bed with her head in her hands. I ran down and crouched in front of her grabbing her hands and making her look at me. "Eva are you okay? please don't cry". Chris stayed in the room with us, sitting next to Eva while she told us her situation with Jonas. "He's really dumb Eva, if i was him i would never treat you like that. You are one of the nicest people i have ever met and you have made me feel so welcome this past week. If he isn't going to appreciate the beautiful, funny and truly amazing girl that you are then he doesn't deserve you at all." The whole time i was talking to Eva, Chris never looked away from me.  When she had stopped crying she looked at me and hugged me, making Chris smile. "Now Eva, we are going to enjoy the rest of our night but first we are going to the nearest bathroom to fix your mascara", we both laughed.

After returning a happier Eva back to the girls, i looked to my right to see Chris standing at a wall in a conversation with his friends but his eyes only focusing on me. He tilts his head towards an empty hallway which i assumed meant that he wanted to talk so after telling the girls i was going to get a drink, i made my way over to him.

We walked down the hall towards the stairs where we both sat beside each other. "Sorry for leaving you there, it was a girl emergency." i said breaking the silence. I was picking at my nails awkwardly when he spoke, "What you did in there was really nice, kind of sexy if i'm being honest." His comment made bury my face in my hands in embarrassment before i playfully pushed him telling him that i hated him again. "No you don't", he said while pulling me into a hug, allowing me to rest my head on his shoulder. I felt a small pat on the side of my head before closing my eyes.

🪐✧˖°okay i have a few things to say...to anyone confused or wondering iben isn't involved with chris at all in this book. there's a few details i am missing out purely because i want to keep most of the focus on asa and chris/the girls/arwin/her mum/maybe isak because i love him so much.
🦂✧˖°asa and chris are also the cutest ever and i'm trying my hardest to include cute scenes without making them go too fast, i hate slow SLOW burns so expect more things soon.
⛲️✧˖°chris isn't like he is in the show, i want to make him come across nicer for asa and i hate repetitive story lines of them getting together then breaking up then getting back together again.
