SHIORI'S POV
Neji and I sit next to each other on the grass. I turn my head towards Neji

"It has been a while since we met face to face. I really missed you" I say happily

"...Are you really dating Sasuke Uchiha?" he asks

'Straight to the point huh?'

"Of course I am" I answer

'Definitely not'

"Since when?" he asks

'Luckily, singing is not my only talent. I've acted on shows and commercials before so a little improv and adlibbing is no debacle'

"A few months ago....I met him while I was in Japan a few months ago, we started conversing, and before I went abroad, he asked me to be his lover. After that, we began a long distance relationship" I answer him

"Then why have you never told me? You tell me everything" he says

'Oh Neji, I really do wish to inform you of the truth. But I've been sworn to secrecy'

"I was terrified. Terrified of what you might think of him. But he encouraged me to be honest. That's why we decided to announce our relationship today" I say

"...Do you really love him?" Neji asks

"I do" I smile

'I do not!'

"I'm not entirely convinced, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt" Neji says

"Huh?" I look behind Neji and see Sasuke standing there

Neji turns his head to look at him as well

"If you don't mind, I would really like to have my girlfriend back now" Sasuke says

'Ah! Go away you domineering prince! I still want to spend time with Neji! Alone!'

"...Very well" Neji says, standing up

'Noooo'

Neji faces Sasuke

"If you make her cry, I will make you pay" Neji says before walking away

'He cares!!!'

SASUKE'S POV
Having heard enough of their conversation, I approach them

"Huh?" Shiori looks behind Neji and see me

Neji turns his head to look at me as well

"If you don't mind, I would really like to have my girlfriend back now" I say

Shiori is staring hard at me and her eyes are clearly telling me to go away

'Hn, you seriously wanna spend more time with this guy who's doubting you?'

"...Very well" Neji says, he stands up and faces me

"If you make her cry, I will make you pay" Neji says before walking away

I look at Shiori and see her cheeks are flushed red

'Tsk'

She stands up and reaches her arm out towards him, while her other hand is in front of her chest

"Oh Neji. Parting with you is such sweet sorrow. That I shall say 'Good night' till it be morrow" She says in a whisper

"Hn. How dramatic" I say, rolling my eyes

"Whatever. What are you doing out here anyway? You disrupted my precious alone time with Neji" she says angrily

"If the others see you two sitting so close like that, they might get the wrong idea, and doubt our relationship even more" I say seriously, ignoring my clenching chest

"Every individual from Byakugan Entertainment is aware of the fact that I act like that towards Neji all the time. But I suppose it would cause misunderstandings for everyone in Sharingan Entertainment" Shiori says

Shiori sits back down on the grass. I take Neji's place and sit down next to her

"So what do you think?" I ask

"About what?" she turns to me

"This fake relationship" I say

"Oh, that. It's not like we really had a choice in the matter. They were never gonna let us say no" she says as she looks up at the night sky

I remember her face when she agreed to play the role

"You can't say no to your parents huh" I say

"It's more like a cannot defy them. If I ever did, they might disown me" Shiori says with a pained smile

"Anyway, do we seriously have to go on a date tomorrow?" I say

"We have to. I have a feeling that they'd secretly follow us and spy on us" she says

"This is really gonna be a pain" I say

"Tell me about it. I doubt we'll get along as boyfriend and girlfriend"

"Yeah. How do they expect me to date a girl I really don't like?"

"Same here. Everyone should only date the ones they really love"

"Yeah" I nod

"Anyway, I'm guessing you heard what I said to Neji right?"

"You mean the story you made up?"

"Yes"

"Yeah I heard it"

"If anyone asks, we'll stick to that story" 

"Got it" I nod

Shiori and I the rest of the time, looking up at the night sky
