Peyton's pov:

*One Day Until Ell's Birthday*

I wake up in my own room, with Chubby the bear in my arms. "Cubbs who brought us up last night?" I ask, holding him out in front of me. He stays silent for a moment. "Ryland did." He says. "You can talk?!?!" I ask in surprise.  "No baby girl he can't, but I can." Riker says, opening my bedroom door fully. "But... how in the ...... Oh bother! " I say. "Hey the guys' and I are going to go shopping, and Rydel was wondering if you would like to go to the spa with her. For some Mommy and Peyton time. And we'd meet up for lunch, and afterwards we'll go to the beach. How does that sound?" Riker says. "Mommy's gonna take me to a spa?!?! Yeah!! It sounds like fun." I say, jumping into Riker's arms. He chuckles, and Ry enters the room. "Did you tell her?" He asks. "Yeah. Go and get Rydel for me." Riker says. Ryland walks out into the hallway. "RYDEL!!!!! PEYTON WANTS TO GO!!" Ryland yells. I wrap my arms around Riker's neck. "Hey Ry. I could've done that." Riker says. "Hey Riker. Guess what?" "What?" "Shut it." Ry says. I giggle, and reach for Ry.

Ryland takes me from Riker, and he sits on my bed. He sets me beside him, and he wraps a protective arm around me. I snuggle up to his side, and he looks at me. "Don't get to comfortable. Rydel texted me, and she tolled me that she's on her way up here." Ry says. I sigh, and hug his arm. Rydel enters the room, and shoos the boys out. "Okay, what to wear?" I ask. Rydel walks into my closet, and she pulls out a black wavy skirt, and a pink shirt that says, "Ellington Lee Ratliff." I smile, and go into the bathroom to change. I walk out, and Rydel is on her phone. My guess is that she is playing 'Candy Crush.' I come out and twirl in front of her. "Hey, baby. Well, don't you look cute." She says. "Thanks momma." I say, walking over to my vanity, and brushing my hair. She pulls my hair up into to pigtails. "All done." She says. "You're getting a lot better at not crying." Rydel says, wrapping her arms around me. "I know. Elly!" "Wanna go and see Ell?" Rydel asks rising an eyebrow. "Can I????" I ask. "Sure, but be done in about.... 10 minutes.Cause thats when we're leaving."She says. I nod my head, and run over to the stairs.

"Daddy!! Daddy?" I say. "Hmm... Where's daddy at?" I wonder out loud. I hear someone come up behind me, but I don't move. Suddenly, I'm scooped up into someone's arms. "Boo." They says. "You don't scare me." I say. "Boo!" someone else says. "Nope still not scared." I say. "Ok. Suit yourself then." The same person says. I feel the first person, loosen their grip on me. "What are you doing, may I ask?" I ask. "Oh nothing." With this the person drops me. I scream, but someone catches me. "And you said you weren't scared." Ellington says. I glance over at Rocky, and Ryland who are currently laughing their heads off. "Hey guys. Guess what?" "What?" "I hate you." I say, before pouting into Ell's chest. "I heard someone scream, what's wrong?!?!" Riker asks, coming in with a beanie, or two in his hands. "Those jerks, were being mean to Peyton. They wanted to scare her, and so Ry dropped her." "But you caught her, right?" "Yeah, Elly did." I say. "She said nothing scared her. We both said boo, a couple of times, and none of it worked. So I dropped her." Ry explains. "Dude! I thought you scared her! Not drop her!" Rocky says, approaching us. "I'm sorry, baby girl. Ry's a demon." Rocky says. "You got that right." I say, holding my arms out to him. He takes me from Ell, and sets me on his hip. "And I'm sorry.." I say, placing  my head on Rocky's shoulder. "Its okay Boo." He says. "Quite it!" Riker says. "I'm thinking that should be Peyton's new nickname. "I like it!" I say, hugging him. He smiles, and kisses my head. "Rockstar, set Peyton down, for a second." Riker says. Rocky sets me down, and Riker walks over to me.  He takes one of the Beanies out of his hands, and he sets it on my head. He adjusts it, until it looks good to him. "Peyton time to go!" Rydel yells. "I have your Ipod touch, and headphones! Say goodbye to the boys, and lets go!!" Rydel yells. "Bye guys." I say. Ross, Riker, Ryland, Rocky, and Ellington wrap me in a hug. We break the hug, and they each take turns kissing my head. "Love the shirt." Ell says, before kissing my head a second time. I smile, and run to Rydel. She hands me my stuff. "Bye boys! Be good." Rydel yells, as we head out the door.

We get in the car, and Rydel turns on the radio. 'Miss Movin' On' had just gotten over. And 'Here Comes Forever' comes on. "Momma can please turn it up?" I ask. She nods, and I start to sing along.

Rydel smiles, and claps. "That was great Pey. But don't wear your voice out. You're gonna need it after the spa, to tell Daddy all about it." Rydel says, beaming at me. I giggle for no reason, what so ever, before putting in my headphones, and listen to 'Cali Girls' on my Ipod.

Ryland's pov:

As the girls leave we pile into Ell's van. "So... Peyton. What are we going to get her? Since today's the one year annervisary of adopting her?" I ask, buckling up. "I honestly don't know, Ry. Maybe something that says 'We Love You.' Or a poster..." Ross says. "Or a stage night." I suggest. "Or... You guys know how she's been dieing to go and see Little Mix preform.  Maybe get her tickets to go and see them." Riker suggest. "I don't know. I'll think about." Ell says, since he gets to decide. "Stage concert." I say in between two fake coughs. "Hey, Ry. Yeah, no." Ell says, dampening my spirits.

*Skip the car ride*

Once we walk into the store, Ross and I head towards the stuffed animals. "Boys, remember ONE stuffed animal that you boys decide on." Riker says. "OK. We get it." Ross says. "You better." Riker warns again. I sigh, and we head over to the stuffed animals. "Ok... How about a stuffed bear?" Ross says. "Already has one. Something that's unique." "A unicorn!" Ross says. "Yeah.... but what color?" I ask. "Pink, and baby blue." Ross says holding one up. "Perfect." I say. We head up and pay, and then we go and find the guys.

*3 hours later*

Peyton's pov:

Finally our spa day was done. Both Mommy and I got our nails done, and I got the tips of my hair dyed a dark pink, and blue highlights. Mommy got her bangs, and her tips dyed purple. "Ready to go, Pey?" She asks, as she pays. "Yep." I say. "Thank for coming. And little girl we have a little present for you." The man at the front desk says. He motions for me to come over behind the counter. He puts a little pink, and blue unicorn necklace around my neck, and then he hands me a stuffed monkey. I walk out from behind the counter, and Mommy smiles at me. "Thank you." She says, grabbing my hand. "No problem." He says.

*At the beach*

"Look Bananas! Its daddy, Ross, Ryland, Elly, and Rocky!" I say, holding Bananas up. Yes, I named my monkey bananas. Mommy unlocks the car, and I open the door. "Pey! Wait! Make sure you look." Rydel reminds me. "Okay, momma I will." I say. I step out of the car, and look both way, before running over to Ellington. Before I get over to him, he picks me up.

"Hmmm. I don't know you." He says jokingly. "Elly!" "Peyton!" He says. "Rydel!" Riker yells. Ops.... Rydel's in trouble. "What?" "We agreed on no hair being dyed. What happened?" Riker asks. "You know what today is. So.... I let her." Rydel says. "What is today again?" He asks. She whispers it in his ear. "Sorry." He says, backing up. "Bananas." I say, holding my monkey up. "Bananas? You named a monkey, Bananas?" Ross asks. "Yep. The man at the spa gave me him, and this unicorn necklace." I say holding it up. "That was very, nice of him." Rocky says. "I'm ready to swim." I say. "Okay lets get changed." Ratliff says.

*After they change*

We all go swimming for a few hours, until Riker comes in, and takes me out. I pout. "Baby, we have to give me something, and tell you something." Riker says. Riker picks me up, and carries on to the beach again. "Okay baby. Do you know what today is?" Ryland asks, wrapping me in my pink towel. "No." I say. "Well... Today is the 1st annervisary of you being our adopted daughter. " Ross says, as Riker hands me a bag. Ryland places me on his lap, and he then kisses my forehead. "It is? Its already been a year?" I ask. "Yep. One year. " Rocky says, poking my nose. "And... I think tomorrow will be the perfect day to find out who your old brother is." Ratliff says. "But isn't tomorrow your birthday?" I ask. "Yeah, but I don't mind doubling up on my birthday." Ell says. "Wanna go and get ice cream? Its on me guys." Riker says. "Well since its on you, sure." Ryland says. "Wait! Peyton open that bag up." Ross says.

I sigh, and open the bag. Inside was a stuffed unicorn, that was just like my necklace. There was a small tag on it that says

'To: Peyton
From: Ry and Rossybear'

I giggle, and hug the unicorn. "Thank you guys." I say. "No problem, Boo." Ross says. "I'm gonna name her, Isabella!" I say. "Ok. Keep going." Riker says. I pull out a wrapped present next. There was another piece of paper stuck to it.

'To: Peyton
From: Riker, and Rocky.'

I open it and inside the wrapped box, was a pair of earrings. "But I don't wear earrings." "You don't now, but you will next week." Rocky says, beaming. "After months of begging you finally are gonna let me?!?!" I ask. "Yes." Ross says. "You go annoying after a while. No offense." Riker says. "Some taken." I say. "Okay.. Open the last one." Ratliff says, nearly jumping up and down. "Ok." I pull out one more package. It was a letter. I open it, and see 5 tickets. I pull them out father, and see that they are 'Little Mix' tickets, and back stage passes. "I get to see Jesy again!" I say. "And Ell got those for you." Ross says. I jump out of Ry's arms, and run over to Ell. "Thank you." I say, hugging him. "No problem, baby." I say. "Ice cream." I say.

We get in line for the ice cream stand. As we move up, some one grabs my wrist, and starts to drag me away. I start to fight back. "Sweetheart, the more you struggle the more I won't let you go." The girl says. "Help!" I yell. Ry looks over, and sees me getting dragged away. "Hey! Let her go!" Ryland says. He runs over to us. He grabs me and shoves me behind him.

"Thats my daughter!" Ryland says. "You leave us alone!" The girl says, before reaching out to me. Ryland grabs her hand, and flips her over onto her back. "Hey, thats my daughter!" Some man says. "Governor Smith. I umm..." Ry starts. "Police! Arrest him!" Governor Smith says. 3 police man come over. The rest of my family join us. "Ryland Lynch hands behind your back, please." One says. "Whoa whats going on?" Riker asks. "You little brother, has hurt my daughter. He's going to jail." Mr. Smith says. "Peyton... I promise I'll try to get out." He says, before the police take him away. "Ryland!" I scream. "Wait! But she was trying to take Peyton, from us." Rocky says. "Thats still no excuse. Take him to jail." The governor says. "Ryland!" I say, crying. One of the police officers come over to me. "Come to the station later. I can see what you can bail him out for. " He whispers in my ear. With this they pull away.

So..... Ryland got arrested. And just to tell you Peyton does bail him out. But I'm not going to tell you yet. So... please don't report this book because Ry's getting thrown in jail. He's not gonna be in there long. And its just gonna be a hour, until he gets bailed. So.... I'll be updating soon. So until next time, stay hyper!!
