3RD PERSON POINT OF VIEW

A cute little boy who is wearing a blue t-shirt and red short was hoping down from a bus with his mother who is wearing a long pink skirt and long-sleeves red shirt holding her straw hat so it won't be blown by the wind.

"Mommy, are we in Tokyo?" the cute little boy asked after holding his mother's hands.

"Yes we are, dear" the mother replied with a sweet smile and excitement.

"Is daddy working in here?" the little boy turns his head left to right to look.

"Yes he is, aren't you excited to see daddy?" the mother patted his son's head.

"I am! I want to see him now!" the little boy jumps in excitement.

"I'm sorry sweety but your daddy is rather busy this time in his work so let's go look around the Tokyo and visit him later at his Lunchbreak"

"Aw! But mommy..."

"Son" the mother crouches and looks at his son's eyes. "Daddy's job is really important, mommy promise that we will see daddy later" his mother gave him a warm smile.

"Okay..." the little boy pouted.

They explore the Tokyo and went to different places. His mother noticed that it's almost lunchtime so they decided to went to a fastfood restaurant.

"Hello Ma'am, welcome to Jollimee! May I take your order?" the Jollimee employee asked the mother her order.

"I'd like to order two burge-" the mother's sentence was cut when a teenager screams.

"Kyaaahh!!! Help!"

A man wearing a black mask, black jacket, camouflage pants and a brown boots was holding a teenager as a hostage, pointing a gun at her head.

"Help me!!! Please don't kill me!" the teenage girl kept screaming and moving to get out from the holdapper's arms.

"Shut the hell up or I'll shoot you with my gun!" he moved the trigger to silent the girl's mouth.

"Oh, no...call the cops" an employee whispers to an another employee.

"Sure" the employee runs to the telephone on the wall. He dialed the police as fast as he can but the holdapper noticed it.

"Hey! Don't call the cops!" he shoots the telephone the employee was holding with the gun. "Even if you call the cops, they won't stop an Esper like me who can read your mind"

"Esper...?" the mother mumbled after hearing the word Esper. He remembered that the espers are the humans who have an ESP or extra-sensory perception also known as Abiliy Users or Psychics.

"That's right missy, Espers are--" he cut his word when the little boy run to him and punches the holdapper's legs with his little hands.

"Let her go! You meanie!"

"Son!" the mother didn't even noticed that her son is already there.

"Why you brat!" he pushes the little boy andpoints the gun to him. "Looks like you won't be living long enough kid"

"Stop!!!" the mother tries to tackle the holdapper but she was shot in the right arm instead.

"Mom!" the little boy tried to run to his injured mother but was pulled by the holdapper to stop him.

"Like I said, I can read someone's mi-Ouch! Hot! Ahhh!" the holdapper let goes of the teenage girl he is holding earlier. "The heck?!" he saw that the sleeve from his jacket is burned.

"Run kid! run!" the teenage girl calls out to the little boy to run.

"Mommy!" the little boy run to his injured mother.
"I'm sorry!" the little boy cried to his mother's arms.

"It's okay son, I'm okay" the mother patted the boy's head.

"How dare you!"

Bang!

The teenage girl tried to dodge the bullet but the holdapper shoot again.

Bang!

She was hit in her thigh. The holdapper laughs.

"You never listen don't you?! I can read minds, I'm a level 5 and I think your power is Melting Point, what level are you? I think you are only level 2, am I right? Why are you protecting humans? If we all merge our powers, all Espers in the world will not be treated like monsters! They all treat us like dolls, dolls that can be played by the government! Dolls that can be replace by another doll!"

Melting Point - an esper ability that when touching something or someone it will be burn and melted but it only depends on your level on how much damage it will cost.

"You're wrong, I think that without humans, Espers like us cannot live so that's why we should value them as we can" the teenage girl stood up even if her left leg is shot by a bullet.

"You're crazy!" the holdapper pulls the trigger from his gun but some hand took it from the holdapper."Wait! Where is my gun?!" the holdapper's gun is gone.

"Looking for this?" some guy with a school uniform who came out of nowhere whispers to him.

"Hey!" the holdapper tried to catch the guy but he disappeared.

"Are you okay?" the guy asked the injured mother and teenage girl.

"I see, so your ability is Teleportation" the holdapper said to him.

"Yes, I am and you are under-arrest" the guy pick something from his uniform and show a badge to him."We are from the Japan West-Tokyo Esper Academy"

"Attention! We need you to get out of the fast food store and we will not hurt you" a loud voice came from the outside of the shop.

The holdapper looks outside and saw people with school uniforms similar to the teleport guy.

"Surrender now so nobody will get hurt"

"Ha! You think you can make me? I saw it from your mind that you will lock me up in a dungeon where the criminals are locked up forever" he took the little boy earlier and gets a pocket knife from his pocket."Do you honestly think I'm gonna give up?"

The boy started crying again. "Mommy!"

"Shut up!" the holdapper tries to touch the kid but the little boy started glowing and he yelled to him.

"Don't touch me!" the little boy exclaimed with red snake-like eyes.

"Ahhh!!! I-I cant move! I don't want to die yet!!!" the holdapper started screaming until he turns into a stone.

Everyone looks at the little boy with a surprised expression, until the little boy fainted.

After the incident, the little boy wakes up from an hospital, he overheard the doctor and his mother's conversation outside.

"Miss, I think your son is not an ordinary kid, he is an Esper. His level is kind of high which is level 6, half of the highest maximum of Level 12...his ability name is Medusa's Voice "

Medusas Voice- an esper ability that can turn someone into a statue or stone when touching him/her or by just looking at it.

"An esper?" the mother looks surprised.

"Yes, he is an Esper, you must bring him to the Academy of Espers where the espers are being trained to kill failure espers and to stop criminals and in exchange, he will have a nice life"

"But we can't be with him?"

"Ma'am, you can always visit your son when you want to"

"But we live in Fukushima not in Tokyo! It's so far from here, we only went to Tokyo to visit my husband not to enroll him to that school!"

"Ma'am, I think it's necessary and it's for your son's own good"

"But..." the mother looks down like she didn't know what to do.

"Ma'am...your husband is a scientist right? If you were to asked him that, he will surely agree to help your son's ability to improve so he can use it properly" the doctor patted the mother's shoulder who has bandages from the shot earlier from her right arm.

"I guess so, I should try..."

The mother didn't have a choice but to agree for his sons own good. The little boy cried about what he heard, he doesn't want to be far away from his mother.

"Mommy! Don't agree! I want to stay with you and daddy!" the little boy ran to his mother and hugs her.

"Son, I'm sorry but it's for your own good"

"...But mommy..."

"Just listen to me, okay?!" the mother unintentionally shouted her son from stress. "Oh...son, I..." the mother tries to hold her son and to apologize to him.

"I hate you mommy!" the little boy run fast, crying.

"Son, wait!"

The mother took her phone from the pocket and called her husband.

"Honey! Help! Our son ran away!"

"What?! Where?"

"I don't know! That's why I called you!"

"Alright, okay we will find him together! Wait for me! Where are you?"

"In the nearest hospital from your laboratory!"

"Okay, wait there for me!"

While the mother and father are finding their son, the little boy went to the park and sat on the swing with a sad face. His stomach grumbles in hunger because he didn't eat lunch, he saw a nearby takoyaki cart. He looks at the steaming takoyakis, he is drooling to eat one.

"Hey kid! Stop drooling there! You will mess up my takoyakis! Go drool somewhere else!"

"Sorry" he was about to walk away when a teenage girl touched his shoulder.

"Hi kid, want some?" the girl offers the little boy a takoyaki. "I saw you we're craving for it so here, take mine"

The little boy just walk away from her. His mommy said that he shouldn't talk to strangers.

"Wait! Little kid! Here!" the girl took a takoyaki and eat it with a humming tone. "Hmmm~! Delicious!" she tries to make the kid jealous.

In the end, the little boy eats the takoyaki with her in the swing.

"So little boy, why are you alone?" the girl asked the little boy who is eating the takoyaki.

"....." the boy didn't say a single word and just continues to eat the takoyaki.

"Give me that!" the girl took the takoyaki from the little boy."I'll eat this if you won't talk"

"No! Gimme!" the little boy tries to reach the takoyaki from the girl with his short hands.

"I'll eat one first" the girl took one takoyaki and delivers it to her mouth.

"No!" the takoyaki became a stone and the girl was shocked.

"Eek! It turned into a stone?" she looks at the little boy who has a red snake like eyes. The little tries to hide his eyes and ask the girl if he is scary.

"No, you are not" the girl replied.

"Really?" the boy asked still hiding his eyes and peeping into hers. "Is it gone?" he asked the girl, the girl nodded with a smile.

"I see...so you are an esper, little boy?"

"Yes, I am" the boy said with a said tone together with a sigh. "I hate it"

"Why do you hate being an Esper?"

"Because I hate it! I can hurt people and my mommy wants me to go to that school where Espers like me are trained and educated"

"What's wrong being an Esper?, I think it's a gift to be exact, not many people gets that so you should be happy you become an esper" the girl winked at him.

"Sis, are you an esper too?" the little boy asked.

"Um..yeah" the girl giggled.

"Then big sister, can you tell me about Espers?" the boy asked with sparkling eyes.

"Sure..espers are special people with an extraordinary abilities that no normal people have, every esper have different kinds of abilities and different levels, here in Japan there are 21 level 12...level 12 is the maximum level of espers, all the level 12s are here in Tokyo, well only the sudents, My hometown is actually in Kyushuu but I was forced here in Tokyo to enroll at the school"

"Oh~! So that means when I try really hard, I can be a level 12? Not a level 6?"

The girl sighed."Well yeah, quite"

"Then I have t-"

"Son! There you are!" the little boy's parents called to him.

"Mommy! Daddy!" the boy hugged his parents. "Im sorry mommy! I'm sorry daddy!"

"I'm just glad you are fine, son" the father patted the boys head.

"Son, it's okay if you don't want to go to the school just don't run away like that, okay?"

"Mommy, I've decided that I want to enroll to the school to be with her"

The girl vanished like a bubble. The boy wants to find her but he just go home with his parents.

Kring! Kring!

"Hello?" the girl who vanished earlier answers the phone ringing from her pocket. She was actually hiding in the bushes with a smiling face while looking at the little boy who went home.

"Haruhi! Where are you!?"

"Oh, Eri..hehe" oh no, she's dead! She forgot that the takoyaki she bought is suppose to be for their lunch earlier.

"Did you buy the takoyaki?"

"I-.." she can't speak.

"You ate it all, didn't you?"

"...Yeah..." she lied.

"I knew it! I should have let Reina buy it not you! Grrr! Are you really the 5th strongest level 12 esper in Japan?!"

"Sorry, I'll just buy you a new one"

"No forget it, we have a mission now and you have to be here now"

"Alright I'm ready! Wait for me!"

After a month, the little boy enrolled at the Japan West Tokyo Esper Academy.
