The coating around them began to rise until the whole ship was encased in a giant bubble as the waters around them begun to raise up following Ana's hands. Luffy held up his fists.

"SET SAIL!" he commanded as they began to submerge "Let's go to Fishman Island!"

The water soon surrounded the ship and they sank lower and lower under the surface.

"A surprising view" Franky breathed out "Submarines can't have windows this wide"

"We're going under further and further down each time, I can't help but worry" Chopped said with a tremble.

"If anythin' 'appens Sable is here" Anamaria tried to sooth the doctor of the ship as the snake indeed dived down and closer to them. During the time Ana had been training, the snake had also gotten better at diving into deeper waters and holding in the air.

"C-c-can we really return to the surface safely?" Usopp gulped, being completely ignored by everyone else.

"The sea is beautiful! So cool!" Luffy cheered on the opposite side as he looked through the protective bubble surrounding them.

He slammed onto the bubble trying to come out to catch some fish but he bounced off of it. When Zoro raised his sword to cut through the bubble since he was still adamant about fishing, both of the men were hit on their heads by Usopp who warned them not to do that.

Anamaria smiled and watched Sanji who was staring down at the crew. She went up to him and hugged him from behind, digging her head into the back of his jacket and ignoring the sudden freeze from him.

"I missed ya darlin', really" Ana muttered, taking in his smoke and seafood scent "Is this fine?"

"O-Of course it is..." Sanji placed his hand over her own two that were linked together over his stomach but made the error of looking behind him when she looked at him.

They had both grown over the last two years and he was only a little taller than her. Despite that, the angle he looked at her from gave him a clear glimpse of her breasts (80085) making him stutter and...

PFFFFFFFFT!

The nosebleed that came out of his nose was so intense that it launched him high above the ship, past the sails, and he slammed hard against the bubble, stretching it outwards as he continued to be propelled by it.

"AHHHHH! Sanji!" Chopper cried.

"It's going to pop!" Luffy screamed.

"How can you fly that far with a nosebleed?!" Usopp shouted incredulously.

"Oh my" Ana raised her hand to her mouth both trying to stop herself from laughing and out of shock from the blond's reaction

POP!

Sanji burst through the bubble and into the sea water. Ana pursed her lips and whistled making Sable turn her attention to them and swim over to where Sanji was sinking.

"How incredible. The bubble doesn't break even under tremendous pressure in this deep water, but things can pass through it like that"

"It's disconcerting how super calm you can stay during a moment like this" Franky, who was standing next to the historian, commented.

"Sanji!" Luffy shouted as he stretched out his arm through the bubble to grab the cook back only to realise "I feel weak in the water..."

Anamaria and Usopp waited until Sable came forward with the cook pushed against her nose and the woman forced the bubble to open and letting Sanji through so that Chopper could immediately start treating him with CPR.

"This is a tad excessive, don't you think?" Zoro looked incredulously at the copious amounts of IV bags that were feeding blood back into the cook.

"Oy! What's wrong with you, Sanji?" Usopp demanded as Chopper pushed more and more water out of Sanji's chest "You've become more susceptible to women"

"Hang in there, Sanji!" Chopper shouted with tears coming down his cheeks as he pumped water out of the man before letting Ana do so herself in one go.

"Poor him. What kind of trauma did he go through to react like this after only two years?" Nami asked.

"At this rate, he's going to bleed to death once he meets the mermaids" Brook worried "And he was so looking forward to it too"

"We'll need to ask for donations when we get to Fishman Island. I wonder if Fishman and humans share the same blood. Sanji has a pretty rare blood type" Chopper shook his head.

"So, the bubbles are the same on Sabaody and on Fishman Island so the blood should be the same there too" Robin stated "I wonder who will do the coating when we get there"

"Ow! Can you super not talk about the coating right now?" Franky demanded.

"I'm just so in awe that it hasn't broken" Robin said with a smile.

"When...would it break?" Usopp asked as he looked over at Nami, who had the instructions given by Rayleigh.

"When there's too many holes in the bubble. Like if a Sea King bites into us or part of our ship breaks and punctures the bubble too much" Nami explained.

"So the ship is going to be stable for now? Don't we have to do anything?" Franky asked.

"Nothing we can do at the moment. We need to let the ship keep sinking for a while. We have some time" Nami shook her head.

Ana, who had brought Sanji over to her to place his head on her lap while they all waited for the food to be served, and watched as Luffy, Chopper and Usopp ran over to Franky thinking that he had something cool to show them only for the cyborg to push them away and get serious.

"Then, since we have the time, there's something that I have to tell you guys about...About what I found when we got to the Sunny" Anamaria turned to face him while stroking Sanji's hair to keep him quiet.

"The Navy found the Sunny a year ago" Franky replied "And Hachi and Duvall had been protecting it but they both got severely injured a few months into it. Hachi had to be taken to Gyojin Island to heal"

"Then how did the Sunny remain undamaged after that?" Usopp asked.

"There was another man who took over protecting it" Franky explained "The very same one that sent us away two years ago, the warlord Kuma"

"KUMA?!" the Straw Hats exclaimed. Sanji twitched and he tried to sit up but Ana hurriedly held him down.

"The same guy who separated us two years ago...I couldn't believe my eyes at first but it really was him. Rayleigh told us later that he was working for the Revolutionary Army and that's why he intervened two years ago. He was saving our lives" Franky nodded.

"Ana" Sanji muttered under his breath making the woman stroke his blond bangs to quiet him down.

"I don't know what convinced him to obey the Navy but he agreed to be a guinea pig and let his body be turned into a cyborg piece by piece. He somehow lost his personality and memories before the War of the Best" Franky continued "He considered Dr. Vegapunk's program a mission in his mind so that it would stay with him even after he lost himself. His mission was to defend the Straw Hat's ship until one of them returns to it"

"That's insane. Why would he do that for us?" Zoro asked.

"Well, since 'e's apparently working fer the Revolutionary Army the only connection we 'ave to it is Luffy's pa, right?" Anamaria butted in making them nod in agreement.

"But I don't even know my father" Luffy said as he pulled out a hunk of meat from his backpack and bit into it, causing his cheek to blow up as he chewed "In the end that bear was a good dude"

"There's no doubt about it that thanks to that man we were able to come back to sea" Franky said before standing up and making Ana move a bit to give him space "But it seems we cannot ask him anything at the moment. All we know is that Bartholomew Kuma was our ally"

"And the next time we see 'im?" Anamaria asked the cyborg.

"He'll just be a human weapon" Franky replied darkly.

"Despite the mystery, I'm grateful that he helped us. I hope one day we get to know the meaning of his actions" Zoro said.

"An ally?"

Sanji seemed to come back to his senses and Ana helped him sit up before her head snapped up with a smile at the sight of Sable swimming underneath them, the tail of a huge blue whale poking out of the side of her fangs while she swallowed it whole.

Something else alerted her and Ana quickly climbed up the main mast of the Thousand Sunny and sharpened her eyes like Yasopp had taught her.

When she confirmed it Ana threw a coin on Usopp's head making him glare up at her before he too felt it.

"Hey, guys! There is a ship kind of thing coming from behind us!" Usopp interrupted from the stern of the ship.

"A ship?!" Zoro, and Luffy leapt to their feet and crowded around the sniper just as the ship pulled up to their side and slammed into the Sunny.

Sanji pulled the IV drips out of his arm and sprang to his feet to catch Anamaria who fell from the top of the mast, nearly bleeding out again when he looked down at her before she pushed his head upwards with her finger.

"Ahhh! They're trying to pop our ship!" Usopp screeched.

"We gotta move the ship! Hard to port!" Franky yelled out making Sanji snap out of it and jump to where the wheel of the ship was.

Ana created a torrent of water around them so that it acted as an extra shield just in case while they moved away from the enemy ship.

"What do they want from us?!" Luffy demanded as the ship tried to slam into them again only to be repelled by the water barrier "Ana let them come!"

"No!!" Usopp, Nami and Chopper shouted too late as the raven haired woman smirked and let the ship's bubbles touch, coatings combining into one.

Ana smiled when she saw what was helping the other ship along under water and she whistled as always, watching Sable slam into the water-cow? And slither around it so that it wouldn't be able to pull the ship much closer to the Sunny.

"Mooooooo!" the animal protested in fear.

The Straw Hats' attention shifted to the large beast that was pulling the invading ship.

"Sea Cow?!" Nami gasped as she ran for a closer look at the cow looking animal "Moomoo! Is that you?! Moomoo from the Arlong Pirates? Do you remember me? I'm Nami!"

"Oh, he looks familiar. Right, Luffy?" Sanji called over to the captain. The Sea Cow's gaze fell on the two men and a look of sheer panic crossed his face as he remembered what they had done to him.

"Let's board the ship!" the leader of the invading pirates, Caribou shouted.

The man emerged through the bubble and he stepped over the railing onto the Thousand Sunny.

"Ah! He's coming!" Chopper screeched.

"Looks like we're going to have to fight" Franky said.

"Kill them all!" the man demanded as he jumped onto the deck.

At the last second, Anamaria nodded for Sable to let go of the Sea Cow which, as soon as it was free, swam frantically back to the surface, towing the man's crew away from him. The man continued to walk confidently towards the Straw Hats, unaware of this abandonment.

"Alright" Caribou said with a lick of his lips "By way of greeting, fire the gatling gun! Kill all the Straw Hats and..."

He raised his arms and waited for the sound of gunfire and running forward. He was met with silence which made him peek over his shoulder and his eyes bug out when he realized he was on a one man mission that was set for failure.

Ana lowered her hand from Fang's hilt as Franky coolly walked towards the invader. He gripped the pirate with one of his giant hands and brought him to the side of the ship.

"Noooo! Don't throw me in the water!" the invader begged "That's something you shouldn't do! You have to value people's lives. The gods are watching over you!"

Franky kept a poker face while he slammed his captive hard onto the ground.

"Don't be inconsistent" Franky scolded "Weren't you going to fire a gatling gun and kill us all?"

"No...that was just...a play on words" the invader said sheepishly.

Anamaria, Sanji, and Zoro walked over to join Franky and they all glared down at the man.

"That wasn't playing" Sanji said.

"Who are you? You must be the captain of that ship" Zoro surmised.

"A poor one a' that but 'e must be" Ana glared down at him.

"No way" Caribou shook his head and knelt in front of them as he denied the accusations "I'm not a captain. I'm just...I was forced to be a slave for them. I don't want to be on that ship anymore. Please let me stay on this ship"

"Oh no, that's terrible" Chopper breathed.

"'E's lying doc" Ana told Chopper, walking over to him and stroking the top of his head "I saw 'im back at Sabaody givin' orders an' shit"

"Shut the hell u...! No not at all. She's clearly lying see?" Caribou panicked, not realising that his statement and attitude at Anamaria made the crew much less likely to let him go.

The man cried out when Ana brought back her arm and snapped it against his face receiving a satisfying cracking sound from the blow.

"You bitch! You broke my nose!" he squealed. He went to try and use his Devil Fruit but stopped himself when he remembered what the woman in front of him was known for.

"Watch what you're saying to my lady" Sanji said as he gave a harsh kick across the man's face.

"Gahhhh" the man gasped again as he skidded to the side.

"Everyone, it's going to get colder as we get deeper" Nami interrupted "Better put on a jacket"

"Keep an eye on 'im. I'm gonna take tha chance ta change" Anamaria told both men.

"Don't order me around" Zoro said but did so anyways as he ignored Sanji's new nose bleed as they watched Ana walk away from them.

Ana walked into her assigned room and dug around the clothes she had gotten from her friends in the last two years and slipped into them. She wore dark leather pants that, although cut around her knees, was a warm fabric Freda had taught her about.

Her top was a sleeveless and made of a dark red, that Shanks insisted went well with the now-coloured undercut she had gotten from Ben (he just wanted her to wear something red to match his crew in some way), with golden buttons that she had asked Hana to make out of the cursed Aztec coins (just in case).

She made sure that Boa's gifted fabric was nicely attached to the front of her top and admired herself in the mirror, as well as all her new tattoos and the updated older ones. Fang, as always, was at her hip.

When she walked out of the room Sanji was unlucky enough to be the first to see her in her new clothes making him launch back into the sky and slamming against the bubble once more.

She ignored it and looked around to see that Franky was at the helm while Robin sat the stern of the ship, reading a book after Sable had let them attach the Thousand Sunny to them and direct the ship behind her.

For some odd reason, Luffy, Zoro, Usopp, and Chopper were strangely calm drinking tea while looking out over the railings.

"Yer all awfully quiet" she said, letting them see her now.

"We're admiring the wonderful currents" Usopp explained with a contented sigh.

"They're pretty" Chopper agreed. Their answers made her quirk her eyebrow and turn to Nami.

"I tried to explain to them how we had to ride the current on a downward flow to get to the deep sea but those idiots didn't understand a word of what I was saying" the orange haired woman sighed, thanking Ana silently when the pirate massaged the back of her neck a bit.

"By the way, where did you get those clothes? They look nice on you" Nami continued as she admired the raven haired woman's change of clothes.

"Right?!" Anamaria gave her friend a little twirl when Robin called out for the navigator "I'll tell you some other time"

"Nami! I see it!" Robin shouted out from the stern.

"Really?" Nami exclaimed as the rest of the Straw Hats ran up the steps to join their historian and archaeologist "There it is! The Downward Plume!"

It was a gigantic underwater waterfall and the Sunny was heading straight for it. Rushing water fell in front of them to the depths of the sea like a large curtain of watery force that made Sable let go of the ropes that were attaching the Sunny to her.

"Ana!" Franky shouted at the woman who nodded and went to move her arms and made sure that the water didn't damage the ship too much. Ana glanced over at Sanji, who was holding himself up by the IV stand.

He had a string of photos slung over his shoulder and they were all photos of Nami, Robin, and herself at different angles.

"Straw Hats! You all should turn back now! It's dangerous!" a sharp voice interrupted. They all turned back to the lawn deck to see Caribou, with his arms tied to his side "There's a monster here!"

"What are you talking about!? There's nothing here" Usopp shrugged until the wreck of a ship floated up and the huge tentacled animal appeared from underneath them.

The sight of the kraken made Anamaria freeze and the barrier she had made fall as the memories came back to her. She didn't take in anything after the monster had enveloped the Thousand Sunny next and everyone was screaming at it.

Ana stopped staring blankly at her feet when a warm hand placed itself on her shoulder. She turned to see that it was Sanji who was looking away so that he wouldn't nosebleed anymore.

"Don't worry Ana, I will protect you" Sanji told her while facing the photo of her he was holding.

Anamaria huffed and grabbed his cheeks, making him automatically close his eyes just in case her bled again, until his eyes blew open when he felt a peck on his nose again. He turned bright pink but managed not to bleed.

"Captain! We're here to save you!!" the other ship that had been pulled away by the water-cow had sailed right up to them making Caribou smile tearfully until the Kraken raised a tentacle and crushed the protective bubble around the ship.

The Kraken next launched itself towards the Sunny and began to raise its many tentacles around it.

"It's coming!" Nami cried.

"Third Gear" Luffy called as Zoro unsheathed his swords.

"Stop it!" Usopp rushed forward and pulled both the rubber man and swordsman back "You're going to pop the coating!"

"How else am I supposed to fight it?" Luffy demanded.

"If you all really insist on fighting, there is a way" they all turned to stare at Caribou, who was sweating all over with anxiety.

Ana watched Zoro, Luffy, and Sanji adjust to being inside the Flutter Kick Coating. It was a smaller bubble used from the extra resin supplied by Rayleigh that allowed the three to be in their own individual diving suit.

"They should be fine. I mean, they are..." Usopp started to say before a long Kraken tentacle shot up right in front of his face, in an attempt to grab and crush the Sunny "AHHHHH! It's attacking us!"

"Franky!" Franky shouted "Rocket Launcher!"

Three missiles came out of his shoulder and they shot forward at the Kraken's tentacles, blowing it back and away from the ship.

Another tentacle started to reach towards them but Anamaria saw the giant squid freeze at the sight of the huge snake now in front of it and the three people in bubbles making their way to him.

Ana took the opportunity to freeze the water around most of its tentacles giving the chance for Luffy to perform his own attack.

"My turn!" Luffy screamed from the depths of the sea "Third Gear!"

He blew hard into his thumb while stretching his other arm out of the bubble. His fist grew into an enormous size and he pushed the air pressure up into the arm that was extended in the water. The fist grew as big as the Sunny.

"Armament Haki!"

"Whoa! Sanji-san got out of the bubble" Brook shouted making Ana's eyes flicker over to the blonde who was now running through the water at an incredible speed.

"Diable Jambe!" Sanji shouted as his leg became inflamed "BIEN CUIT GRILL SHOT!"

He kicked the Kraken hard in the tentacle and the flame of his kick sizzled the monster's skin, giving it a nice sear mark. She went over to him while Sable hissed underwater and surrounded the Kraken to stop it from moving.

Ana reached her hand out to the blond and pressed her fingers to his lips, forcing air into his mouth until Sanji woke up from under her and a huge stream of blood came out of him at the sight of her being so close to him before she threw him back into his own bubble.

Zoro chastised the blond cook and the two men starting a fight nearly immediately after the green haired swordsman cut up one of the Kraken's tentacles.

""Oy! Zoro, Sanji! Don't hurt his arms! GOMU GOMU NO ELEPHANT GUN!!" Luffy shouted as he had finished charging his attack and punching into the Kraken.

He thrust his dark, haki-hardened fist at the Kraken and slammed it right in its face. Blood spurted out of the Kraken's mouth and his eyes rolled to the back of his head.

Out from the cut tentacle of the monster a giant shark with a strange logo on it came out after Ana helped the three StrawHat males to go back into their own bubbles as the shark came up to them in some kind of thanking nods.

"What a good boy" Anamaria cooed at the large shark before swimming into the hole that went deeper underwater.

"Ana! Takes us back to the Sunny!" Zoro shouted at her, not giving her enough time as Sable and the three of them; Luffy, Sanji and Zoro, slipped into the water current and down.

Ana sweat dropped at that as the water kept her from falling into the same place until she slipped inside the bubble from the Thousand Sunny as the ship too went following them. Luckily that trip was easy with her on board.

"Owwwww" Usopp whined when he hit his head on the deck of the ship after they landed rather roughly "Why is everyone so serious?" suddenly he shivered "And why is it so cold?!"

"We can't see the other anywhere. We got separated" Robin told him as she and Nami took Ana's hands while the raven haired pirate continued to snap her head around, looking for the three males and her snake.

They continued drifting while finding coats and other warmer clothes, Ana even had to slip on her Warlord coat to maintain warmth so far under the surface.

"We're at least 7.000 metres under water" Ana said as she sensed the distance from the surface of the sea "We've still got 3.000 more ta go, right?"

Nami nodded in confirmation.

"And what about Zoro, Luffy and Sanji? Aren't they in those tiny bubbles out there somewhere?!" Usopp shouted "Even if they do have them, they'll run out of air sooner or later!"

"I told them to stay attached to the safety ropes" Nami sighed, huddling closer to Ana as the woman was the slightly warmer one of them all.

"We can't worry about that now" Franky told them "We need to find them. I can use my emergency lights"

"I'll go out ta look fer them" Ana volunteered only for Nami, Chopper and Usopp to surround her and cry for her not to leave them "Fine"

"Franky Nipple Light!" the cyborg shouted all the while, his nipples lighting up making everyone on the ship sweat drop at their position except for Anamaria who chuckled at it.

"AAAAAAAH! Their huge!!" Chopper shouted, his eyes bulging out of his head.

"Get out" Ana said calmly until all of the underwater monsters left their area, making the deer and sniper look at her in awe and the ship sail on safely.

They continued to look around for the three males as Franky explained that they Sunny was far too small to search over such a large area.

"And the darkness makes things harder" Brook said as he too took to making sure that Ana didn't leave the ship along with Chopper and Usopp under Nami's orders.

"We can't stop the ship so carry on!" Nami told them all.

A few underwater creatures tried to eat the Thousand Sunny but with Ana there, releasing a small amount of her Haki like she had learnt, they moved away from them quickly.

"AHHHHH! This sea is scary!" Chopper shrieked "Anything can kill us. Let me stay close to you Ana!!"

"Yeah, yeah" the woman nodded with a sigh and let the doctor climb up onto her shoulders.

"Where did that pirate guy go? Has anyone seen him?" Brook's question made them all turn to stare at him holding Caribou's rope. It was the same rope Zoro had used to tie him up.

"Oh yeah, he's still here. I totally forgot about him" Franky said.

"Maybe he got thrown off during the downward pull" Chopper guessed as he plopped his head on Ana's own.

"But the rope is intact so he untied himself..." Brook said.

"He's got to be hiding somewhere" Usopp shrieked.

"Ugh" Nami moaned "Another thing to worry about"

Anamaria looked around, her Observation Haki coming out and then she nodded her head to the barrel on the deck which appeared to be leaking goo, Franky walking over to it and closing the lid tightly before hitting it with a hammer several times over to seal it close.

"I can take tha trash out if ya want Franky" Ana told the cyborg with a smile.

"It's fine. We should stop keeping an eye on him. If he weren't an idiot we would already be in danger" the cyborg stated.

"He must be a Devil Fruit user" Anamaria said as she inspected the goop leftover on the lid of the barrel.

"Indeed, most likely a Logia user" Franky continued "So you were right in telling us that he wasn't captured"

Chopper sat on the ground after sliding off of Ana and panted out, complaining about how it was starting to get far to warm in there making Nami turn to them all with wide eyes as they observed the smoke coming out from the mountains underwater.

"There must be some sort of active volcano down here!" she announced to them all "We need to get out of here! Now!"

Anamaria nodded and helped the ship go forward at full speed as they tried to get away from that part of the ocean.

It had been almost thirty minutes and still no sign of Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji. Everyone's winter jackets were off and they were all sweating, except for Ana who was comfortably sat on the lid of Caribou's barrel to stop the man from getting out.

A soft yellow glow casted over the ship and the Straw Hats on deck all looked towards the source. As the ship drew closer, they could only see a bright light up ahead.

"Is that Fishman Island?" Chopper asked excitedly "Do you think Luffy and the others are there?'

"We haven't submerged to 10.000 meters yet" Nami frowned. Anamaria had a bad feeling about this situation.

"Who...Are...You...?" Franky asked, flashing his nipples in Morse Code at the source, a series of clicks and flickering lights came from the cyborg.

"How the hell is that helping?!" Usopp seethed as he smacked Franky on the arm.

They got closer and closer until the light revealed a giant angler fish with terribly sharp teeth which opened its jaws right under them.

"Fuck!" Ana exclaimed as she roughly made the water shove the Thousand Sunny out of the fish's way.

"Can we get away if he chases after us, though?" Franky asked just as a dark shadow casted over them.

They looked up to see a man as large as a mountain. He had rounded teeth spaced far from each other, black hair, and an unruly black moustache and beard. His face was round to match his rounded body.

This thing gave me bad vibes when I first saw it😬

"It's a Sea Bonze!" Usopp shrieked as the man raised his fist.

"He's going to kill us!" Chopper screamed.

The Straw Hats gaped as the man landed a punch on the fish.

"Hey! Ankoro, don't do that" he scolded at the fish with a childlike voice "Don't eat ships! How many times do I have to tell you? Captain Vander Decken-sama won't like it"

"Did he just help us?" Nami breathed.

From behind the giant, a ship floated towards them through the shadows. It was an old ship with lots of holes in it and torn sails.

It looked to be over two hundred years old at least. The words 'Flying Dutchman' was painted on what remained of its sails.

"Flying Dutchman? That ain't it" Anamaria thought to herself as she stared at the lesser ship in her eyes.

"Dead men tell no tales..." a spooky voice boomed from within the ship "I am the richest person in the world...Captain Vander Decken!" the voice exclaimed.

"It's the infamous Flying Dutchman!" Brook shrieked "The real ghost ship!"

"AHHHHHHHH!" Usopp and Chopper yelled as Chopper leapt into Usopp's hug for comfort and the sniper rushed over to Anamaria for more comfort, the woman staring at the strange ship and comparing it with the Flying Dutchman she knew herself.

"It shouldn't exist in the real world" Brook gasped "Several hundred years ago, the captain of the Flying Dutchman lost his mind and killed his crew by throwing them into stormy waters one by one. He even cursed the gods...The name of the captain was Vander Decken! The gods got mad at him and set him adrift forever under constant torture! That ship in front of us is a haunted ship!"

"Nooooo!" Chopper and Usopp shrieked.

"Calm down, you guys" Franky huffed "We thought that Brook's ship was a ghost ship, but it wasn't. There has to be a reason behind this one!"

"We just saw the Kraken, which was supposed to be a mythical monster, so it won't be surprising us for us to come across an actual ghost ship, wouldn't it?" Robin said with a smile.

"Ankoro! Wadatsumi. We can't seize their treasure if you eat the ship so knock it down instead!" the voice of Captain Vander Decken ordered.

"EEEK! So the Sea Bonze is an enemy after all!" Usopp shrieked.

"Coup de Burst?!" Nami pleaded at Franky and he shook his head.

"Ow! We would need to refuel and I don't have time to get the cola to the energy room!"

Their heads snapped up to see where the Sea Bonze had punched them and was shocked to find that the punch wasn't from him. It was from the Kraken instead.

"The Kraken?!" the Straw Hats gasped as the Kraken unleashed a series of punches at the Sea Bonze and angler fish.

"Oy! Guys!" Luffy's voice called out from the distance.

A bubble floated towards them with the rubber man, swordsman, and cook all crouched tightly within it.

"Luffy! Zoro! Sanji!" Usopp cheered with relief.

"Shishishishi" Luffy laughed "Sanji's bubble and mine popped so we all got into Zoro's"

"Anaaaaa! Nami-swan! Robin-chan! I'm back!" Sanji cheered and to no one's surprise, blood came out of his nose, when his eyes rested on Anamaria momentarily.

"Ah! He's relapsing!" Chopper shrieked and ran up to the man.

"So did you tame the Kraken?" Nami asked Luffy.

"Yes! Pick up the Sunny, Surume!" Luffy ordered.

The Kraken gently placed a tentacle on each side of the Sunny and lifted it delicately over its head, shying away as Sable came out from the darkness behind it and came over to Ana.

The raven haired woman slipped her arms out a bit and clipped the necklace onto the snake's neck making it shrink back to its smaller size and onto the Sunny's deck easily.

"Wow, you actually did it..." Usopp breathed.

Explosions in the distance interrupted the Straw Hats' moment of awe. They looked behind them to see the sea turn red in the distant horizon.

"Oh no! The undersea volcano is gonna erupt!" Nami screamed.

"WHAT?!" the Straw Hats shouted.

"Luffy, tell the Kraken to get away from here now!" Nami ordered.

"There's no need!" Usopp shouted as the ship began to move rapidly forward "Surume is already running for his life"

Magma shot out into the sea from the distant volcano and the water around them became boiling hot. The Kraken ran as fast as his many tentacles could carry him as his own survival was now called into question.

"Jump down that trench up ahead, Surume!" Nami looked at the horizon with her telescope and she grimaced.

"WHAT?!" Usopp and Chopper shrieked. Usopp grabbed his own telescope and looked out.

"EEEEK!" he screamed "That's an endless cliff. There is no bottom! All I see is darkness. Are you sure we'll survive this?"

"No" Nami said "But it's the only chance we have"

As they dropped down, an avalanche of giant rocks came barrelling down towards them.

"If any one of those hits us, we're dead!" Chopper shouted.

"Leave it to me!" Usopp cried, as he grabbed his Kabuto "Sure Kill: Green Star Sargasso!"

A small little green pellet flew into the sides of the trench and a sea plant popped out. It grew into enormous vines that caught the barrage of falling rocks.

"That's so great!" Luffy cheered.

"It's not like I was fooling around for the past two years" Usopp said with a smirk.

Out of the darkness, a large rock came sailing through Usopp's vines and hit the Kraken directly on the head, knocking it unconscious and causing it to drop the Thousand Sunny.

Both the mythical monster and the ship made out of the Adam Tree plummeted to the bottom of the sea.

"Ahhhhhhh!" Usopp, Chopper and Nami screamed as they toppled over each other.

Ana held onto the doctor and navigator but missed the sniper who crashed against the side of the ship. They crash landed onto the soft part of the Kraken as a strong bright light beamed down on them like the sun.

"We're alive...we survived!" Usopp breathed.

"Light? This deep in the sea?" Robin asked as she pulled her orange sunglasses over her eyes to see better.

"Look guys! Over there!" Luffy shouted as he ran to the railing "Over there! Fishman Island. Right Nami?"

"Erm...It's pointing directly at it. That has to be it" the navigator stood up, thanking Ana, and looked at her log pose "There are clouds in there! Maybe there is air inside" Nami said.

"So we are 'ere" Ana said as she stood up.

"Yeah! We made it!" Luffy cheered.

"The mermaids...We've made it! The paradise that I've been dreaming of since I was a kid!" Sanji shouted.

"Excuse ya?" Ana snarled making the cook shy back and turn red when he saw how she was looking at him.

"I'm sorry, Sanji" Chopper whimpered at the woman's glare that wasn't even directed at him "You shouldn't look at real Mermaids just yet"

"Doctor! It was his dream to see Mermaids on the Fishman Island!" Usopp pleaded.

"Wasn't his dream to see tha All Blue place or somethin'?!" Ana questioned exasperatedly as she tried not to feel angry.

"I don't care," Sanji rasped as he clutched the photographs tightly in his hands "Rather than live longer without a dream...I wanna die staring at the Mermaids! I'm gonna look at the Mermaids!"

"Fine then, let 'im die doc. That is what 'e wants after all" Ana muttered loudly enough for them to hear her.

The Straw Hats all turned to look just as a group of sea monsters came towards the ship and surrounded the Sunny. They were enormous and of different species.

One had a giraffe head while one had a gorilla head. It was an assortment of sea monsters and they all had someone riding on their backs.

"Why are you obeying such fools as humans, Kraken?" one of the riders called down.

Without warning, Surume dropped the Thousand Sunny and ran in the other direction.

"Where are you going?!" Luffy demanded "Why are you scared of them?!"

"We're right in the middle of the sea monsters!" Usopp shrieked.

"You guys are the Straw Hats, aren't you?" the rider demanded.

"Who are you?" Luffy shot back.

"I know you well. You are the ones who foiled the plans of the Arlong Pirates" the rider continued "That was easy enough to understand. But then, two years ago you stood up for Hachi-san and knocked out one of the hateful Celestial Dragons. It's hard to decide what I should do with you. I'll give you an option. Do you wanna enlist under our banner, the New Fishman Pirate, or do you refuse? If you refuse, we'll sink your ship"

"Franky...refuel the ship," Nami hissed at the cyborg.

"What?" Franky gasped.

"There's no chance in hell Luffy will accept that offer and we can't even fight them in water so there's no chance of us winning either" Nami replied "We need to use the last Coup De Burst to get into the island. That's our only chance"

"Come on" Anamaria helped the cyborg move the barrels of cola around until they were ready and loaded.

"Here we go!" Franky said "Coup De Burst!'" the bubble around them grew thinner and thinner as they were propelled forward "We're heading in!" Franky called.

They passed through the bubble which immediately took off the coating around them.

"Look ahead!" Brook shouted, "There's another coating!"

"It's a double bubble!" Robin cried "Normal ships would just fall as soon as they passed through the first layer"

"Hold on tight!" Franky said.

"Shit! It's water up ahead!" Zoro growled as they burst through the second layer and was submerged into the water.

A powerful current whirled around the Straw Hats, forcing them to lose their grip on their ship. It was also too strong for them to swim. Anamaria was the only one strong enough to swim and she grabbed as many of her crewmates as she could.

She begrudgingly took Sanji's extended hand seeing the guilt in his eyes momentarily before pushing her legs forward. Anamaria saw them all fall unconscious but before she felt completely frustrated by the situation, she saw a familiar mermaid swimming towards them.

"Camie!!" she smiled with a burst of bubbles.
