To Survive (Chapter 1 Part 11)

I cleared my troat. I looked at Junko's body... 2 people were already down in a matter of days... Although I barely knew her, it sadden me, but I couldn't dwell on it, but I promise I'll bring justice to all of this.

Sakura: Asu, do you feel alright?

Asu: Yes. Don't worry, I'll just get some water. We should start investigating... Afterall we don't have a choice.

We all read the Monokuma file and went our seperate ways. I headed first to the dinning hall to grab a glass of water and headed straight to the crime scene.

Sakura and Mondo were chosen to guard the room, Kyoko, Makoto and I were investigating in that same place. The Monokuma File estimated the time of death being 1:30 a.m. The cause of death being the wound in her stomach. It also specified her broken right wrist. I decided to look at the body. I made my way to the bathroom already noticing something.

The doorknob of the bathroom was about to fall off. The screws were removed. When I saw that, I went into Makoto's drawer. His toolkit hadn't been opened. I walked back to Sayaka and took a closer look at her hand.

Her right wrist, like indicated, was broken, but I also noticed some gold. Her left hand had blood on her index finger which brought my attention to a line of number. I was confused, but soon enough I realized they weren't number. I decided later to check with Chihiro if the numbers meant anything just in case. I walked out the bathroom and saw Kyoko crouching on the floor and Makoto looking at her confused. She was looking for something. It clicked in my head. I rushed to his bed inspecting the pillow

Makoto: Uh why are you looking at my bed.

Asu: Don't you think it's odd not even your pillow as hair on it.

Kyoko: So you've noticed too?

Asu: Well I only noticed it, because of what you were doing.

If Makoto was truly the blackend since the crime happened in his room. There would be hair on the ground.

Makoto: I'm so confused.

Kyoko: Makoto, are you a clean freak?

He shook his head.

Asu: Then if you didn't clean up, who did?

Makoto: I'm not sure... maybe Sayaka.

Kyoko: I don't think that's the case. I'm sure it's the blackened.

Makoto: How can you know that for sure!?

Asu: Keep investigating you'll understand.

I looked over Kyoko and saw the sword. I crouched and removed my glove and touched the sword with one of my finger. The coating immidiately stucked to my finger. I put my glove back and saw Kyoko look at me. Her face was the same, but her eyes meant something else. I wasn't sure what though. I got back up and walked out the room.

In truth my gloves were hiding scars... Although I didn't know what they were. It seemed they were cuts, but the question was from what.

I looked at the name plate on the door. Makoto had specified they switched room for the night, but why was on Makoto's door, Sayaka's nameplate? I got my e-handbook out and realized the nameplates were swapped.

As I noticed that I decide to head to the gym where Fujisaki was.

Asu: Chihiro, do the numbers 11037 mean something?

Chihiro: Not that I know of, sorry...

She then started crying.

Asu: Chihiro there's no need to cry...

I handed her the handkerchief that was in my pocket.

Asu: Look if you ever need someone to talk or just hang out with. You're more than welcome to come to me. I know I may show a cold outside, but I swear I have compassion.

Chihiro: T-Thank you.

To my suprise she hugged me.

When Chihiro had dried her tears. I sensed Celestia was looking at us. When she noticed I had seen her, she gave me one of her smiles. She was observing my every move.

After the gym I headed to the dining hall. I noticed the knife used was from the kitchen and when I entered, it seems I was right. On my way out, I saw Hina and decided to ask her the question.

Asu: Hina, were all the knives there last night?

Hina: Yeah, I noticed it was missing too, but you were with us the whole time. Which means that  only "she" could of taken it.

Asu: Right. Thank you Hina.

On my way out I saw Makoto and Hifumi going somewhere, I decided to follow them.

Asu: Where are you both going?

Makoto: The incinerator, to check if anyone tried to destroy the evidence.

Asu: Can I follow along?

Makoto: Su-

Hifumi: Of course Miss Supiritto!

We all headed in the trash room, and Hifumi unlocked the gate. I approached to notice the incinerator on. On the floor it seems, there was broken glass. I felt like as if I had seen this before. When I went to wash my clothes the last day, I remembered Yasuhiro's crystal ball he had left behind after our little discussion. I glanced over and noticed a piece of brunt shirt. While I was finding these two things, Hifumi was freaked out by the fact that the incinerator was on. I walked over to the now opened gate and observed the distance the sphere was thrown. I could guess that's what was used to turn it on.

Hifumi: Miss Supiritto, may I ask what are you doing?

Asu: Someone had to turn the incinerator from here.

Hifumi: But that's impossible!

Hard yes, but impossible. I don't think it is for someone who has great aim.

Makoto: Um Asu? Can I ask you a question?

I looked at him and noded. He seemed to be hesitating.

Asu: Makoto I believe you when you say you're not the killer.

I had caught him off guard. I walked out not letting him say anything. As I got out of the trash room, I head back to Makoto's room to see if I missed anything. We can clearly tell that there was a struggle. After standing around a bit in the room. We heard an announcement.

Monokuma: So you all are taking too much time and im bored so let's just start the trial! Head at once to the red door!

Sakura, Mondo, Kyoko and I headed there together. Despite what everyone thought, I knew that what I had found would bring the truth to this case. In fact, I already knew who was guilty. I feel as Kyoko did too. We all waited for Makoto to show up. When he finally did, he was sweating. He looked at everyone and though a lot gave him sour looks. I was indifferent. Kyoko approached him and told him something which I couldn't hear.

As soon as he set foot in the elevator, we started going down to the first class trial. Where either one of us will graduate or one person will be executed.
