(Amity's POV)

I watched as Luz went limp in my arms, I cried and begged her not to go and skin the ambulance arrived and took her away. She could be dead for all I know. I saw Mira in the distance, I wanted to kill her but I knew I shouldn't and couldn't. All I could do was wait.

I arrived back at the manor and Ed and Em were there waiting for me. They asked me what happened and I explained the situation. They cursed Mira under their breath and comforted me while we waited for news about Luz.

When dad came home he rushed to find me and he just gave me a hug. No words, no questions he just hugged me and I really appreciated it. Soon after Willow, Hunter and Gus came to visit.

"Is Luz okay?" I ask them worriedly.

"She's stable," Willow sighs.

"I should've dumped Mira as soon as she stopped acting like.....Luz!"

It finally clicked in my head. The only reason I had gone out with Mira was to avoid the pain of Luz. She was gone so I found someone to replace her. It wasn't fair on Mira, or Luz or me.

"I need to see her!" I declared standing up.

"Are you sure?" Hunter asks me.

"I still love Luz," I said. "After all this time, she's still the one for me."

At this I began to tear up and the three of them comforted me.

"This is all my fault. I shouldn't have gotten with Mira, I shouldn't have had the three of us hang out, I shouldn't have...I shouldn't have broken the promise..."
