YX: I will now announce the first mission, the theme song performance.

XW: In 3 days, 100 trainees will have to learn and perform the theme song.

The trainees are shocked with the time limit of 3 days.

YX: According to your peeformance, ranking re-evaliations will be held.

XW: let's look at the choreography.

The screen turned on again and showed 3 people dancing to the music.

Everyone kinda bounces as the song played, while me being me, I studied the choreography.

YX: You will only have one chance to record the results you have made in 3 days.

Every trainee went to their dorms and put on their respective grade jumpers/shirts.

All the trainees gathered for vocal lessons with Li Ronghao the vocal teacher, with me casually slipping in behind him as well.

"Hello teachers!"

Ronghao: did you guys sleep good?

"Nope."

Ronghao: Me neither...

The trainees laughed as I smiled.

Ronghao: I'm here to ask everyone a question, Among all of you here, raise your hand if you want to become an idol.

Everyone, as expected raised their hand.

Ronghao: those who are certain of their skill area please raise your hand,

Some hands went down.

Ronghao: now among those who have their hand raised, how many of you are certain that you can be in charge of vocal?

All of rank A people put their hand down
As only a few hands still are up.

I stepped in.

XiWang: perhaps some of you just want to dance. I can tell you right now that really won't cut it. Everyone will have to sing, I'm saying this to people who might lack a team mentality, do you know why we are emphasizing singing? no one is forcing you. Like if you go eat a hotpot, don't be afraid of the spice otherwise don't bother eating.

I smiled for reassurance.

Ronghao: I think let's first sing it first regarding rank,

Some people had trouble reaching the high note.

Ronghao: everyone, let's start from A,

Rank A's sing but the voice cracks at the end made it awkward,

Ronghao: okay, B

They actually did pretty well,

Ronghao: good okay

Le skip to the dance lesson.

The teachers swaped,
It's now time to learn the dance.

ChengXiao: we are now going to learn the dance for the theme song,

I joined in dancing but I could see a bunch of trainees getting confused.

ChengXiao: Let's look at A

They danced well and got the moves right.

Most of them just stood still not knowing the dance while some have it a go.
I mean majority of the F class was at the back of the room, so they probably couldn't see properly...

ChengXiao: Okay, I think it's still lacking a lot.

-Next day-

Every trainee is practicing in their separate time, each metro went to a different room, I decided to go into F and see how they're doing.

"Hello~" I peaked my head through the door.

"Hello Teacher" everyone stopped what they were doing and gave a bow.

"How is everything, are you guys having trouble?" I closed the door behind me as I stepped in.

"Everything!"

"Singing and dancing and being a trainee!"

I laughed as they complained.

"Let's go through some things together, start with singing, what is the trouble there?"

"Some of us can't memorize the lyrics"

"Sometimes if you remember the melody it's easier to remember the lyrics, but it can also go over them with someone else, you are all in the same boat so use that to your advantage." I explained.

I looked at the time,

"Ah, times nearly up, another mentor will come soon but I'll quickly run over the dance"

Everyone stood up facing the mirror,

-After a While-

"Unfortunately, I'll have to leave but try and remember everything, fighting!"

"Thank you teacher!"

I left and started wondering around,

Ring Ring

I looked at my phone and realized it was Yoongi Hyung,

"Hello Gege?" He accidentally spoke Chinese

"Kyung...Korean please..."

"Ah, sorry hyung"

"It's fine, how have you been? Jin has non stopped complaining about you leaving, it ridiculous, honestly"

"Haha, I can see that happening but things are great at my end, how are you and the others?"

"Well, I already told you about Jin but everyone else is good, we just released Fake Love and fans are sad that you aren't in it"

"That hyung..." I puffed out my cheeks and continued walking.

I feel like this is getting boring... but time skip to next day!

Everyone was busy using the last couple minutes to practice, the cameras were all set up and the recording began for evaluation.

After all the recordings we had a meeting,

YX: Three days have passed, I wonder how the 100 trainees did regarding the
theme song's choreography, everyone will have a video of them singing
and dancing, so today p's ranking will be fair.

XW: Before recording they gave themselves a predicted rank, let's look at
these now,

First video was of Cai Xukun,

YX: How is he in class?

RH: He's good very good

The video played,

JS: I feel it's very complete

YX: Pretty handsome...Pretty unique, If I was a girl I would have swooned,
but sadly I'm a boy.

JQ: This is the standard for A, didn't let me down....

Next was Xiao Gui

YX: The Xiao Gui that I've been anticipating,

As the video came to an end he dabbed in the video, what a great guy....

As we went through some more, majority of us were impressed,

YX: I'm curious if there was anyone in F that stood out?

RH: There was one, but I don't know how they were after I left

YX: who?

RH: Luo Zheng

XW: Let's take a look at Luo Zheng,

As the video began he mumbled the lyrics and the moves were hesitated therefore he didn't match the music, YiXing had a scary look on his face while Ronghao looked a bit disappointed.

XW: what do you think Teacher Wang?

JS: I'm sorry but...seeing this, I feel that it's not good enough.

YX: well let's hope for him to do well in the future

XW: next

Another video played of an F, he began but then stopped making a face indicating he forgot the moves and then tried the pick it back up again, I say tried because he got the lyrics wrong, Another one free styled all the lyrics but others didn't even try to sing.

JS: sorry but I can't watch

YX: how am I supposed to grade this...

JS: There's nothing lower than F?

YX: Nope

RH: I feel like my standards are so low to the point that, if they open their
mouths I would give a D, if they don't sing I would give an F.

YX: Lyrics? Why do none of them remember the lyrics?

one trainee just left the frame of the camera...

XW: What is he doing?

JQ: He gave up

Everyone in the room got frustrated or angry.

We decided to take a break,

YX: I'm going to go over to see the kids,

He stood up, and I also stood up,

XW: I'll come with you

YX: well be right back, you guys rest for a bit.

We were walking and he seemed really angry.

"Honestly what where some of them thinking?" He spoke

"They do realize they have a evaluation after this right?" I questioned

We arrived to a room where all the trainees were,

"Hello teachers"

Yixing: Guys... what are you doing, oh my god.

A staff gave me a microphone,

Xiwang: First of all, A class, what is going on, how can it be like this?
Do you know what will happen if you drop to F?

Yixing: You'll just stand still off stage, you can't even dance or move,
Lyrics, can't even memorize the lyrics? All of you will rap so there
isn't a need for singing? Is that it?

Xiwang: Every mentor, when we're evaluating your rank, we know that if
you're a F you can't go on stage, it's so difficult to grade.

Yixing: I know that there are people or many people who are very very very hardworking but perhaps their results were not good but don't be discouraged because there are still chances, because remember there wasn't enough time for this theme song, there will be more time for you to practice.

Xiwang: Frustrated... we wish the best for all of you, I hope for you to
continue to fight.

"Thank you teachers" they all bowed

Yixing: it's nothing, I hope the best for you all.

We went back to the room with all the mentors,

YX: Thank you to all the mentors for the evaluation

JS: But really, that F rank p, let me tell you... you know how F ranks have to
stand under the stage and watch? That will really be a blow.

RH: For sure a big blow.

JS: and hopefully, through this they will learn that there is only one chance
on stage.

YX: Yes...

I feel like the story is getting bit boring guys... should I change some things and stop The a Idol Producer thing or continue?
