Author's Note: Today's chapter is a time warp of 4 months to get you updated so you are not confused by what is happening:

1. Edward and Bella are super close (as in if she and Jacob fight, Edward knows to comfort her he gets her strawberry ice cream and lemon cake. And if it is about his faithfullness, he also gets Bella her favorite movies and makes her popcorn)

2. Alice and Bella are close (as in Alice takes her shopping every 2 weeks and is her bridesmaid)

3. Jasper, Emmett, and Jacob are close (as in they compete over video games every Sunday when the girls have their girls night)

4. Rosalie is protective of Bella (as in if they go dancing and a boy checks out Bella's rear end, he gets a talking-to from Rosalie which embarrasses him and makes Bella laugh) She is #TeamEdward. (And she is a bridesmaid as well)

5. Jacob and Bella are having problems (as in Tanya, Edward's ex-lover from high school, likes Jacob and flirts with him plainly in front of her which makes Bella sad. This causes the fights which usually end up with Jacob drinking and Bella going over to her best friend Edward's place to chill)

6. Bella has met Carlisle and Esme and they are completely in love with her. They want her to be with Edward but they like Jacob so they are OK with him. #TeamEdward

So that is what is going on. Bella and Jacob will maybe have a fight this chapter...this time about him and Tanya. It will be a sad chapter involving the baby and this will draw Edward and Bella closer. I am going to go type the story now before I give away the surprising part.....

Chapter Six: When Bella Found Out About Jacob

It had been 3 months since I started working at the firm and I was now 4 months pregnant. I had won a lot of cases so far which brought money to the firm and my self-esteem up a tiny bit.

Today was the day of the baby's ultrasound where I would find out the baby's gender. Jacob can't come to the ultrasound because we had a fight a few days ago and I am not ready to forgive him yet. He understanded I needed time to figure out things so I promised my fiancée that I would get lots of pictures for him and call him right away so he knows if we are having a boy or a girl.

"Are you excited Bella?" My doctor, Doctor Hoffman, asked me as he put the goo on my stomach and then the thing so we can see my baby. I just nodded and he smiled.

But I frowned when he looked at the baby and it looked like something was wrong...very wrong. "What's up Doctor?" I asked him and he sighed and looked at me.

"Bella..." He sighed and said the words I never thought I would hear. The words which would change my life...for good. "Bella, have you ever heard of miscarriage?" He asked me and tears filled my eyes.

"No! No!" I cried. "Is my baby dead?" I asked him, my vision blurry from tears.

"I'm sorry Bella." Doctor Hoffman and he rubbed my back as I cried my eyes out.

When the jelly was off my belly and I was done crying, I walked outside to see...Edward, leaning against my car with sunglasses over his eyes. He saw me me and I ran over to him.

"You know?" I asked him as I leaned against his chest. Edward knew I was talking about the baby and nodded.

"I am not mad at you, Bella." He assured me as he drove us to my apartment. I looked to him and nodded. When we got to my loft and we were alone, I broke down and fell down to the ground on my knees. Edward sat down and let me cry into his neck.

"The baby is gone...I had a little human being in my tummy and I lost them." I hiccuped and hugged Edward tighter.

"What are you going to tell Jacob?" Edward asked as he held me. I shrugged and leaned against him, still depressed.

"I don't know. I am thinking of breaking up with Jacob." I told him as we got up from the floor and went to the couch in the living room.

"Why?" Edward asked, curiosity in his usual calm and good-natured voice. I looked down at my fingernails and picked at them.

"Because...he has been sleeping with Tanya Denali." I looked into Edward's surprised brown eyes.

"How do you know this?" Edward asked as he looked at the ground.

"I found her bra in his room. I knew it wasn't mine because it was black." I explained and Edward nodded.

"I am sorry." Edward asked in his most sincere voice and I softly smiled.

"Don't be. You know we have been having problems for a few weeks now. I knew we were only getting engaged because he was blindly happy because I was pregnant." I sighed, pinched the bridge of my nose, and leaned on the house.

"Maybe, maybe not. Think about this Bella before you ruin a relationship with a person you've loved for a long time." Edward told me and I was about to open my mouth to say something when Jacob came storming in.

"Isabella Marie Swan!" Jake shouted. "When were you going to tell me that you're breaking up with me?" He raved and I gulped.

"What are you talking about Jake?" I asked as calmly as I could and Jake growled.

"You know what I am talking about!" Jake shouted and I sighed, looking down at my sneakers.

Edward took the silence for the opportunity to escape behind Jake and was walking towards the exit.

"Don't leave me." I hissed and tried to jump on him to get him to stay.

"Live long and prosper." Edward sent me a wink, gave me the Star Trek sign, and ran out the door. I pouted at his retreating figure. How could he leave me like this?

"Bella." A raspy voice said and I whipped my head around to see Jake with tears in his eyes. I gulped. I hated tears...especially when it was him who was crying. When I cry, I think I am pathetic.

"Jake..." I murmured, my voice cracking. I knew that I were to come any closer, he would have made me forget his mistakes and we would go to bed in eachother's arms...naked. Well...NOT A CHANCE.

"Bella please. Please don't leave me." Jake begged as tears streamed down his face. I flinched as a strangled noise came from him and watched as Jake went closer to me and tried to take my hand but I smacked it from his grasp.

"You cheated on me with Tanya Denali. How do you expect me to 'forgive and forget'?" I asked him and Jake slumped, sadness filling the air.

"She told me you were with Edward as more than friends. Then we fought and you left so I called her and we drank a TON of vodka then went to my room." Jake shouted and I whimpered softly at the image of him and Tanya kissing and shuddered.

"Edward and I are just friends, Jacob. How many times do I have to say this you?! Are you so not trusting when it comes to me or you cannot stand the idea of me having a guy for a best friend?" I snapped at him and Jake glared at me.

"Then what was he doing here today at the loft? Just having some bonding time?" Jake growled.

"He was here because...because he knew about the baby and comforted me while I cried. Want to know why Jacob Andrew Black? Because today at the doctors, Doctor Hoffman told that our baby had died and I had a miscarriage." I shouted the words before realizing what I said. Jake stared at me wide-eyed.

"T-the baby died?" Jake stuttered and tears came into his eyes again. I nodded and covered my face.

"Yes, the baby died." I said as tears started to finally stream down my face and Jake tried to hug me but I stepped away.

"Jake...I think we need time off." I said and Jake frowned deeply as tears came down my face "I love you Jake...but I can't be with someone I don't trust." I said and Jake quietly nodded. I wiped the tears from my eyes and so did Jake.

"I understand what you're saying, Bella." Jake told me and sighed as he ran a hand through his short, brown hair. "I-I'll move my stuff out by the end of the month." Jake said and I sniffly nodded.

Before he left though, Jake walked over to me and kissed my lips shortly and softly. Still too sad, I didn't respond to it.

"Goodbye...Isabella." Jake whispered before he grabbed his bag, sad goodbyes to a sad-looking Rollie, and walked out of the loft.

As soon as I heard him leave, I grabbed my cell and tapped a few buttons before there was a ringing sound and a voice answered.

"Hello?" The voice was gruff and it sounded like they were outside.

"Hey Dad." I sniffed as I wiped more tears from my eyes.

"Hey Bella!" Dad said and I smiled, happy to hear his voice.

"I wanted to call and talk to you about something." I told him as I opened the fridge and took out a bottle of wine.

"You can tell me anything Bells." Dad told me as I opened the bottle and poured some red wine into a champagne glass.

"I am leaving the city." I said and took a drink of wine. "I just need to get out of New York for a while and spend some time somewhere else." I said and Dad sighed.

"Okay Bella." His voice was unsure. "Where are you thinking of going?" Dad asked me and I finished the glass of wine.

"Verona, Italy."

Authors Note: That was a sad chapter to write. I cried during the breakup scene while I wrote it. Sad for #TeamJacob :(

So, how was the 'losing baby scene'? I am pretty sure a lot of u readers or either going to be super sad or super happy. I am sad about it.

You will see Bella in the next few chapters drinking A LOT of wine and probably not eating so much.

I cannot wait to write the scene where Edward finds out Bella is leaving for Italy.
