A/N: At the time of writing this, I have just seen Across the Spider-Verse, and it reminded me of how excited I was to write the alternate Ben realities. Now I'm sad. Because of freaking HBOmax or whatever it's called now.

ATSV was 10000/10 movie though. I'm foaming at the mouth because I want to watch it again so bad.

It ends on a cliffhanger. Fair warning to those who care.

I bite on my cast, "Stop that." Gwen scolds "It's itchy. And you told me not to scratch it." I huff "Don't bite it either." Gwen sighs. It hurts so much...

Kevin places a banana inside the teleporter pod.

"This is a very bad idea. I mean, we don't even know how to work a teleporter." Gwen states, Kevin turns to us, "Gotta start somewhere." He says with a shrug "What's the worst that can happen?" I ask, I flash a lopsided grin. Gwen sighs, "Ben, tell these two this seems like a very bad idea..." She looks around in confusion, Ben's no where to be seen. "Ben? Are you hiding?" Gwen asks, Ben pops out behind some creates. "No. It's just if a fly lands on that banana when it teleports and it rematerializes as a deadly banana fly monster, I don't wanna be standing right next to it, is all." Ben states. Kevin starts to power up the teleporter. "Don't see the big deal, Tennyson. Didn't you used to turn into an insect all the time?" Kevin asks.

Aw, I miss Stinkfly.

"That was different." Ben says. We all walk over to the control center as the teleporter starts, "Here we go." Kevin says, pressing a button. The banana floats in the air as it teleports out of the room. It's gone for only a second before comes right back, but it's darker. The banana hits the ground, bubbling-the banana explodes into an ugly, gooey, brown mess.

The teleporter glitches and sparks, "That's not good." Kevin mutters "Turn it off before it blows!" Ben says. The control panel sparks, "It's too hot!" Kevin shouts, shielding his face from the sparks. "I know who can take the heat." Ben says, hitting down on the Omnitrix. He turns into Swampfire, Ben quickly turns off the teleporter. The control panel stops sparking, it starts to smoke. I cough harshly...not having my powers made my asthma a lot more prominent. I miss not having to deal with it as much.

The teleporter is still sparking, "Open the door!" Ben order before running to the teleporter. Gwen's hand glow and the garage door opens, Ben grunts as he throws the teleporter outside, "Everybody down!" Ben shouts. The teleporter glows a bright white, I continue to cough and wheeze, Ben wraps his arms around me tightly and pushes us to the floor.

The flash stops, we all stand up. Ben turns back into himself, "Everyone alright?" Ben asks, keeping his arms firmly wrapped around me. I let out another cough, Ben shoots me a concerned look, "N/N, where's your inhaler? Please tell me you have it with you..." He stresses.

I did in fact not have it with me. But I will not tell Mr Protective that.

"Forget her! What about the teleporter pad?!" Kevin asks, I glare at him, trying to calm my coughing fit.

Kevin runs outside, Gwen watches him before letting out a heavy sigh, "Deep down, he's really glad you're-I'm mean, we're ok." She states, following him. Ben stops me from moving, "You don't have your inhaler, do you?" He sighs knowingly. I avoid looking at him, Ben lets out a tired sigh. "Y/N, I've been thinking long and hard about this...you shouldn't be going with us on missions right now." He states, looking down sadly, my eyes widen. "What?" I gasp with an offended frown.

Ben looks at my broken hand, "Your powers are gone...if you get hurt, you're hurt. Which means...if you die, you're dead—you won't come back to me. I already lost Grandpa Max...I can't lose you too." He sighs sadly, shutting his eyes. I stare at him in pure shock, "Wh-but...Benji's that's not fair." I say, struggling to find the right words...to find any words. I feel sick to my stomach, "I've made up my mind," Ben says seriously "This is your last mission. Until your powers come back, you're on the sidelines." "You gotta be joking, Benji..." I huff, frowning deeply "I'm not." Ben mumbles. He turns on his heels and walks over to Gwen and Kevin. I frown even more before I hesitantly follow.

He's putting me on the sidelines?!

Who the f*ck gave him the right to do that?!

I clench my fist with an anxious frown, I stand next to Gwen, "It's totally trashed." Kevin sighs, checking the damage. "At least we don't have to worry about any banana fly monsters." Ben jokes flatly, Gwen shoots him unimpressed look while I look at him bitterly, "I'm just saying." Ben says with a shrug. Kevin stands up.  "I know a kid, he might be able to fix it." He states "Fix alien tech?" Gwen asks.

"He's a total super genius with any kind of machinery. Don't matter if it's human or alien. I'll bring Cooper over from his lab." Kevin states "Cooper? Pasty kid?" Ben asks in surprise "Blond? Bad haircut." Gwen asks "Had a big crush on Gwen?" I ask loudly, she elbows me, "Ow!" I huff. "Sounds like the same guy." Kevin says seriously before his tone becomes more joking "But, uh, who wouldn't have a crush on you?" He asks Gwen. "He helped us out once back when we were kids.  You should've told us you knew him." Ben says "Didn't exactly come up." Kevin says, walking to the car. We follow.

"You didn't think a kid with the ability to manipulate alien tech would have been helpful against the DNAliens?" Ben asks, we all get in the car, "It's possible I know two or three people I haven't told you about, Ben. Anyway, if you're so smart, why didn't you think of him before?" Kevin asks "Ok...that's a fair point. Let's go." Ben says. Kevin starts the car and drives off. I can see Ben looking at me in the corner of my eye, he reaches for my not broken hand, I snatch it away from him.

I wince quietly, Ben sighs and moves his hand away, he looks out the window sadly.

The car stops in front of a house. We get out the car, "I thought you said we were going to Cooper's lab..." Gwen says "We are." Kevin states, shutting the car door. He walks to the front door, we follow him. I stuff my hands in my pockets, Ben looks at me, he frowns in concern.

"So, Gwen, excited to see your ex?" Kevin teases playfully "Zip it." Gwen sighs. Kevin walks a little bit further ahead, Gwen looks at me, "You had to mention the crush?" She asks "Probably not. But he was gonna find out about it anyway...plus, I like drama." I snort with a shrug. "How would you feel if I mentioned Kai...because I liked drama?" Gwen asks, I tense up at the mention before shrugging her off, "I really wouldn't care, Gwenie, because my relationship with Ben is currently on the sidelines for the moment." I state with a forced proper tone. "W-what?" Ben gasps, he looks even more concerned, "I should be focusing on regaining my powers, shouldn't I? So our relationship is sidelined until I get them back." I say bitterly, Gwen looks back and forth between me and Ben, "Y/N...don't-don't say that." Ben says with a hurt tone, a sharp pain goes through my chest, "Y/N..." Ben says, reaching for me. I don't say anything else, I dodge Ben's hand keep walking until I reach the front door.

I wince and look around Cooper's place. It looks like nobody's here...

Kevin pushes the door open, it creaks loudly, "Why break in? Couldn't we have just left a message with Cooper's folks?" Gwen asks "Because Coop never leaves his lab—never. Something is seriously wrong." Kevin states, we walk down some stairs, Ben was right behind me. I keep my back turned to him, Kevin turns on the light. "He probably just went out for a..." Ben trails off at the sight of Cooper's lab "Smoothie..."

We split up to investigate, well, Kevin, Gwen and I split up, Ben just follows me. "Wow. He really never leaves the lab." Gwen gags, picking up a dirty shirt "Look for sighs of a struggle." Kevin states. "This whole place is a sign of a struggle." I groan "Smells like one too." Ben says, I cover my nose with my good hand. Ben bumps into a desk, knocking a gun down. It shoots a ray of light into one of the many screens on the wall, all the screens turn on. A video of Cooper starts to play.

"If anyone finds this recording-"

There's a loud screech in the background of the video, a DNAlien lunges at Cooper, he runs. We watch as Cooper runs, but he ends up being surrounded by them, "No! No!" He screams out fearfully before all the screen show static.

"There you go—signs of a struggle." Ben says with a serious tone "Smart kid. Left behind a message in a bottle so someone would see what happened to him." Kevin says. Ben glances at Gwen, "Gwen, can you track Cooper, figure out where they took him?" He asks "Probably. His energy resonance is really strong here." She states. Gwen extends her hands out, they glow and her eyes flashes magenta, "Got him. I can take us right to Cooper." She tells us, "In other words, you're attracted to him." Kevin teases, Gwen glares at him, "Can we just go?" She sighs.

"Los Soledad? Cooper's trail led us here?" Ben asks "It doesn't even look like anyone's here." I sigh. "There's not," Kevin huffs "At least last time we were here there was a monster to fight." "I don't get it. I did everything right." Gwen sighs, "Well, love is blind. And apparently, it screws up your powers too." Kevin chuckles. I walk ahead as Gwen groans in frustration, "My powers are not screwed up. My instincts are telling me Cooper's definitely nearby." I look at the hole in the wall, "Sorry, Gwenie, but your instinct are wrong-" I stumble the hole, my eyes widen. "Whoa...it's a cloaking field." I gasp. "Y/N!" Gwen shouts in concern "Oh God, please not again..." Ben gasps fearfully as the three of them run over. "Nutjob, where-"

I pop my head out of the cloakingfield, "You guys have got to see this." I say with a toothy grin, leaning back into the cloaking field. Ben immediately follows, Kevin and Gwen walk through too. Ben looks at me with a stressed expression, "Y/N, you can't just-" I put a finger to his lips, "Shh!" I say, gesturing to the army of DNAliens. I pull my hood over my head, it's freezing, I can see my breath. The four of us hide behind a container, "It's a DNAlien day camp." Ben gasps quietly as we watch the DNAliens.

"Three of those weather-control towers—these cannot be good." Kevin says "And whatever it is, Cooper's right in the middle of it." Gwen says with a concerned frown.

The snow falls around us, we've been watching the DNAliens for about 20 minutes now. "The cloaking field is hiding the whole city. Where did they get a rig powerful enough to do that?" Kevin asks, we all look at him. Kevin looks back, "Right...Cooper built it for them." He sighs, "Get down." Gwen whispers, we all duck. The DNAlien goes right past us, "With that shield up, these guys down have to worry about anyone seeing them building...whatever that thing is..." I say, staring at the machine the DNAliens were building.

"You still have a fix on Cooper?" Ben asks, Gwen's eyes glow again for a few seconds, "He's not far." She states "Got any spells that will give us cover so we can get to him?" Kevin asks. "There not spells." Gwen sighs "That's a no, then." Kevin says. "Come on." Ben says, standing up and running off, we follow. We run past some DNAliens and in between some houses, Gwen stops us from moving more. A DNAlien was right in front of us, it was guiding another DNAlien that was driving a containment ship. We all share nervous glances as the DNAlien gets closer. It turns its head towards us—

And we suddenly appear on the roof.

There's a pause, "Oh f*ck yes!" I cheer quietly, lifting my hands in victory. I wince, still feeling pain in my hand, "Ow, f*ck..." I wince, holding it. Everyone looks at me in surprise, "What the f*ck was that?" Kevin asks, I shrug, "No idea. I guess my powers are slowly coming back." I hum, I grin excitedly.  My powers are back, that's a good sign. Ben looks worried...is he just going to be looking worried this whole chapter?

Gwen makes platform stairs and we run down them. We follow Gwen to a house, Gwen glances at Kevin and nods and opens the door, he guides us all in while he keeps watch. Kevin shuts the door behind us, I look at all the doors in front of us. Gwen eyes glow, she walks further down the hallway, I walk in between Ben and Kevin, "Why don't we just yell out, 'Hey, Cooper'?" Kevin asks "And have 4,000 DNAliens on our *ss? Great plan, Kev." I scoff "Don't be pissy with me because your relationship with Ben is falling apart." Kevin huffs, Ben and I glare at him.

"In here." Gwen whispers, gesturing to the door, Ben reaches to open the door, "And if there's 4,000 DNAliens behind that door? Good plan." Kevin scoffs quietly, Ben moves his hand away from the door. Ben hits down on the Omnitrix, turning into Goop. "Goop!" He whisper-yells, "Cool, but gross." Gwen says before Ben morphs half under the door.

I flinch at the sound of loud high pitched ringing behind the door, Ben quickly goes fully inside. "That's not a good sign..." I sigh "It's good enough for me." Kevin says with toothy grin, he absorbs the metal from the wall and punches the door open, "Cavalry's here." He announces, he looks at the unconscious DNAliens on the floor, "...Not that you needed it or anything..." Kevin says.

"Gwen! You totally came to my rescue!" Cooper says, staring at Gwen with a lovesick smile. Ben hits down on the Omnitrix and turns back into himself, "Yeah, excellent work there, Gwen." He says sarcastically, smirking at her. Gwen sighs quietly as we walk up to them, "She's wonderful." Cooper swoons, Kevin drains the metal from his body before grabbing Cooper's wrist, "Let's go, lover boy." He says, dragging him out the room. Gwen follows, leaving me and Ben behind, "Did you mean it?" Ben asks quietly, I glance at him. "I...no. Look, Ben, I need to focus, I don't want to fail my last mission." I sigh with an unsure tone, crossing my arms. We walk out of the room, Ben cringes, "Don't punish me for caring more about you than anyone else does...you don't even care about yourself." He whispers, I don't respond...clenching my fists. I feel liquid forming in the back of my throat...

I feel nauseous...

I don't wanna go yet...I'm just getting started...

It's not fair.

I let out a tired sigh as I continue to walk. Why am I acting like this?...my brain feels like it's splitting apart.

The five of us run as quickly and quietly as we could, Cooper pants weakly, "I...gotta...rest." He wheezes, "Ever think of getting a treadmill?" Kevin teases, I elbow him. If there's one thing I can relate to, it's shortness of breath from walking. "We can't stay long. We gotta get outside the shield before they realize Cooper's missing." Ben says seriously.

Cooper stares at Gwen lovingly, she cringes. "The way you came storming there—like how Princess Elena rescued me last week from the Caverns of Unforgiving Dismay." He says "Excuse me?" Gwen asks in confusion. "In Nations of Conquest—the M.M.O.R.P.G. I play." Cooper explains "Excuse me?" Gwen repeats, even more confused, "Massive multiplayer online role-playing game." Cooper states.

I glance at Ben, only to see that he's already staring me down. I quickly look away, feeling sick to my stomach again, "Yeah, Gwen, and your power is plus-3 nerd bait." Kevin teases "Guys this is serious," Ben sighs, we all look at him. "It's the biggest DNAlien plan we've ever seen, and as long as their cloaking shield's up, they can work 24/7." "I'm the one they forced to build the cloak projector. Shutting it down shouldn't be too hard." Cooper says. "Then that's what we're going to do." Ben states.

"We've been lucky so far. Sooner or later, they're bound to spot us." Gwen says "That's not a problem either." Cooper tells us "Because...?" I ask "Well, before I built the big cloaking projector, I built a smaller one first—a prototype. The field it generates is enough to cover all of us if we squeeze together real tight..." Cooper explains, he looks at Gwen with red cheeks. She rolls her eyes "Oh, for the love of...-" "Let me help you out there, Gwen." Kevin says, pushing Gwen and Cooper closer together. Gwen glares at him, the rest of us huddle together. "Here we go." Cooper says, activating the prototype.

"I don't feel invisible." Ben says "Follow me." Cooper says, running off. We run, "Oh, no." Gwen gasps as a DNAlien comes right towards us, it goes right past us... "Score! Nice work, Cooper. Now let's get to the big cloak." Ben whispers.

I think I'm gonna puke...

I rub the side of my head tiredly, "Hey, Coop, think about it—the damsel rescued you. Now you get to be the knight that saves the day." Kevin says with a teasing smile aimed at Gwen. She smirks, crossing her arms, "Jealous much, Kevin?" She asks "I'm not-" A DNAlien turns its head towards us, "Shhh!" Ben and I whisper in sync, we glance at each other. I gag quietly and look away. Ben sighs with a hurt tone, "The cloak keeps us from being seen not heard." He states.

"Uh oh..." Cooper mumbles as the prototype sparks, "There's always a few bugs in the prototype." He sighs. Cooper winces and drops the prototype, it explodes in a small puff of smoke. Nearby DNAliens notice us instantly, "Who are they?" One hisses.

"What are they doing here?"

"Get them!"

An army of DNAliens stalk toward us, "Any chance of you teleporting?" Cooper asks me hopefully "Ugh...nope." I sigh. Cooper and I both look at Kevin expectingly, "There's nothing around here for me to touch!" He sighs. The DNAliens grab him...and Cooper...and me. "Don't worry, I'll just-" The DNAliens grab Ben too. "Ah! No!" He shouts, kicking his leg.

Gwen's hands start to glow as she starts to fight off the DNAliens, "There's too many of them!" She shouts, I fight against the DNAliens, "Keeping firing, Gwen! You have to!" I shout "You're our only chance!" Ben adds. A DNAlien jumps down from the roof, tackling Gwen, "Gwen!" Kevin gasps in concern "No! Don't hurt her!" Cooper begs. Gwen groans weakly, "I'm ok." She sighs.

"Only because you're worth slightly more to me alive than if I had allowed them to tear you limb from limb."

A Highbreed stands in front of us...I miss Reiny, I haven't been able to see him since I lost my powers...

My nose starts running, I rub it on the DNAlien that was restricting my arms.

The Highbreed looks at Cooper, "Now then, you're going back to work for us." He states. "I won't do anything for you." Cooper says firmly, pulling his arm away "You'll do just what I say, or your friend will pay the price." The Highbreed says "Actually, we're not all that close." Kevin says—he gets ignored. "Is that what you want, human? For you friends to pay?" The Highbreed asks, brushing a claw across Gwen's face. "Get your hands off her! I'll do it. I'll do anything." Cooper pleas, Highbreed moves his hand away from Gwen.

"Then get back to work!"

Ben, Gwen, Kevin and I get shoved into a cell...actually...I think it's more of a closet. It's a cell-closet.

"So, now you can go all Humongousaur and get us out of here." Kevin says hope, Ben starts to pace, "Even Humongousaur wouldn't last against all those DNAliens." Ben sighs "Plus they'd just use Cooper against us like they used us against him." Gwen states. I stand up my tip-toes to look through the small window on the door, "D*mn...that is a lot of guards..." I mumble. Kevin snickers, "You really gotta stand on your tippy toes?" He teases, I turn to glare at him, "I'll shove them up your *ss." I huff. Kevin only laughs more, Ben frowns bitterly,

"Kevin, touch this piece of...what do they call it? Varsidium." Ben says, Kevin stops laughing, "Why?" He asks. Ben flashes a determined smile, "I'll show you." He says, Kevin absorbed the material and Ben turns into "Echo Echo!" He announced proudly. "So...how are we gonna get the door open?" Kevin asks. "I got an idea." I say.

I knock on the small window slit. A DNAlien turns to me, "Um...hey, yeah. There's no bathroom in here and I really need to go." I state, the DNAlien lets out an annoyed noise, but unlocks the door, Kevin picks up Ben before kicking the door wide open. "Now!" Ben shouts, Gwen surrounds her hands with Mana. She smacks Kevin's back, he groans as he starts to vibrate loudly. I cover my ears, Ben lets out a high pitched squeal, all the DNAliens fall to the floor. Kevin shoves Ben into my arms and we run out, "Did you have to hit me so hard?!" Kevin sighs "I did. I really did" Gwen says with a proud smile.

Ben looks at me, I nervously look at him, "Are we breaking up?" He asks "No..." I sigh. Ben frowns, "Then...what's going to happen to us?" Ben asks nervously, nuzzling into my arm sadly, I flinch as DNAliens start to chase us, "Can we just...have this conversation later?" I ask "I guess." Ben sighs.

C R A C K

I wince again, Ben notices, he tilts his head at me in concern. We all stop running, I toss Ben to Kevin. He catches him, Gwen slaps Kevin's back the three repeat the same attack form before. The DNAliens fall to there knees, "Come on! Cooper's this way!" Gwen says, running. Kevin holds Ben back to me, I take him in my arms again. Kevin holds his back like an old man as he follows Gwen, Ben and I snicker at the sight.

Ben, Gwen and Kevin repeat the same attack again, successfully taking out the DNAliens that were surrounding Cooper. Cooper turns to us with wide eyes, "Ready to go?" Ben asks, Kevin hands me Ben again, "Please say yes..." Kevin sighs.

The five of us run outside, the DNAliens stare to shoot laser at us, "Stay behind me, Cooper!" Gwen warns, shooting the DNAlien with Mana. "Just like Princess Elena rescuing me from the Caverns of Unforgiving Dismay~" Cooper swoons. "Stay behind me and don't talk." Gwen says sternly, Kevin runs and punches a few DNAliens in the face. More keep coming, Gwen surrounds us with a Mana shield in front of us, Kevin punches the ones that were coming from behind us. I keep holding Ben, "How close are we to the big cloaking thing?" Kevin asks "Just keep heading for where they're building that arch." Cooper says, pointing.

"What is that arch for anyway?" Ben asks "They wouldn't tell me and-" Cooper lets out a choked gasps as a DNAlien holds him by the neck, "Everybody stay where you are." It hisses, Cooper kicks the DNAlien in the leg. The DNAlien holds his leg in pain, dropping Cooper. Kevin punches it in the face, I place Ben down and help Cooper up, "One more blast, Gwen. Big, big one." Ben announces. "Terrific..." Kevin groans, picking Ben up. Gwen shoots a large amount of Mana at Kevin, his body vibrates violently.

Kevin lifts Ben into the air Lion King style and Ben lets out a loud screech. The DNAliens cry out in pain before passing out, we run to the cloak projector. Ben turns back into himself and Kevin drains the material from his body, "This is it." Cooper states. We stare at the projector, "Then do your thing." Kevin says seriously. Cooper nods and touches the projector, he gasps, "What is it?" Ben asks in concern. Cooper is dazed for a couple of second, he shakes his head, "What's wrong?" I ask nervously.

"I-I saw equations, machines, another planet." Cooper says, "Figure it out later. Crash the cloak!" Ben says seriously. Cooper sighs, his eyes start to glow as the cloak projector starts to rumble and shake, Ben, Gwen, Kevin and I watch in amazement as Cooper levitates the projector...

It separates into many different pieces, "Good! Gwen?" "On it!" Gwen says, making a Mana-cube, she smashing it into the pieces. I shield my face from the explosion, "Cool, now all that's left is to-" Kevin gets cut off by the lasers that were being shot at us. "Run very fast!" Ben says, he grabs my hand that was in a cast, I don't react. My eyes widen hopefully.

It doesn't hurt? It was hurting like h*ll earlier today.

We run to Kevin's car, "Should've parked closer to town." He jokes lightly as we run. Ben winces when a laser hits his ear, my eyes widen in shock. I look over my shoulder and glare at the group of DNAlien's that were chasing us, they glow F/C for a few seconds before they turn to dust

I let out a quiet gasp, at least we're not being shot at anymore, Ben looks back too. His eyes widen, the five of us jump into the car. Kevin drives off.

Kevin and Gwen sit in the front while Ben, Cooper and I sit on the back. I sit behind Kevin, Cooper's behind Gwen, and Ben's in the middle. Cooper looks back, "What happened? They stopped shooting and they stopped chasing us?" He mutters "Y/N...happened." Ben says, gesturing to me, "Your powers are coming back, aren't they?" Ben asks "I think so...I mean, my hand's healed." I say. I reach up and touch the burn on Ben's ear in concern, I brush my finger across it and the burn disappears. "Ow...wait..." Ben touches his ear in shock, "Did you heal it? You can do that now?" Ben asks.

"Cool, so our resident homicidal manic is also our on-site nurse." Kevin snickers, I roll my eyes, "Don't get too excited, Kev. My power's only back in bits and pieces. I have no control over it." I sigh. I don't know how I healed Ben's ear so easily...

Cooper keeps looking back, "They're not going to follow us." Kevin states "How are you so sure?" Cooper asks "They don't need to. Who'd believe us if we told what was really going on there?" Kevin asks "Anyone who checked it out would just find what looks like normal humans anyway." Gwen state. Ben watches as I take the cast off my hand, he sighs, "We don't even know what's really going on in Los Soledad, which means someday soon, we're going to have to go back." He says, I glance at Ben, "Can we count on you to help, Coop?" I ask, Cooper stares at Gwen lovingly. She shifts uncomfortably, "Anything you need." Cooper says. Kevin, Ben and I start grinning stupidly, Gwen growls in annoyance

"Don't even."

"Um, anything else you wanna show him?" I ask Ship, Ship nods before morphing into a big *ss submarine. It breaks Mr Baumann's fence, "Oh, sh*t..." I gasp. Ben's eyes widen too, "Ok, change back, Ship..." I say nervously. He turns back to normal, "Um...good boy." I say with an anxious smile. "Y/N, I'm going home. Call me when you wanna talk. Have fun with Gwen." Ben mutters out sadly. He walks over to his yard and goes inside he's house, "...Don't go...please..." I whisper, there's so much I wanna say, but...something's stopping me, a black liquid leaks out of my eyes, I wipe my eyes quickly. Kevin's car horn honks, "Oh...that's Gwen and the other one. I'll be back later, Ship. Guard the house for me, but don't get kidnapped. We both know I can't have another loved one get kidnapped." I joke with a pained laugh. Ship only looks up at me, titling his head innocently.
