[Jade]

Quickly after Tony left, Jade went outside to dig up her dress again and after she put it on, instead of transforming back into a dog she transformed into a robin.

She knew where he would be based on the report and when she flew above she almost backed down when she saw how many people were there.

At first, she didn't see any way she could sneak in, but then she saw an opened window to what she guessed was the bathroom.

Even when she was a bird she knew she couldn't fit in the small opening, so instead, she transformed into a mosquito and flew in.

She landed on the floor of a stall after assuring that it was the ladies room and transformed into a human.

She walked out and saw herself in the mirror on the wall, something she had done only a handful of times in her lifetime. She still looked the same as last time with her short hair that was the slightest shade brighter at the ends.

She took a deep breath and walked out before she could change her mind about it.

The room was filled with people drinking and talking to each other, it made Jade guess that this party was fancier than she had thought.

She couldn't see Tony anywhere, so to blend in she picked up a drink from a table beside her and took a few sips as she walked around.

She had just enough time to put her empty glass down when a voice from behind startled her.

"Sorry to ask this, but: have we met before? You just seem so familiar." At first, she froze, but after a deep breath, she turned around with a charming smile on her face.

"I'm sorry, I'd don't think so. You see, this is actually my first time in Malibu." Jade said, her palms becoming more sweaty each second she even looked at him.

Tony furrowed his eyebrows before putting on a smile too. "Your dress looks good, red really suits you."

She looked down to the ground with a shy 'thank you' escaping her mouth in the process, her cheeks flaming up.

She couldn't remember the last time she spoke to someone, let alone got a compliment.

The evening went on and Jade and Tony continued talking to each other. But she noticed that the longer she stayed, the more she began to regain her feelings of fear for humans. Tony hadn't done anything to make her feel that way, but when she was a dog her instincts were to protect him and like humans, as long as they were friendly. When she was human again more of her dog instincts began to fade away and left was the fear and panic she felt for over a hundred years.

"Is something wrong?" Tony asked when he saw that she started to become very uneasy.

"I- um, I've got to go to the loo." She said but when he gave her a confused look she corrected herself. "The bathroom."

Tony looked disappointed, but let her go anyway and she hurried her way there. She put her hands on the sink and started taking deep breaths to calm herself down.

She felt like she needed to hit something, so she drew her fist back and punched the mirror, breaking it in the process.

When she saw her angry and scared eyes in the broken pieces she realized something: maybe humans were ignorant, violent, untrustworthy and selfish; but they could also be innocent. Even if she didn't like humans and she blamed them for many things that had happened, she couldn't keep blaming everyone for her family.

She picked the pieces of glass from her hand and watched as the wound slowly healed itself. She cleaned off the blood left behind and took a deep breath before putting on a smile and walking out again.

Her eyes scanned the crowd she didn't see Tony anywhere and when she tried to catch his sent it became stronger towards the exit.

"Bloody Hell." She muttered to herself before making her way back into the bathroom.

She walked into a stall and transformed into a mosquito, flew out of the window and transformed into a bird to find Tony again.

She could only guess that he went back to the mansion, so she flew there as quickly as possible. When she dove for the opening to the garage/workshop she heard a car that was closing in on the road to the mansion.

She transformed into a dog and went to the living room to act as if she'd been there the whole time.

Even though her body was burning with anticipation, she waited a little while before finally making her way down to the workshop.

Jade made her way inside and played on the leather couch while Tony grabbed a glove from his suit and a screwdriver before joining her.

He patted her head affectionately a few times before he put on the news on the TV and started to work on his glove.

While almost falling asleep she heard a reporter talking about people who were forced to leave their country.

She felt the couch moving as Tony stood up and when he blasted the lamp in the ceiling he startled her as she stood up and let out a bark.

She calmed down once she realized that it was actually Tony who did it, but it still didn't make it better for her ears when he blasted the glass panes beside the door to the workshop.

She let out a whine as she brought one of her paws up to her ear. Tony patted her head and said 'sorry' before he left the workshop.

She looked over at the news report and could only guess that's where he was going.

A few minutes later he came back after -apparently- changing clothes. He put on his suit -which now looks much better after being painted- before flying out after saying a quick 'goodbye' to Jade.

She didn't know what to do until Tony came back so this time, she went upstairs to get some sleep. She felt her muscles relaxing as soon as she played on the couch in the living room and was soon fast asleep after the eventful day she'd had, the thought of Tony's smile still clear in her mind.

There we have chapter six! I know it's a little shorter, but the next chapter will be longer.

So Jade and Tony have officially met! What do you think of that? I wanted them to meet before Tony knew who she actually was, so I thought this was fitting.
