Operation Spotlight: The Revenge of the Glitterati

Vengeance. The nine-lettered word that appeals to the broken, the evil, the wronged and the power-hungry. The Glitterati Twins want vengeance for once-upon-a-time being backlashed and riducled at by the entire city-including DCI. Conveniently, Dr. Tan also wants revenge: Dance Central and his son were stolen from his fingertips, doomed to endlessly roam the Time-Stream. When Jaryn and Kerith break-in to DCI Headquarters and send Boomie to where they believe Dr. Tan is located, Dr. Tan is able to return to the present-era. But help comes for a price... and that means both Dr. Tan and the Glitterati Twins are subject to each other's terms. Dr. Tan wants to renovate DCI Headquarters into a bar, and keep a tight rein on the dancers, while the Glitterati wants to abolish any other dance crew. Motivated by the share of a common enemy, Dr. Tan works on a program he affectionately calls Spotlight- designed to obliterate Dance Central forever.

Dance Central 3: Time Flies

Dr. Tan plans on conquering Dance Central and adding it to his successful dance company, Tan Industries. Before he does, however, he'll have to deal with opposition from DCI themselves- they're not going down without a fight. As both sides stand their ground, Lima and Rasa send their agents back in time in order to stop Tan from eradicating freestyle from dance forever by learning the moves and dance crazes of the past decades. This book branches from the original plot of the third game in the prized franchise and fills in any missing plot holes present. In it, the story additionally explains what happens after the infamous villain loses the battle he fought so hard for.

The loveable cast of characters return to this installment of the series-along with a couple of new faces. Ranging from the characters' interpersonal relationships, to how the crews were formed and how they got their outfits, you'll surely enjoy this refreshing sequel. Meanwhile, a new crew threatens the safety of DCI, and Oblio suspects his father is up to something. Will Dance Central avoid potential danger by compromising with these 'rookies', and is Oblio right about his father? Or are they merely the result of lingering trust issues and dubious claims?

Julia is severally wounded. She shouldn't be alive. When she wakes up in a hospital several cities away from San D'Angelo, she is dazed, confused, and broken- both physically and emotionally. Spotlight Aubrey, the one who accompanied Julia to the ICU, attempted to comfort her, but Julia is gone. Too much pain, too much hurt, too much mistrust. The other dancers believe she died while completing the mission. Believed she is not needed by anyone after a long recovery, she runs away to continue the solitary life she once led.
