Raven Method (shifting)
Hello! so today we will be doing the raven method for shifting! You dont HAVE to have a script but i would say to make one just to be safe. I recommend to do this at night because its a little hard when its the afternoon or morning. 1. Make sure you are like about half-asleep, it will help,2. Meditate for about 10 minutes to relax your body and clear stuff out of your mind. You can meditate for as long as you want but i would recommend you to do it for 10 minutes.3. When you are done meditating, lay on your bed with a starfish position (legs and arms spread out to make it look like a star). Stay in that position until you feel comfortable. Take away pillows and blankets for more room and to be comfortable instead of pillows and heavy blankets make you very very hot.4. When you feel like you are comfy, count to 100 while keeping your eyes closed and not moving. You can count out loud or in your head, it doesn't matter it works either way. After every number, say "I will shift" (optional).5. If you are not asleep yet but you are VERY close to sleeping, say affirmations. Heres some ideas..-I am going to my desired reality.-I will shift, i know i will.-I am away from my current reality and i am in my desired reality.-I am going to (say where you are going to) and leaving my current reality.6. If you feel stuff like tingling, twitching, numbing, weightless, feeling like you are floating, feeling very heavy, etc., that means you are either shifting or close to shifting.
