Siadam na łóżku, gdzie zaczynam płakać. Co chwilę patrzę na list obok. Próbuję otworzyć ten list, ale nie daję rady. Gdy popatrzę na tą kopertę od razu wszystko mi się przypomina. Wypadek Charliego, gdzie trafia w ciężkim stanie do szpitala, a mi zostawia kilkanaście listów. Miałam przeczytać te wszystkie listy, lecz gdy tylko popatrzę na kopertę, czekającą na otwarcie, łza powoli mi płynie po policzku. Ja nie mogę tak dłużej. Co ja zrobię jeśli Charlie nie przeżyje? Z kim ja będę mieszkać? Po za nim nie mam gdzie. Nie chcę trafić do domu dziecka, mój braciszek musi przeżyć.
