Everyone deserves second chances. That was what my mother always told me, a mantra to keep myself going through my college years. Second chances presented themselves, you just had to accept them, let them in and allow them to change your life forever.
However this time, I was not given a choice to deny or accept this chance, it instead wormed its way into me as I died in that alleyway, bleeding out for no reason other than the claws of fate choosing who was to perish next.
