Each ray of the light that made it through the heavily tinted windows bounced off the white walls, white ceilings, and polished white floors, making it almost impossible to see anything. The small road which, in the day, would be crowed with countless trucks and vans, importing various serums and chemicals, wound empty through the perfectly cut, perfectly green grass. It might have been a peaceful scene, if not for the eternal buzzing of the bright fluorescent lights and the constant ticking of the clock that was sealed to the wall above the thick metal door, restrained by compact, metal bars.
