Mereka ditugaskan untuk mencari kebenaran akan kewujudan makhluk halus atau lebih dikenali sebagai "hantu".Bangunan lama,hospital,sudah menjadi tempat yang tidak lagi asing bagi mereka.Siti Nurshahira atau lebih mesra dipanggil dengan nama Ira mencadangkan untuk memulakan misi di hospital lama yang diberi nama Hospital Bunga Kiambang yang mempunyai kisah-kisah hitam .Pada mulanya,mereka tidak bersetuju dengan cadangan Ira.Namun,Saerah,Shakila dan Sanilin iaitu rakan sekumpulan 'ghostbuster' hanyut jua setelah dipujuk rayu oleh Ira.Akhirnya,mereka bersetuju dengan cadangan itu tetapi masing-masing masih lagi berat hati untuk ke destinasi yang ingin dituju.Perasaan takut,keliru terus menyelubungi diri mereka bertiga kecuali Ira.Perasaan itu pertama kali mereka rasakan tetapi masing-masing hanya mampu pendam.Terlalu banyak persoalan yang menggangu fikiran mereka.Adakah mereka semua dalam keadaan selamat atau sebaliknya?
