蜂蜜結晶好 還是不結晶好　　1、蜂蜜結晶是一種在外界條件影響下的自然現象，與蜂蜜的質量沒有太大的關系，絕大多數蜂蜜在外界溫度低於十度的時候，都會出現結晶，但是在這種情況下，如果蜂蜜一直不結晶，那麽它的質量就值得大家懷疑了。　　2、不同的蜂蜜品種，對於出現結晶的條件也有很大的不同，有些是易結晶蜜種，如雪脂蓮蜜就會在外界溫度低於二十度時出現結晶，而槐花蜜則是不易 結晶蜂蜜的代表產品，這種蜂蜜會在溫度達到十度以後下時出現結晶，而且結晶的還不是蜂蜜的全部，也就是說蜂蜜的結晶並不能成了判斷蜂蜜質量的唯一標準。　　3、蜂蜜結晶以後營養成分沒有大的改變，但是大家也要懂得鑒別蜂蜜結晶的質量才可以，通常情況下，蜂蜜的自然結晶在慢慢出現的，剛開始的時候， 只是底部一小分，慢慢的向上擴大，而且結晶蜂蜜質地軟膩，放在手指間有種油膩的感覺，沒有顆粒物存在，如果蜂蜜結晶出現了大量的顆粒晶體，也說明這種蜂蜜的質量是不過關的。　　4、是葡萄糖的過飽和溶液，在一定條件下，多余的葡萄糖從溶液析出，形成結晶核。蜂蜜中的結晶核是指蜂蜜本身所含的葡萄糖結晶核、花粉粒。　　蜂蜜結晶了怎麽融化？　　開水加熱，或者是把周圍溫度提高。　　1、大家還可以采用慢慢加熱的方法把結晶之後的蜂蜜融化開。具體做法就是在鍋中放入冷水，然後把結晶之後的蜂蜜連瓶子一下放入到鍋中，把火開到最小，對其慢慢進行加熱，等水溫升到五十度左右時，就要停止加熱，再等幾個小時蜂蜜的結晶也就會化開了。　　2、如果不著急食用話，把結晶蜂蜜存放到夏季，然後把它放在陰涼透風的地方，蜂蜜中的結晶在外界自然條件
