A tax attorney is a legal professional who has expertise in assisting clients in dealing with intricate tax laws. You may have to hire the services of a tax attorney when you face issues like conflicts with tax authorities, tax relief, business/estate planning, etc. Below, we have described the same in detail:Tax DisputesA 'tax dispute' is basically a tax-related issue that can best be resolved by tax attorneys for they have the required knowledge of tax laws and can ably represent you in court. When you engage a tax attorney to settle a tax dispute, you get into the position to wage an equal battle with tax authorities. If the IRS audits your financial records, it does not mean you are in the wrong. However, you are within your rights to have an IRS tax attorney in Los Angeles represent you as the auditing process goes on. If the audit results are not in your favor, your IRS tax lawyer shall waste no time in filing an appeal on your behalf. They can assist you in preparing your case and even fight on your behalf in court if required. Tax ReliefIf the debt that you owe to the IRS is so big that you cannot return it one go, you will probably be given the option to pay your taxes off in installments over a period of time a per a repayment plan. And when you appoint a tax attorney who knows about IRS tax relief, the latter can negotiate further with the IRS and lower your monthly payment to an extent that you manage your finances without much difficulty. And God forbid if you are in no position to clear you debt, your tax attorney shall then have a negotiation with tax authorities for an offer in compromise.

It's well into the 21st century, and noodle shops in Tokyo are busier than ever. Eiko Yamada is just trying to get by in life, and struggling. Juggling university with helping out at her father's ramen shop is taking a toll on her sanity. But as she is fiercely loyal to her father's business, she loves every minute of it.That is, until a certain annoying black and white striped sock-wearing boy appears, claiming to be a member of the Secret Society of Anti-MSG and possessing the ability to identify the ingredient in any dish with just one taste. And that's not all! Along with him comes two ludicrous things: 1) A crazy proposal for her father's shop to compete in the inaugural Noodle Shop Wars, of which the prize makes all noodle shop owners in Japan froth at the mouth.2) An offer to join the boy in an absurd mission to stop ramen shops in Tokyo from using manufactured MSG, in an attempt to boycott Akinamoto Corp.- a Japanese food chemical giant. One thing's pretty clear: udon know what Eiko's getting herself into. And she sure as hell doesn't know either.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------***Monosodium glutamate (or MSG)- a food additive that is widely used in commercially prepared foods, and an ingredient relied upon in the majority of Japanese ramen houses.********Manufactured MSG- artificial MSG manufactured by food companies and added to foods to enhance their flavour, as opposed to naturally occurring MSG such as that in tomatoes.****P.S.
