After Superman's sacrifice defeating Doomsday Batman and Wonder Woman continue what he and Superman started in finding the other super power beings only for another to arrive John Stewart has hidden the third Mother Box since the fall of his green lantern team until Stephanwolf the destroyer of worlds arrives Batman's sidekick Tiffany Fox is forced to try and bring Superman back out of guilt to redeem her mistakes now it's up to Justice League to stop this mad titan and a bigger threat behind it
