The effects of a once cellular operation had become viral, passing it on to any descendants of those exposed to the genetic modifications, and even infiltrating foreign bloodlines to ensure it's survival. Once again the globe was swept with terror. Any offspring concepted with this congenital inheritance were deemed "Subhuman". Violent precautions were taken to assure that any discovered with the abnormality were located and "expunged".
