Por suerte para ella cuenta con Greta, compañera de piso y nueva amiga; y con Lucas, único amigo verdadero que ha podido hacer en las clases.
Entre responsabilidades nuevas, toneladas de material para estudiar, un trabajo que mantener y amistades con las cuales no perder contacto, Matilde trata de sobrevivir a la vida de los adultos, una vida que amenaza con sacar de quicio su carácter vivaz y poco paciente.
