I stopped chewing and shook my head furiously to make the voice go away. My friends suddenly became worried about me.
"Ally, are you okay? You look really pale.", Tala asked.
"Yep. I am fine. I just sometimes hear voices and noises in my head, that's all!", I mumbled.
"What do you mean?", Travis asked.
"Oh, it's nothing! This happens to me all the time. Don't worry about me, guys. I am not hallucinating or anything worse than that.", I replied.
"Okay, good. Because if there is something wrong with you right now, we would not know how to fix you.", Travis said.
"Hahaha! I understand. I'd better get going now. My mom will be worried sick if she finds out I am coming home late.", I chuckled.
"Bye Ally! See you next school year.", Tala waved.
"Bye!", I waved back.
