The issue 'Stress and anxiety' is just like an elephant in the room that most people working in a professional world avoid discussing. Though a little bit of a stress is important to keep you going, it can be a serious matter, if it is plaguing your mind therefore it should not be left unattended. Mind is cluttered with so many unwanted thoughts and fears induced by professional expectations, future prospects, quest to be always ahead, stretching hours and so on.
It is said that an average brain has anywhere from 25000 to 50000 thoughts a day, many of which are negative in nature causing stress and anxiety in mind. Meditation practice is instrumental in making you aware of your thought process. It cleanses your mind of all the negative emotions and fears and makes you more organized and professional. Calmness and centeredness are gifts of continuous meditation practice. Emerge as a leader, be decisive, be a time manager, stay charged throughout the day by incorporating simple meditation techniques into your daily life and see the wonders.
