Their illegal actions is why they have such a hidden and discrete way of doing things. It's very hard to find them. They are said to be connect to a local clinic , St. James clinic. If you say " Black Ribbon" during a visit to the clinic, it is said that The Black Ribbon Angel and his assistants The Black Hearts will appear and assist you. Janae is a chronically depressed woman who has heard of The Black Ribbon Angel. She believes that this angel can help her end her misery. She was told that he is known to satisfy and cure every patient. The only thing is no one knows who is this Angel? How does he look like? If she says "black ribbon" will he show up? Will The Black Ribbon Angel be able to agree with her request?
