That is until Vance showed up.When the mainland begins seeing a rise in monster attacks, the king sends his son Vance to winter island to ask for help from the fae. If the fae help to defeat the vampires, they will be allowed to leave the island and live on the mainland and treated as equals.Seeing this as an opportunity to venture into the unknown and to get her people the lives they deserve, Inez agrees to help Vance kill the adzes.Can two enemies put their differences aside and work together to reach a common goal or will the past come to haunt them?
